These guys at the shop are a pleasure to work with and have to be the most honest people. Last time in I asked them to check the brakes on my Yukon and they could have told me something was wrong and charged me to fix, but instead they told me they could not find anything wrong with the brakes and I paid for my oil change and was on my way. This time they went above and beyond to explain my issue with my audi and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I trust them completely and would recommend them to anyone.

This is my second visit to SSC. The first was for a lube-oil-filter only. This visit was more involved: repair front brakes and replace leaking water pump. I brought the vehicle in the night before, and SSC had the vehicle in, evaluated, and repaired by 1pm the following day. The work is done completely and not sloppily (like the dealership I've been using). They also charge a fair price that's competitive with other shops I've looked into for similar work. I have seen Adam treat the customer (myself included) with courtesy and respect - something that's lacking in many businesses.

Very friendly staff. I found out about them via Groupon A/C tune-up offer. They worked with me to have my vehicle checked out and then I was able to get some stuf done on my own to then bring it back for the A/C tune up. They're very flexible & helpful.

The manager was friendly and the service mechanic was very personable and took care of my needs. It is hard to find a auto repair shop that you feel you can trust. SSC had worked on my daughter's PT Cruiser in the past and when the Nissan dealer gave me a list of items needed to be repaired at a high-cost, I contacted SSC to compare the estimate cost and they (of course) were much more reasonable. They are very accommodating, explain things in a way that I can understand, and I feel very comfortable that they are doing what is needed to be safe, without looking at "just trying to get my money" (how I feel with the dealership). Since my car is now pushing 100k miles, I will no longer be using the dealership - SSC has my entire family now!

This is my 3rd car I brought into SSC Auto and as usual, they did a great job and gave me an estimate. Honesty!! I went in to pick up my car and they told me it cost less because they did not need the part they quoted me. This is why I bring my cars in to them. Now I will bring in my wifes 2008 Sonata. The guys at SSC were recommended to me by a friend who works with garagefly.com. I'm so glad she recommended them. They put a new gas tank on my Vue, and everything is great. No more smell of gasoline in the garage! All the work was done in the timeframe and at the price quoted. We'll definitely use SSC again.

OK..so i'm a returning customer to this excellent SSC Auto place and as usual I've had nothing but success with all types of auto repairs and services with this shop. Recently I had my car's blower motor replaced and it's doing great and I also had the Tensioner and the belt replaced and I've noticed the big difference already. I always wish them success for their good job and honesty .

If you are looking for an honest service center for your car, then this is the place for you. I have a mechanical background & do the majority of the maintenance on both of our vehicles. I had my van aligned & the steering wheel centered as it was way off center. The mechanic explained & answered every question & concern I had. It was very obvious that this garage is out to provide excellent service to every client. I trust this shop completely & will return for all my vehicle repairs. I am amazed. One of my daughters was told from another garage that she needed gaskets for her Trans. and Valve cover. She called around to find out estimates. All gave her prices over the phone. SSC told her to please come in so they can see for themselves. She did, and they told her she did not need them. They weren't leaking. They did not charge her to inspect it. From that my other daughter brought her car to the shop and also was told from another garage, that her car needed fluid changes from power steering to anti freeze change. She brought it in and again after inspecting it, told her all of her fluids were good. She chose to get fuel injection service, and they did an incredible job. Today it is very hard to find good mechanics that not only do a good job, but are so honest. They have gained a customer and I have 4 cars that I will be bringing in for service. I recommend SSC Auto Repair - Chandler to anyone who wants an excellent mechanic that has the knowledge to do the job right the first time. I took my car down there based on the good reviews and that worked ,they did a great job repairing my car brakes . Not forget to mention that i was treated nicely and patiently. This shop was very good to me. They looked for the problem which was the airbag light kept coming on. They thought they fixed it,but it came back on. I had to take the car to a dealer and get it fixed. This shop refunded me the money I spent with them because they did not fix the problem. These guys were excellent! I called them explained the problem and took the truck over too the shop. The Manager, Adam gave me an approxament cost and time for repair and then gave me a ride home as the repairs were complered. Upon competion of the work, the shop called me explained the reason why I was having the problems with the truck and repaired as per our conversation. Then one of the techs came by my home, picked me up and gave me a ride back to the shop. Great service and most importantly...the overall cost and especially the labor cost, was 45% LESS than what I had been paying at the dealership!! Great job guys and I will NOT hesitae in recommending your shop to anyone!!

I took my truck in for some electrical issues that I have been having for a long time. They tracked dow two bad grounds, and found out that my 6-month old battery had a short in it. The shop is clean and the mechanics relay confidence in their abilities. The owner, George, gave me a ride from the shop and picked me up when it was finished. I really appreciated that. I'll recommend this shop to my friends and neighbors.

The dealer�s assessment of repairs on my car was nothing but horrifying. They made it sound very urgent and necessary. Needless to say, the estimates were sky high! SSC not only assessed the damaged parts but also was very diligent in diagnosis and cost estimates. They even showed me the problem areas and dealer�s suggested parts. It turned out I didn�t need half the repairs I was originally quoted by the dealer. I would say if you need an honest shop look at these guys. A set of Struts (rear and front), front break, and clean up of rear breaks took less than one day and parts cost of less than $600.

