ToyoMotors Auto Care is an ASE blue-seal repair shop. This means that 75% of our techs are ASE-certified in all areas of repairs we perform. However, all techs are 100% ASE-certified in all areas of repairs we offer. Most services are completed on the same day. Rental vehicles are provided by appointment. I have found the best auto repair Phoenix- They are Toyota, Honda, Lexus, Acura specialist. They have saved me a ton of money over dealer service, and I would recomend them to anyone. They're fast, friendly, focused, and most importantly they're honest. My Lexus has always been fixed correctly, and I am always treated with dignity and respect.

very enjoyable experience. i was there to have the oil changed and not only was that done but they took the time to check if anything else was wrong with the car. Naomi, the office manager, was very knowledgable and helpful. she was able to explain the situation and made me feel at ease. i have never had a problem they are truly the most honest in town and such nice people.

ToyoMotors has always provided such wonderful service. They always seem to go one step above and beyond what I expect. From taking the time to explain everthing, giving options for doing repairs at a lower cost, telling what you see as up and coming possible expenses, and always getting our vehicles in quickly and out when they say or before. I use Toyomotors for all my vehicles and have been extremely happy with the entire process. All employees are very professional, courteous and willing to do everything possible to satisfy their customers. Neil in particular is way above average. I really appreciated Neil's kindness and helpfulness. Recently my car would not start, and he drove several miles from their shop to take a look at it, all in attempt to save me a tow bill! He was able to get it running for me, and I followed him to the shop so they could complete the repair. It is nice to know that there is still people who care to make a difference. I recommend Toyomotors all who I can.

Overall I was very impressed with both the quality of service and the outstanding customer service I received. This was my first experience with ToyoMotors. I selected them based on inclusion on Mark Salem's "Best Car Shops" list and my telephonic conversation with Neil regarding how my cars problems would be approached. I was especially impressed with how Toyo motors dealt with the vehicle not being ready on time, I have found that you learn a great deal about a person or service provider when problems occur and how they are dealt with. In my case, rather than rushing repairs and perhaps not providing the best repairs, they chose to keep the vehicle an extra day and provided me a rental vehicle at no cost to me. I understand problems occur and I was happy that they would not sacrifice quality repairs by rushing. Toyomotors is committed to quality repairs and customer service, and I look forward to utilizing them in the future.

At Toyo they were so freindly and professional. I will send them all the business I can. It is nice to find a shop we can trust. They found the problem with my Toyota quickly, the first shop I had gone to was completely wrong in there diagnosis, it didn't even need a fuel pump, it was a relay. They offered some additional needed services and even showed me on the computer screen digital pics of my cars problems, I felt good about letting them go ahead and take care of them. All in all it cost less than the first shop I went to and we had it fixed correctly the first time, and alot more stuff done!

I was greatly impressed by ToyoMotors and the services rendered. The staff conducted themselves in an utmost professional manner. The service manager Naomi was terrific, keeping with budget and getting all my work accomplished on time. It was a pleasure buying her lunch, to keep her free to ensure all my vehicle problems were dealt with, and I agree with there slogan, " Finally... an HONEST mechanic!" Very hard to find indeed. I will continue to take my vehicle to this repair shop, and will send everyone I know there.

ToyoMotors really went above and beyond in my case. I recently had an ongoing problem with aftermarket brake disc rotors that I had supplied, the parts were supposed to be high performance, but they caused nothing but problems! Anyways, the people at ToyoMotors were very understanding, and they even offered a courtesy labor credit due to my frustration with the bad parts. It shows that there are people who really care out there. They will have my business and I will refer all others to them when given the chance!

The folks at Toyo are always honest and straight-forward when determining the repairs necessary. My experiences in dealing with them have always been positive and no misunderstandings about what is to be done and how much it will cost. I have sent all my family members to Toyo and have received nothing but positive feedback. The guys (and gals) at ToyoMotors are amazing! I have been taking my cars here for a while now and really appreciate the honesty and quality of service, especially by Naomi and Neil, they really are great. On this last visit ToyoMotors they again affirmed why I keep coming back. The dealer had sent me a notice that my Toyota was due for a 15,000 mile service, after calling them I was quoted $149.95, I called Neil and he said that he would need to inspect a few things before quoting. He explained that while the dealer price may be correct, it may need more or less than what is listed on the coupon and you cannot tell until the vehicle is looked at. To make a long story short, I took the vehicle in to Toyo, they inspected it. It only needed an oil change service, suspension retorque, and a tire rotation, total cost was $48 bucks! They also pulled up the requirements from Toyotas database to make sure it complies with Toyota Warranty. I refer my freinds and family, and highly recommend them to all.
