Collision Specialist of Tucson gave me a promise time of when I would have my car returned. They missed that promise time by 5 hours. I also had to take my car back the next week because they reused the original molding, which I was informed when I took the car back to have the molding repaired is not supposed to be done. I find it unprofessional for the boss to leave town without leaving instructions on what jobs need to be done and when they need to be done. It is also unprofessional for someone who is supposed to be a certified mechanic to reuse parts that are not meant to be reused. After the final repair I realized the passenger side door, which is the one that was replaced, sticks and at times will not open from the inside. I will live with this as I will not be taking my car to Collision Specialist for a third time. If I ever need repair work again I will take my car to a dealer ship.

After deciding to get my car repaired after a windshield instal scratched the fender, I checked garagefly.com for a reputable shop in Tucson, AZ. I found out that Collision Specialist of Tucson (CST) was the highest rated, so I decided they'd work on my 2007 Ford Shelby GT500. I met with Larry and Richard and they squared me away. The job was excellent, there was no way of telling where the area was repainted and repaired, the blending with the 4 year old paint was perfect. I decided that after that test run, I'd have them repaint my entire car, as it was looking pretty rough since 2009 after getting stuck in a sandstorm. So I brought it in, and of course, Larry and company in the office were great. They don't treat you like a customer, more like a friend who happens to need some paintwork done. Throughout the whole process, I was able to come in and check up on the car. Richard (the owner) and the rest of the extremely professional and friendly staff were always there to tell me how things were going. Richard has a good relationship with the adjuster from my insurance company (USAA), so that really kept the ball rolling throughout the process. The thing I really like about the CST is that they spare no expense. They paint the car the way I would have if I had the skills. Each piece was refinished to the point that the entire car looks 50x better than it did when I bought it in 2009. The crew at CST really take pride in their work, and my car is a direct reflection of that pride. I have no problem telling everyone that reads this that you shouldn't hesitate; look no further than the Collision Specialist of Tucson. The hardest part is waiting for your car to come back, but once it does, you can clearly see the quality that they put into their work. I'm in the military, and even if I end up getting stationed somewhere else in the US, I will have my car shipped out to AZ for them to fix it. Great job guys!

I had been looking for a shop to do a complete body restoration on my 94' Landcruiser I feel I am have a critical eye for detail and was initially concerned about the quality of the finished product a shop may deliver. I ended up at CSoT by referral. I advised Richard the owner that I was looking for a quality complete paint job including replacing most trim and accessories. Time was less of a concern. 3 months later I received a vehicle that looked like it just rolled off the factory floor. In fact I would say the depth of the paint looked better than factory. the service I received ,as well as the finished product far exceeded my expectations. This is by far the best esperience that I've ever had as it relates to dealing with an auto repair shop. My wife is extremaly attached to her 2001 Mustang so when it came time to do a complete makeover on it, we knew that we had to find the perfect shop. Wish I would have known about Collision Specialist a year ago. Long story.... Just glad that I know about them now. To some what we had done wasn't major, but as all know the second major purchase you make is a vehicle. Something my husband and I try to take care of. Call us old fashion. Even though it's a 2009, it still has the new car smell. No air fresheners involved. LOL We ended up with 3 small blemishes on the front and back panel of our truck. Sure to some it wouldn't have been a big deal, but it was to us. My husband and I are still amazed of how great it looks. They did a wonderful job. Because of this we plan on taking it back for extra pluses to be add to our truck. Their customer service is awesome. Friendly isn't the right word. They go a lot further then that. Seems they take care of their customer's vehicles as though they were their own. You don't find that very often anymore. So wrapping it up. If you are reading this and ever need paint and body work to your vehicle, either it be just because or from some kind of mishap. I would recommend Collision Specialist 100%. Took my Infiniti to their shop after my wife decided to use a gas station concrete pillar as a scratching post. Very friendly and straightforward. Great service all around. Was worried that they would have a hard time matching the 7-year old silver paint on the rest of the car. My worries were unfounded....the car matches perfectly and i don't think it could have come out any better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and (of course) to anyone reading this review on Garagefly. On another note, don't expect them to "cut a deal" with you on your insurance deductible like a lot of other shops do. Your estimate is what you pay. Personally, I am willing to pay for quality, and the honesty is refreshing despite having to fork out more money out of pocket than I might at another shop.

