As we were paying for the repair out-of-pocket, I went to three shops for estimates. I chose National for several reasons and would absolutely recommend them to friends. 1. Open on Saturdays (til 1:00) 2. Courtesy loaner car (saves transportation hassle and/or rental car expense). One other shop claimed to have loaner cars but there was a two-three week waiting list. Other shop would give you a ride to work/home "if it wasn't too far away." 3. Got my car in quickly (the first business day after I requested to the work) and finished quickly (1.5 days). (Another major shop told me it'd be two weeks before they could take it and 8-10 days to finish.) 4. Best price. Saved $120 on bumper as National staff informed me that Chevy matches the after-market factory bumper price for their original manufacturer bumper. The other two shops either did not know this, or did not tell me this. 5. $100 discount coupon on National's website saves another $100. 6. Total savings, even if all part/work expense was equivalent, was approx $300. (Rental car savings, bumper/part pricing, coupon.) 7. Extremely friendly, helpful, responsive, and accommodating staff. Amy and Lee were truly great.

I was VERY pleased with Lee and Tony at National Auto Collision. They did a wonderful job of helping me to get my truck fixed and did it so in a timely manner. Lee even went as far as calling my insurance and speeding up the process when I called her with concerns and when they were not getting the necessary assignment to National. On top of it all, when I arrived they were buffing my truck after taking it through the car wash. Finally, you are always treated with respect and it is a very friendly and pleasent environment.

Well, I had dropped by National Auto Collision Center on a Monday to get an estimate on my Nissan 300zx. I found myself dropping the car off the same day.
