1998 Cadillac Eldorado 63000 miles immaculate condition before this first accident. Left front fender, headlight, signal light and hood damaged. I left my car for a 4 day repair period. When I returned, my car was just like new; the painting and pin-stripe work were perfect. As an engineer, I am very intricate when examining details; Dependable Auto Body East is detailed and it gets everything right and they do stand behind their work as I had to come back and have a few screws re-tightened. Price quoted was fair & reasonable. Price was price paid; no up changes or switching.

My insurance company only pays for aftermarket parts and I had a 500 deductible. Dependable Auto Body was able to take what my insurance company paid (minus the deductable) and "make it work" so that I didn't have to come out of pocket. My vehicle looked great and everyone at the shop was professional and courteous. It is nice to find a place that is working for you instead of trying to take advantage of you. I highly recommend them.

Troy at Dependable Auto Body was very competive on his estimate and made every accomadation to work with my difficult schedualing. The Acura was involved in a minor tbone accident so there was damage to the front passenger side, this vehicle was repaired to our expectations and the work is flawless. It was easy to reach Troy by phone or speak to him when we dropped by to check on the vehicles status. Based upon the last few corporate fleet vehicles that have been repaired here I will continue to do buisness with Troy at Dependable Auto Body first.

Dependable is the right name for this Auto Body Shop. I picked up my car today and couldn't have been more pleased. The car was repaired like new and very clean. The thing that impressed me the most was the high standard that Troy and his staff hold themselves to. I was very satisfied with not only the repairs but with the care I recieved. Dependable is committed to being the best and I feel certain that they may very well be just that. I feel I have found a Dependable Auto Body Shop. Great name. I'm very satisfied with the repairs recently completed on my Dodge truck. Having worked in body shops and being around vehicles most of my adult life, I felt as though the repairs were great! When my husband brought my truck home I couldn't believe how clean it was inside and out!! Wow. It hasn't been that clean since I bought it! lol In the future if I ever needed repairs to my vehicle I would return to Dependable Auto Body and also would give a great recommendation to others.
