Did wonderful work at a great price. Mike and his crew got personal with the jeep and it turned out better than we expected. They did a lot of extra work and took a lot of extra care in producing a classic Jeep. They worked hard on restoring this family heirloom.

The Paint & Body Factory....great place! I brought to them a 1969 Karman Ghia that had been sitting for over 25 years. Under all the old paint, they found damage that the orginial owner never spoke about. The price they quoted in the beginning never included all the extra work that was discoved. They kept the original price and complete all the work. Now, I have a 69 Ghia that is a show stopper! I very, very happy with their high quality work, prices and the friendship I have developed with everyone in the shop. The standard old insurance claims went well too! My 16 year old smashed my GMC truck. They took care all the insurance claims and even wrote a letter to give to the Judge. Well, we won the claim against the other driver! Thank you Paint & Paint Factory. But, Susan....I'm still waiting for the cookies.

Jerome and his staff were great. The quality of work was above average and even when I had an issue with some alignment of parts, they payed for the rental car for the extra day I had to have it in the shop with them. I would refer his shop to anyone looking for quality work.

My Boy used to work at Berge Mazda so we asked them who,s best to work on a Wrecked Mazda and they said to call the Paint and Body Factory. Bernie and I went out and met Jerome. We were pleased with the service starting with the Billing and Office. They took all of our information about our insurance and explained about how long they would need the car too!The work was done quickly and proper to Mazda standards too! When I came back to get my Mazda I could not even tell where my new Mazda was ever wrecked too! They even helped with pictures and things for my car and that information was forwarded to my insuance company ! I went to court and won my case and now again have a Brand NEW Mazda AGAIN!! Thank YOU Jerome and your Crew YOU GUYS ROCK !!!! I will and do tell all who need your service about the Paint and Body Factory !

Jerome has always been in this business since early 90's in California. When I found out he was in Arizona I found him. Although there are many body shops in my town, I waited to visit Phoenix to get my car repaired with him. His shop is small and personable the way I like it. They repaired my car above and beyond what was expected doing areas that they didn't have to do because it made my car the better. They did what they said they were going to do. That is important to me. The staff is knowledgeable all around. I didn't have to worry about the insurance company because they handled all-- I just picked up my car and they even turned the rental in for me because it was late and I needed to get on the road. No hassle. I would definitely recommend this shop!!

When my vw needed it's bumeper repaired I naturally went to Berge, but was suprised that they do not do body work on their own products. They recommended 'The Paint and Body Factory' so that's where I went. My experience with the whole process was fantastic. Jerome, Susan and the whole crew are just what they advertise. My vehicle was repaired promptly and professionally. I went back when I noticed that the reconditioned bumper that the insurance company insisted on was crooked. Jerome ordered a new bumper for me, had it painted, dealt with the insurance company, and installed it at no charge to me. I recommend the Paint and Body Factory to everyone and will go back if I ever need another vehicle body repaired.
