Not only do they care for your car, they care about you! This place has the best customer service and prices in Arizona. The people working there are honorable upstanding technicians who will tell you the truth rather than embellish your car problems to charge you more. I have been going there for several years and will drive out of my way more than 30 miles just to take my vehicle into them, this is how much I trust the wonderful people at Deer Valley Car Care. I stand by my word, these guys are the best and that is a fact. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. Please take your car in if you have problems, it will be well worth it.

A friend recommended Deer Valley Car Care. I have since taken my car there for my oil and lube service. I just recently had my brakes relined. I am so pleased with this company. Their work is good and they have excellent customer service. They deserve the highest rating. I will continue to take my car there.

I learned about Deer Valley Car Care from a friend of mine who spoke highly of them, and after going to these mechanics I do the same. I was very impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction and their honesty. My car has 240 000 miles on it and I brought it in for an oil change and for some work with a starting problem. At first they thought my problem was a single part replacement, but after further work and diagnostics they found that my engine was actually on the last stages of its life. Instead of charging me for the part they had ordered and put on my car hoping to solve the starting problems, they returned the part and put my old one on so I wouldn't have to pay for it. They then were very kind in breaking the sad news to me and helpful in discussing my options for dealing with a dying engine. I was really impressed. I recommend this place to anyone, and I'll be going back here for any car care needs I might have in the future.

I took my Jeep to Deer Valley Car Care for differential servicing. No sooner than I left the parking lot, the office manager called me to let me know their shop wouldn't be able to complete the entire job. This was because of an error made by the dealership. Deer Valley Car Care could've continued with the work and charged me the entire amount of the invoice and left me uninformed of a problem. Instead, with integrity they did contact me and not only did they inform me, they went one step further and gave me advice on how to get help from the dealership and provided me the correct knowledge of the problem. Deer Valley Car Care was able to complete some of the servicing of which I was greatly satisfied. My husband and I are now going to take our truck to Deer Valley Car Care for work to be done. I highly recommend Deer Valley Car Care. The service is phenomenal. The mechanics and office staff are professional and knowledgeable of their work.

I have taken the my car to be serviced here many times and am always impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. They are knowledgeable and take the time to explain things in a way that that is easily understandable. I also like that they provide an action plan for the next steps or service to help keep the guesswork out of car maintenance. Thanks for the great work guys. Highly recommended.

Deer Valley Car Care (DVCC) is the BEST! As many of us, I've made the mistake in taken my car to the dealership, then when I leave I feel as if I got punched in the face and robbed of all my money, only to have to go to another place because the dealership did a shotty job. The hardest thing for me was finding a place I could trust, and had great customer service. Im happy to say that DVCC has all that and more. Their honest and knowledgable employees have always provided me with the best service and tell me the truth instead of trying to upsell me like the dealerships. I trust DVCC so much I've recommended all my family and friends and everyone has had the same honest, reliable, service. Thank you DVCC for not only providing great service, but for giving me peace of mind that my truck is always in good hands.

We had recently just lost our mechanic and we were very leery about going somewhere new. We were so pleased with Deer Valley Car Care, they were professional, fast, & the office was super clean. Not only did they fix my husbands car in a reasonable time, they were completely afforadable. There was oil spilled all over the engine from a previous job & they cleaned it all up, completed the oil change and rechecked for leaks. We will be going back for future service on both our vehicles.

I had driven through a flooded underpass and my car was making THE WORST noise ever! I thought I had to have it towed, and the dealership wanted to charge me more money than I could part with and also eat that week. Deer Valley Car Care put it up on the lift, rolled the tire and a pebble popped out! A pebble! They saved me. Thanks Deer Valley Car Care!

I was a loyal customer to this shop for about a year. However, when my tags came due I need service because my check engine light came on. They told me the problem and charged me $200 dollars to fix the issue. The next day my check engine light came on again. I found out the part Desert Valley Car Care fixed was NOT the reason from my initial check engine light. I have since taken it to another company to have it fixed. I no longer recommend this company.

Response: (4/28/10): We are very sad to hear Courtney has lost faith in our company. She is one of our favorite customers. The shop that cleaned the intake could never know that the part we replaced wasnt the problem. It was broken, we showed her the failed part and we replaced it. It is very easy to throw another company under the bus when you never saw the original problem. We would like to refund Courtney the money she spent at the dealership. The appointment her husband made was to do exactly what the dealer did, but at no charge. We are sorry they never showed up for the appointment. We are in very good standing with the Better Business Bureau. At Deer Valley Car Care we always stand behind our work. Unfortunately we weren't given the opportunity on this repair. We wish Courtney the best and we are very sorry for the inconvenience.

This is the best auto-shop around! I have taken my Diamante to Rich and his brother several times now and they always provide great service. The shop is clean, the waiting area is comfortable (Leather couch and big screen TV), the prices are affordable (I've called around to compare and they always are lowest), and the owners are professional and honest. They have earned my business and I told all my friends and family to go there as well.

my husband got his truck from his grandpa. he bought brand new in 1978. it was just sitting around for 3 yrs and had alot of problems. they fixed all the problems and got things to work on it the truck that hasnt worked for fifteen yrs. so nice and didnt take avantage of me since my husband is on deployment in japan. i would give them 10 stars if i could! amazing place and does not over charge!

I was very impressed by this garage. I frist called for a quote a few days earlier and they came in the lowest. When I brought my car in a few days later the experiance was great. They have a very nice seating room with leather couches and a flat panel tv. After they took my car, they brought me out to show me each thing they planed on fixing. When my car was finished my bill was the exact same as my quote--no suprises. I was very happy with this place and will definatly go back. One last thing, when I was waiting I got really hungry and one of the service men let me take his truck to grab a bit to eat. Now that's service!

We needed to get a used car inspection on a Volvo that we wanted to purchased from a private party and found Deer Valley Car Care, and I am sure glad we did! From the first contact to the repair quote, Richard was first class and professional. After more than 1 hour of looking at the car, he went through everything that he found that was in good shape as well as what he thought should be repaired. Then he gave me the estimate which seems more than fair. The shop is new, very clean and well organized which tells me a lot about the business. We have found our new auto repair shop for life!

I first had my oil changed in a most efficient and cost effective way. When my "engine light" came on, I called and was told to come in. The diagnosis charge was not charged, Rich and his brother reset the light and said it likely would resolve itself. If the light comes on again in the next two weeks, I will bring it back and we will begin again. Very professional, friendly and honest operation. I highly recommend this new business.

Check engine light came on. Richard and Ron found the problem to be a multiple misfire, but saved us money and performed a fuel system flush. Car still needs spark plugs, but will wait until next month. They actually waived the diagnostic fee!

Nice, clean garage where they really appreaciate your business. I stopped in for a quick oil change and was back on the road in no time. They also talked to me about an oil leak I plan to have repaired soon and explained my options in an easy to understand, no pressure way.
