I have used Raintree Auto Body in the past with my 2004 Yukon Denali. This time it's my 2011 Camaro that was hit by a recap from a truck. You cannot even tell the car has had repairs to it. Everyone at Raintree was great to work with. I decided to have pin stripes added to the car while it was in the shop and called Adam up. They arranged to have the work done while the car was there being repaired. Looks great. Definitely recommend them. I live in Texas but would bring my car back here for them to fixed if I ever needed any other repairs.

I feel deceived since I was given an estimate of $187 with no further correction till I picked up the vehicle after the work had been done and was told the bill was $269 since they had neglected to include the supplies. Particularly irksome since the estimate and charge was for 1.3 hours when the work took only 20 minutes, but they don't correct in that direction.
Response: (3/21/12): Based on my investigation of this matter, it has been explained to me that our estimator did offer to provide the invoice to client at time of vehicle pick up. With regards to the labor concern, the system gives us a book time to install a product. This is provided by the vehicle manufacturer. We use this labor time to be fair to all clients so one does not pay 1.0 hr and the next pay 2.0'. It keeps the process consistent. This is the second time I have had my car in the shop at Raintree Auto. I was referred to them by Schumacher Mercedes the first time.. I would never take my car anywhere else for repairs! They are the most trustworthy, accurate and professional people anyone can ask for. Everytime my car has been there, Paul Val (the owmer) comes out to see me personally and ask what he can do for me. I have a great fondness for Sandra who works there. She is like a personal friend to me now. I have their number programmed into my phone and hope that I never need to use them again but if I do, I know where to go! I refer friends to them all the time! During the time my car was at Raintree, my experience went from satisfactory to disappointing. On December 21st, I brought my car in for an estimate. Michael Land gave me the estimate and a time line of 2 weeks. This he noted was subject to change if they found that additional parts needed to be ordered. There was a piece of metal on the passenger’s door that was sticking out and he had someone fix that immediately for me…so far I was very pleased. Because the accident occurred in mid-December, the next two weeks involved two holidays and since the car was drivable, ugly but drivable, I told him that I would call him after the first of the year to have him order the parts and I would bring the car in once the parts were received. Tues, Jan 3 – Called Michael and gave him the okay to order the parts. He said he would let me know as soon as they were in. Fri, Jan 6 – Called Michael to check status of parts, left a message for a return call. By late afternoon, I had not received a call so I called again. The girl answering the phone said she could help me. She checked the computer and two of the parts showed as being in. Then she offered to go and check to see if the other parts were in and they were. At this point, I would like to say that every time I dealt with the office staff, they were incredibly polite and helpful. I told her I would bring the car in Monday morning. Mon, Jan 9 – Early morning, I received a call from Michael. He apologized for not getting back to me on Friday saying he was “very busy”. He said parts were in and I told him that I knew and would be bringing the car in. I dropped the car off and confirmed the two week time frame. I also confirmed with Michael that the car had to go to Schumacher for an alignment after the work was done. Tues, Jan 17 – Called Michael for an update. He told me parts were in the paint shop and he would check on them before he left. I reminded him that the car had to have an alignment. He didn’t remember and had to check the file…he confirmed that yes it needed to get an alignment when they were done. Fri, Jan 20 – Hadn’t heard from Michael so I called him. I am thinking that the car would probably be ready since it had been two business weeks and he never notified me that additional parts were needed. He told me that a strip of molding was in the paint shop. This was a surprise since he said on Tuesday that he would check on the parts to be painted. He said the car would be ready Monday, Jan 23. I reminded him of the alignment. Again, he did not remember so I refreshed his memory. After being reminded, he said it should be done Monday or Tuesday. I said if I did not hear from him I would call him on Wed. Wed, Jan 25 - Called Michael for a status. He said it was looking good for the car to be ready in the afternoon. I asked again about the alignment. Again it seems he had forgotten but said he would get it over to Schumacher for the alignment. I told him that I really needed to have the car no later than Thursday…Wednesday would be nice but definitely Thursday. At which time, he told me he would make it happen. Thur, Jan 26 – Called Michael, I believe in the early afternoon and was told that the car was at Schumacher’s for the alignment and because a new door had been put on, Schumacher also needed to do something with one of the sensors. Again, I told him I really needed to get the car back that day since it would be difficult for me to pick up the car on Friday. I did not receive any call. Fri, Jan 27 – Michael called in the early morning to let me know that the car was ready. I asked him what time they closed as I needed to contact my husband who was at a business meeting in Phoenix to see if he could be home early enough for us to get the car. Michael seemed a little put out that I was not coming over immediately. I assumed that was because he had forgotten the previous conversation where I had told him that I really needed the car on Thursday because I may not be able to pick it up on Friday. We were able to pick up the car and everything looked good. Mon, Feb 6 – Car back to Raintree…door does not shut properly. Adjustment made and door seems to be okay now. Overall, the paint job was very good, the office team was very good, body work was very good but I don’t think I should have had to bring the car back for the door adjustment…it should have been done right to begin with. Michael was off on his estimate both time wise and money wise…estimated time was two weeks, actually took three business weeks and the actual cost was over 30% higher than the estimate even though no additional parts were required. He also did not seem to remember from one phone call to the next the things we had discussed. One other thing, a tire had to be replaced as a result of the accident. Michael had stated that he needed to measure the tread on the ruined tire so he could submit it to the insurance company for a pro-rated refund. Because there was no follow up, I do not know if it was done.

