This is the BEST auto repair shop I have ever seen in all my 66 years! T. J. Gibbons quickly and accurately estimated my repair. Parts were ordered and received just as he promised. My appointment time was met promptly and work was finished quickly . He explained everything well. The shop is clean. The receptionist was professional. Great saving of my van...timely, great looking "NEW" looking for my new toyota van as it was rear-ended and front ended! TJ (employee) kept me updated as the process to fix took 6 weeks...the end was a new-like van...could not tell that it was injured in front or back.

Had an accident in which my driver side door through the rear end mud flap was damaged (its fun avoiding a head on collision from someone who decides passing in a double yellow over a hill is a good idea). The total repair ended up being $2700 worth of damage. It took almost a month for the work to be done, since the Tribeca is not very popular it took Precision a while to get the parts in, particularly the mudflap. While the car was there they also fixed an older dent on the passenger rear end by the tail light. Jane kept us updated throughout the process and had the rear dent repaired for a discounted price! Mike Standridge did most of the body work and I would highly recommend Precision over any other body shop. I'm so glad I listened to other people's recommendation to go to Precision and not Allstate's recommendations for body shops!! Precision truly lives up to their name from their body work to their customer service!

Although it is never pleasant repairing a wrecked car, this was as good as it can get. Jane Jenkins is the service writer. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable and easy to deal with. I asked her to have the front bumper cover removed to better estimate the cost, as I was paying out of pocket. She had it done at no charge. Jane was easy to reach, always kept me informed on the state of my vehicle and was a pleasure to work with. The work was completed ahead of schedule and it looks fantastic. The repair quality was excellent. All in all a great shop.

A deer ran in front of my RAV4 and I hit it and damaged the passenger side front fender, hood, side panel and many things under the hood. I took it to Precision Toyota and now it looks better than normal! The metallic paint matches perfectly and the passenger door now closes without complaint. TJ from Precision kept in contact with my insurance person and followed up when more damage was found under the hood after the initial estimate was made. Toyota price matched and gave me Toyota parts. All is well that ends well. I wasn't hurt in the accident and now my car is back to normal thanks to the good folks at Precision.

TJ Gibbons was attentive and courteous and informative. Car was dinged at UA parking garage, they did excellent work. We had insurance and 500.00 deductible, they made the car like new. Then, sadly, it got dinged AGAIN (our fault this time) and were SO sad (and maxed on our budget) so I stopped in today to see if something cheap could be done about the front bumper dent. I read a magazine, and then half hour later TJ walked me out and it was a miracle. The light cover still cracked, but light works, AND BEST OF ALL dent is nearly invisible and bumper affixed back on the car. It doesn't look like new, but it looks so good you'd hardly notice! I said, "it's a miracle, how much?" And he said "no charge." Wow! I really didn't expect that!

I brought my car in for some bumper damage repair. I was assisted by Jane Jenkins and it was one of the more professional experiences I've had with an auto shop. They arranged for pickup by a rental car company once I dropped off the car and estimated that it would be ready in 3 days. Two and half days later I received a call informing me that my car was ready. The work they did was outstanding. I'd recommend this shop wholeheartedly.

I checked every collision center in town, thankfully I found this place. Jane, Kimberly, and JC took care of everything from towing to dealing with the insurance company to securing a rental car. We had deer collision repair done at this facility and were very happy with our rep, TJ, and the quality of the work. We took our car into Precision Repair Shop on Oct. 20th with an estimated completion of repairs on Oct. 23rd. The main concern of the employees of Presicion Toyota was matching the paint on the new trunk with rest of the car. When it was inconvenient for us to pick up the car we suggested that they keep it until Tuesday Oct. 28th. When we appeared to pick up the car on the 28th they asked for one more day for a paint touch up and we were able to pick up the car on Wed. Oct. 29th. It was a very conscientious effort on the part of Customer Relations Jane Jenkins to keep us informed of the ongoing repair. As a result we received our 2006 Toyota back in excellent condition due to the dedicated employees of Precision Toyota Collision Center.
