I brought my 2008 Jetta to I-17 collision and I couldn’t have picked a better shop. They were professional, knowledgeable, honest and went above and beyond to make my car look like nothing ever happened to it. They delivered my car on the day they told me it would be ready and received phone follow up as to the progress. They even had someone bring me to work when I dropped it off. I will not only recommend I-17 collision to my family and friends, but I will always come back to them if I ever need their services. My car's side/rear bumper was damaged by someone trying to make it into a parking space. Not knowing where to fix it, I went to an AAA repair shop, only to find out they don't do body work. However, they recommended I-17 and I am very glad they did. I-17 saw me immediately (on a Thursday)and were able to work with the insurance co. to permit weekend rental car use (which they didn't want to provide originally) - so I was able to leave the car there instead of having to make an additional trip on Monday. The repair work was excellent and the employees were professional, personable and most importantly, proficient at what they do. I highly recommend them. I highly recommend them

The Service at I-17 Collision is amazing! My Acadia needed a new front fender and matching custom paint for the hood, fender and door. The work and alignment of body parts is incedible and my car was cleaned inside and out. There is no evidence of the repairs made at any angle. Paint matches perfect. To top it off, my car was back to me in three days and it was not even a week since the accident occured. I am an actual customer and I highly recomend I-17 Collision. We took our suv in this morning to have the bumper repaired from a minor accident. The staff was courteous and efficient. The lobby was clean, warm and welcoming. I felt very comfortable leaving my car in their capable hands. Our car was finished sooner than expected, which is always a nice surprise! Upon inspection, the car looked great and all damage from the accident was completely gone. This was a very simple, and convenient experience, and I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone who has auto body needs.

I love this shop! It was highly recommended by Virginia Auto in Phoenix and I had to drive quite a ways but well worth it! They were very organized and did a great job. They even took care of getting my rental set up for me and delt with my insurance company for the extra work needed so I didn't have to. It was a very easy experience! I would also now highly recommend them. They were very thorough and completed the work in a timely manor! LOVE THEM!!

I was in a car accident and ruined my front end. AAA recommended I-17 Collision Repair to fix my car. I wanted to go with one of AAA's body shops. When I took my car in it look like a piece of junk with the front end looking broken and like crap. They had my car for 2 days. When I picked up my car I was amazed on how my car looked. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL!!!! I could'nt believe the beautiful that was done to it. It looked like new! I met the gentleman that did the work and I thanked him over and over again and told him he does great work. I could see the pride Xavier puts into his work, it really shows. I like the fact that I actually met him that doesnt usaully happen. Most of all the customer service is FANTASTIC!!! From the time you walk in the door to speak with the lady at the front desk, to the time you pick up your vehicle they make you feel like they care. I can't say enough nice about this shop...the people, the work they did, the service they offer. I had my car in there in a twice in 2 weeks. First minor, but quality repair; the second as a result of a collision with a parked car. They offered the use a loaner for the 7 days the car was at the shop at no charge; an older car with no collision covereage, they did all they could to keep my repair cost down without affecting the quality. They replaced, repainted and quaranteed all part made my car look better than it has in years. I cannot recommend this shop enough, although I hope to never have to use their great service again.

Someone keyed my car pretty badly, so I took it to I17 Collision on a recommendation from AAA. I had previously tried to buff out and paint some scratches myself and it did not turn out well. They buffed the whole car, painted the scratch, and cleaned the inside (which they didn't even mention they were going to do)for a very reasonable price.

No one wants to deal with getting your car repaired. It's stressful and overall you just don't really want to deal with it. But, I-17 Collision definitely helped in making the overall experience in getting my car repaired as stress free as possible. The only thing that my husband and I had to really do is contact our insurance agent. From that point, I-17 and our insurance rep handled everything. I-17 was also willing to let us use their loaner car since my husband and I definitely need two cars since our schedules are opposite and crazy. Overall, my experience was positive because I-17 was helpful and honest during the entire process. My only issues was their front desk person was not very diligent in providing my husband and I with updates. But, other than that it was a pleasant experience.

I-17 Collision has by far the best customer service I have ever experienced in regards to a "garage". As a young female, I am always skeptical about the honesty garage employees offer on my dime. This is the 2nd repair this shop has done for me (first almost 2 yrs ago and the most recent not even a month ago). Both times, I have gotten my car back in less than 1 wk, with exceptional communication throughout the process! I felt that the work that I-17 Collision did on my car was excellent. I had two issues, first Hail damage from last October and a two door scrap that someone did while parked at off-site parking at the Airport. They were very professional from the time I arrived; they promised a date to start work which was 2 months out due to the hail damage demand and they were right on time. The estimate to complete the work was accurate and the final price was very very accurate. Worry really does end at I-17 Collision. They worked with my crazy end-of-the-year teacher's schedule. They did a great job on my elderly car. When my lock gave me some problems a little while after the fix was finished, Xavier checked it out and had it fixed and my car back to me in no time at all. My car was rear ended at an intersection and the entire rear bumper was dislocated from the vehicle. I-17 Collision fixed my car in a speedy fashion and went out of their way to help me in my time of need. They went so far as to give me a ride to a rental agency as well as cleaned the interior and exterior of my car and provided me with extra touch-up paint. Absolutely phenominal! I blew a tire on the freeway that caused extensive damage to my veh. Called I-17 collision the next morning and my car was at their shop that afternoon! They gave me a loaner car while mine was being repaired that I loved ( I didn't want to give it back!!)The people were very friendly and helpful,and new me by name the second time I walked through the door! i love this place. i had gotton in a fender bender, resulting in the hood of my car to be smashed at a 90 degree angle and the radiator was destroyed. i took it to the closest body shop, and they gave me an estimate of about 4g. in hopes of a more affordable repair, i showed the report to the manager of i- 17 collision and he said without blinking he could knock off $100 minimum and get it done two weeks before the previous collision center. i went for it, and they held on to all their promises and even worked out a payment plan. i-17 collision: do it.