The repairs look great. Having said that, I was not pleased that Raintree sent an additional bill for approximately $136.84 and the ensuing disagreement resulted in my Lexus not being released to me for almost two weeks after the repairs were finished. The final agreement: $101.60. All that for a difference of $33.26. I'm also looking for another insurance company not named Universal North America!

From the start, Raintree treated me very well. They estimated my car damage within 20 mins of my arrival at their facility. I left thinking I had put my car in good hands. They gave me a ride back to my home. The customer service slipped a bit with the lack of communication between Raintree and myself...I would have appreciated more data on the progress of the repair... But in the end, the repairs were done with high quality and when advised they would be ready. I would have appreciated them telling me to bring a cashier's check at pick-up, but, after a minor snag, that was taken care of. They do not accept personal checks. Your credit card must have a limit that will allow for the total charge. Otherwise, be prepared to bring a cashiers or bank check made out to Raintree....

Raintree Auto Body replaced a rear fender after my neighbor backed into it. They blended the paint into all surrounding areas and the job looks fantastic. The final cost exceeded the estimate by a little because they had to replace a trim part they thought they could reuse. They completed the work prior to XMAS as they said they would so I could have it for my son's holiday visit. Scott the service contact was exceptionally pleasant to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

We have had two cars [Toyota and Mercedes] repaired at Raintree over the years - they have always been the shop chosen by our insurance companies. Their work has always been flawless. A week ago, my wife had a parking lot incident resulting in a badly marred rear quarter on her new Highlander. It would have been our nickel. She took it to Raintree: The tech looked at it and said: "I can buff that out and will not charge you for it. I can't do it today as we are very busy - come next Wednesday and I will make time." She did, and he did - all damage is gone. FREE! Wow. This is truly a great body shop.

Hello, I picked up my 2003 MBZ M-Class from Raintree Auto Body on October 24th 2011. I admit since they are an authorized MBZ body repair, I held the bar high for them. I had high expectations. I am happy to say they met and exceeded those. The repair was done extremely well, but there is more than that. It was very apparant that they took great care and respect with my vehicle and not just the repair portion. I could see that outstanding treatment of my car was important to them. In October 2010 I received extensive hail damage to my very precious 2006 Mercedes SLK. When I spoke my dealership about whom I should consider for auto body service; with out stumbling they recommended Raintree Auto Body. Determined to get my car back my standards as soon as possible, I had my car evaluated by Raintree and my insurance company separately. The original response from the insurance company was to total my car out! I was devastated to say the least. The evaluation from Raintree was quite the opposite. Mr. Scott Jordan assured me that Raintree could fix my car back to the original condition. He even took the extra step to personally call my insurance company and coordinate a revaluation of my car’s condition. I personally believe Scott Jordan single handedly saved my car from being scraped! I am extremely grateful to Scott Jordan and the wonderful people at Raintree. I placed my faith in their word and they performed flawlessly. I could not be happier with the work and service I received from Scott Jordan and Raintree Auto Body. When I picked up my vehicle it looked great; however, after I got home I noticed all the panels in other areas of the vehicle don't line up perfectly. It may have been impossible to fix these completely. The area that was severly damaged looks good. The paint matches perfectly. They also did a full detail of my vehicle before picking it up - it is the cleanest it has been in years! The only negative is that the repair took two weeks longer than I was originally quoted.