I had my oil changed, new transmission fluid changed, and a check on the front end alignment. I was not award that I needed tires and SSC worked with me to get a new set of tires comparable to the original ones. Their prices are very reasonable and the work was done when promised. I moved here from the east coast and a neigbor recommended SSC. He was right, they do great work for a fair price. I will contiue to use SSC for any more automotive needs.

This shop gave me great service and the price was reasonable. My car had failed emissions testing. They diagnosed and fixed the problem and didn't try to sell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need (although they did recognize and reccomend some maintenence I'd been putting off). Then they actually took my vehicle back to Emissions and had it retested so I didn't have to do that one again. I'll definitely go back there again.

I'm not one for writing reviews or filling out surveys but my first experience with SSC Auto was unbelievable! AAA+ I had taken my tahoe to a dealership here in the valley that will remain nameless (yeah right...Freeway Chevrolt). I have 101,000 miles on my car and had a lot of nicknoid things needing fixing. Well, you guessed it. I walked out of there with $3,400.00 estimate, yep, $3.4G's. Well I may have been born at night, but NOT last night. I went looking for small, privately owned shop and found SSC Auto Repair in Chandler. Stopped in with a copy of my quote (5 pages long) and asked Goerge to look it over and give me a quote. Well, i thought i'd have to come back later but Goerge said, nope, give me 30 minutes and I'll get you a quote tonight. Well not only did he beat it, he crushed it. $1,372 dollars and only 9 hours later i left Gorges office a happy man. Car was fixed, washed and a really cold bottle of water waiting for me. Shop is very clean, organized and equipment looks great. Great shop, great service, offered rides home, and a great warranty package if ever needed. Thanks SSC Auto Repair. I brought my truck in for a drivers window that fell to the bottom of the door breaking the lock and other door components. The truck was ready the next day. The door operates perfectly today with no rattles. The speaker in the door actually sounds better now that the door panel was attached properly. Great job!

My service with SSC is not a real dramatic one but I did want to comment on how I thought of their service. I want to note here that I know my vehicles and I have taken care of every one of my vehicles over many, many years. I had always taken my vehicles to other places to get the oil changed. It seemed every time I went I got hassled about getting this and that done (upsell) and the last time the guy told me I needed a serpentine belt which I thanked him and told him I would look into it. He, in a nasty tone, told me, and I quote, "This is the forth time I've told you". I replied by saying "it is noted that I have been formally advised of the belt". This, by itself, wasn't too much but it happens every time I take the vehicle in for an oil change. I've been looking around for some place I could have regular service done and if necessary other things done too....without a hassle and with trust that I wouldn't get a bunch of additional unnecessary work and get what I actually needed for a reasonable price. I received a mailing advertising SSC and I thought I'd give it a try. Lo and behold it was a completely good experience (without any hassle). They took my vehicle in and in 30 minutes I was out the door with my oil change and a cold bottle of water in the car (very nice touch). Now I don't know if this was a fluke or not but I certainly will go back to SSC for regular and emergency service. Hopefully they will be as good an experience as my first visit. Thanks SSC.

I've used their location at Williams Field & Power when we lived in Gilbert. Great customer service and communication. They went through a vehicle as I was buying to ensure it was in good mechanical condition. Work was done on time the same day and work I asked for was not necessary so they did not do it. They easily could have done the work and charged me but instead they did what was right for me. Honesty is hard to come by these days. I'll definitely be back and recommend them to any of my friends, family or clients. Thank you so much.

Had them change oil anf filter, check brakes, and do a once over of the Van. Brakes ok, but they found I needed to replace right outer tie rod end and my left rear shock needed to be replaced. They called to tell me this and aslo gave me the price for the work. I gave them the ok and when I went to pick up my Van the price was lower that they had said. That is always good. They entire staff was friendly and communitastions with them was great. Go there for your repairs.

My old cadillac AC quit working. I put freon in it myself, however, it leak out right away. I stopped by SSC Auto Repair and talked to the owner, George Siegele, who informed me that he could test for leaks right away, as soon as i could bring the car to the shop. I told him that i lived alone and that i would have to wait until a neighbor could pick me up when i brought it in. George informed me that he provide a service where he would shuttle me home and then come pick me up when the car was repaired. What a great service! Anyway i took the car in at 1:00 pm and by 4:45 George called and said the car was done and he could send a driver to pick me up. George had called me earlier and quoted $236.00 for the repair which involved replacing a leaking valve. When i got to the shop George presented me with a bill for $236.00 just as he quoted. However, he also informed me that after he replaced the valve another valve was found to be leaking. He replaced the 2nd valve and did not charge me for it because he stands by his quotes and does not charge additional fee, unless, he talks to the owner. I'am very satisfied with my experience with this shop. It nice to have a auto repair shop nearby that you can have confidence in and actualy know what they are doing. $236.00 that was cheap! I had a leak in my radiator for my '98 Isuzu Hombre, which has the aluminum/plastic variety. I did a thorough check on the internet to see what a reasonable price was for the repair. SSC looked it over and gave me a free quote and came in at slightly below the average quote I had seen on the internet. They finished the repair ahead of schedule and the quality of the work was top notch. They're only 4 miles from my work too (Intel Ocotillo Campus) so their free shuttle service was great and convenient! They are an excellent, honest, family business.
