My nephew had a car accident before Thanksgiving. He was driving my Pick up Truck while his car was at another shop. We went about four weeks before we decided that the other shop was not going to get the job done. Kustom Koachworks was recommended by a fellow student of my nephews whose father works there. We had the car brought over and within two weeks, everything was settled with the insurance, his car was fixed and I got my pickup truck back in one piece! If it had not been for the particular attention of Colin Johnston who I was able to readily reach at all times, this satisfactory conclusion for all involved would have been a long time coming. Colin and his shop took excellent care of my elderly mother and her car after a fender bender. They did excellent work and completed it when they said they would. I gave her a ride to/from the shop and was so impressed with their service, I had them help with my small problem--a door handle that needed painting. Although it was a small job, Colin and his staff treated me and my little problem like it was a big deal. Kustom Koachworks does customer service as well as they do paint and bodywork!

Excellent Service!! Excellent job!! Above and beyond the call of duty!! They went the extra mile and picked up the car from my work and delivered back to my work. The new areas repaired could not be noticed from the old part of the car. They touched up an area that was close to the damage but was not their responsibility. The car was clean when returned. I would recommend this service to anyone that wants a quality job done.

I brought my Escape here after I drove under a covered parking space...with my bike attached to the rack on top. Needless to say, it ruined my rack and put a nasty dent in my roof. I had my Mini Cooper painted because someone scratched the entire hood, side panel, etc. It was an extremely easy process. I dropped off my car, was given immediate service, got picked up by the rental car company and had no problems throughout the entire process.
