Tom and his teammates were are the best. Tom will call me at least twice a week and let me know the update on my car. My car looks better than before, they cleaned it and detailed it. From the time our vehicle was taken to the shop we had complete knowledge of details from the staff. Tom the adjuster would keep us informed of what was being replaced and took very good care of us overall. Walter Gaskins (estimator) did a great job! He was very helpful and did great work. The car had been seriously side-swiped and needed a considerable amount of work, and by the time we got it back it looked brand new. The customer service was aweseome and they even let us leave the car there until we came back from winter vacation. Would definitely return!

Overall they did a great job with my car; I was impressed by their professionalism and cleanliness. However, the original quote said my car would be ready 3 days before I was able to pick it up. I ended up having to extend my rental car twice :( But I'm very pleased with the work and the whole experience.

Although some times we run into things that we could not see on the original estimate which cause the repairs to take longer then originally estimated. The original insurance appraisal is written to identify only the visual damage done to your vehicle. The insurance appraiser did not disassemble your vehicle and methodically inspect each part for damage. Because they do not go through this process, they are unable to assess all of the damage. As collision repair professionals, O’Rielly Collision Center appraisers take the time to identify all of the related damage done to your vehicle and obtain the necessary authorization from your insurance company to make these repairs. You should demand that 100% of the damage is repaired. In a Fry's parking lot someone had backed into me on my drivers side door, smashing it in and breaking the window. I had the car towed to O'Rielly Chevrolet on Broadway and was immediatley taken care of by a Mr. Thomas Trygier. Right from the start and to the very moment I picked up my car, he was the most helpful representative that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had an issue with the airbag light being on. I thought it was related to a wreck that my wife had about 6mo ago. It ended up not being, but they looked into it for me and got it fixed. Even though it has 41K miles they fixed it under warenty. :)

This is the 2nd time I've used O'Rielly. The first time, a part was not put on correctly but when I took it back in, they repaired it correctly and comped me food at the dealership's snack bar. Horrible experience! The estimated 4 days turned into 2+ weeks. The paint didn't match and had to be re-done. Scratches were left around the back window and damage was done to the back hatch window. While O'Rielly was replacing the window that they damaged, they left my van outside for the weekend and rain water came in the back. I was not told this happened,and the vehicle was sent home with wet carpet and standing water. I was only told what happened to my vehicle after I took it back. I was refused a rental while they were changing my window, re-painting my van, fixing the scratches, and letting my vehicle get rained in. They refused to replace the carpet that was left wet for days.

loved the service provided by the collision center...the representative who helped me personally, Brian Guerrero, was knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how long it would take just by taking a look at the damage to my car. I never once had to call and ask for an update because it seemed like 2 days never went by without some kind of updated report from him on the status of the repairs...the rental car office was conveniently located within the dealership so no additional driving was required and they too were polite and respectful in getting me my required rental...overall I have no complaints and would absolutely take my car there again god-forbid I ever have another crash!
