I was impressed by the overall service and attention to the customer and details. While the shop was extremely busy, I was treated as if I was the most important customer they had to deal with. In addition, I noticed this same level of customer care exhibited to everyone and a high degree of professionalism was shown to insurance estimators brought in for supplemental additions to work performed. My vehicle was as good as new, clean, and completed on time as promised.

I've been meaning to write this review for a few weeks now. I think it is important to let people know when someone has gone above and beyond. I was backing out of the garage and didn't realize the back door was opened. My husband took the vehicle (with the door tied shut) to several places for an estimate. We didn't want to turn the repair into our insurance. We decided on Phoenix Body Works beacause Scott offered to take a look at the door and give us a very fair price for fixing the door. He gave us an estimate, then made the repair. After getting the door apart, they ran into other challenges, but didn't charge us more for the additional work. Not only did they honor their estimate, but went above and beyond. When I went to pick up the car, the door looked perfect and they had washed my car. Anyone who takes a car this size to the carwash knows that this is a $20 daollar value. I am so pleased that I count it a priveledge to have done business here and would not hesitate to tell my friends that we have found a place they can trust. Thank you Phoenix Body Works and Scott May for your integrity, more than fair pricing and going above and beyond our expectations!!!

Was unusually pleased with this shop when I first used them for major body repair following an accident about two years ago. Today I needed some minor assistance to affix a replacement hood ornament. The owner immediately said that he would handle it and did with a smile and no charge.I had a similar experience on a small matter last year. This is a class act.

The staff at Phoenix Body Works is amazing! I showed up with my pride bent as I hit my garage and did a lot of damage to my truck. Chris was wonderful and made me feel better about the whole situation. I was uneasy about what had happened and where to go from there as this was the first time I have had to deal with this situation, Chris calmed me and even made me laugh. He was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. When I picked up my truck, I was completely amazed at how beautiful it looked. The job they did was flawless. If I should ever need work on my truck again, I will not need to waste my time getting quotes and checking out body shops as I have already found the one I trust.

I haven't been involved in a car accident in many years, so I was uneasy about the process; but the people at Phoenix Body Works were absolutely outstanding. From the owner (Greg) to my main contact (Matt), they treated me great; the work on my vehicle was perfect and they also detailed my entire vehicle (including the floor mats that had stains from years ago). Although I hope I don't need to use a body shop in the future, I would most definately recommend the folks at Phoenix Body Works -- they made it very easy.

I had such a great, easy, wonderful, experience with Phoenix Body Works. After going to many shops before hand I was blown away by how honest and reasonable this shop was. This shop was amazing. The only reason I found them is because I got lost. I was on my way to the insurance co. appraiser and they pointed me in the right direction. I thought the insurance co. would handle everything, until they asked me for money and the accident was not even my fault! I'm a single mom with limited time and finances. Greg took care of everything from the rental car, fixing the rear-end of my damaged truck, completely detailing the inside of my vehicle, and even got an additional check from the same insurance co. that wanted me to pay out of pocket! I picked Phoenix Body Works due to it's location, however after I experienced their excellent workmanship and friendly staff I decided I would select them no matter how far away they were. My wife had a damaged from hood and bumper on her Armada. Phoenix Body Works took care of everything in a timely and professional manner. The staff was friendly, going out of their way to intoruduce themselves and ensure that I was being taken care of. The accident that cause the damage was unwanted, however, the experience with Phoenix Body Works made it easier to deal with the follow up. I want to especially recognize Chris Calabrese for going the extra mile to ensure that I, along with my wife were taken care of every step of the way. While we were picking up my wife's truck, he looked at my civic, which also had a front damaged bumper. He was able to fix it within minutes.