This is the third repair I have had Richard do and the second on my truck. I had him paint my hood from a previous repair before I knew of him. I was from a dealer shop and it screamed at me with zebra stripes every time I saw it reflecting in the sun. Richard recommended I take it back to that shop since it was warranted by them, but I told him I would rather pay the cost to have it done right by him rather than take it back with the chance it won't come back any better. I recently had the experience of visiting Collision Specialist of Tucson and meeting the owner Richard Estrada. I had recently purchased a Volvo from Volvo of Tucson on Wetmore Rd in Tucson. Since the vehicle was a 2008 certified used vehicle it happened to have some minor scratches on the one of the doors and the tail gate. It was recommend that if I wanted to repair the scratches to take the vehicle to Richard's business before I took delivery of the vehicle. Damage to the tail gate and dumper was minor, still I did not expect that the repair work would be indistinguishable. The car looks as good as new. Not only did they repair the collision damage but repainted several other unrelated scratches. I believe they take pride in their work and the resulting quality shows it. Wow! I should have done this a long time ago. But I waited until my power windows no longer went back up. So I asked about fixing every other little thing that has been bugging me, since I got the car used. The list was long, and included a fender bender. I came to this shop after having a Fender Bender which resulted in a dented hood, a loose bumper, and no working Signal Lights. Immediately upon entering the Garage, the friendly mechanics directed me to the Office, where there was a very pleasant woman sitting who asked me what they could help me with. I notified her that the only thing i really needed fixed was my signal lights, to which the owner of the store, a man named Richard responded to pull the car into the garage. To make a long story short, Richard worked on my car for about 45 minutes, actually walking to a different shop to get fuses that he didnt have, replacing them, fixing the signal light problem, and on top of that, screwing my bumper onto the frame so that it looked better and wouldn't shake or fall loose. He didn't charge me ANYTHING for this, and sympathized with me and was very kind during the whole process. ********* REPEAT CUSTOMER ******** A few days ago I took my customized Range Rover Sport through a Simoniz car wash on Kolb Rd & Tanque Verde (NEVER GO THERE) MY paint was completely ruined, it was scratched from bumper to bumper with 3D like swirl holigrams that made my vehicle look ruined. I was so pissed off because I take such good care of my vehicle and only let trusted people touch it; Leason Learned! It went by so quickly. They even allowed me to upgrade my hood from the standard to an srt 10 hood. I love it! My vehicle doesnt even look or feel like it was ever in an accident. I also liked how no matter when or what time of their business hours you always talked to Richard Estrada. He works with all customers one on one I never got to talk to an annoying secretary like other places. Richard helped me out so much. I wouldn't have taken it anywhere else. And if I ever had an accident in the future, Richard would be the one I call first.

I had the misfortune of damaging my new 2008 RAM within days of purchase. Richard and his staff at Tucson Collision Center had the vehicle repaired and painted in a couple of days! I was a victim of a hit and run. I was really stressing with trying to deal with everything. I had lots of questions which were anwsered in a way that I could understand. Which helped put me at ease. I was able to relax and let Collision Specialist of Tucson work their Magic. I was very happy with the quality of the work and the timeliness in which it was done. The work was done right the first time, which was important to me. My car actually drove better after the repairs than before the accident. Before I picked up my car they took the time clean it both inside and out. I would rate the service and quality of their work at Collision Specialist of Tucson to be top notch. MY WIFE AND I DROPPED OUR NEW MUSTANG OFF AT TUCSON COLLISION CENTER TO HAVE STRPES ADDED. RICHARD AND HIS CREW DID A GREAT JOB. THEY SANDED THE TOP SIDE OFF THE CAR TO INLAY THE STRIPES. I am very pleased with my overall experience at Tucson Collision Center!!! Richard was friendly, and professional. My truck was ready when promised. I was going to have my boyfriend pick up my truck, since I was working past their closing hours. Richard offered to stay late in order to wait for me, because he wanted to make sure that I was totally satisfied with the work. My truck looks beautiful...like a brand new truck. He even buffed out some scratches that I had elsewhere on the truck. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing body work.

I LOVE my car! Unfortunately, it was crashed by a business handling it in late May. After having some inevitable trouble getting the situation resolved by the business, I took my car to Tucson Collision Center for an estimate and came out of this so so glad I did. They were awesome! The manager made great suggestions to me about what steps I should take to reach a resolution. I had never had to deal with an insurance claim before so I didn't know what to do.The manager at TCC was very helpful and knowledgable. He even faxed the estimate to the insurance agent for me! THEN he made the car rental process a breeze for me! I haven't even mentioned anything about the work they did on my car. It is no exaggeration when I say that my car looked better after they did the work than before it was even crashed!!! Their work was beautiful. They went above and beyond my expectations and, both myself and my car, love Tucson Collision Center for making her feel better! I would recommend this shop to any and all of my friends and family for any repair work needed on a car! :-)

I took my car to tucson collision center and was very impressed with the results. The shop's owner and office staff were very professional. The actual body work and painting on my vehicle were excellent. There was no way to tell that the vehicle had ever been in a accident. The work was excellent and the rental car was waiting for me when I dropped my car off. The only issue I did have was not with the shop itself but with State Farm. I dropped the car off on monday and the adjuster was scheduled to be at the shop at 9a. At 3p the shop informed me that the ajuster had not shown up yet. I called State Farm to complain, was told the ajuster had forgot. He finaly showed up after four so the car was not worked on until the following day. This meant I kept the rental car two days. Stae Farm then reimbursed me for only one day even though they agreed it was thier mistake. To conclude my service at Tucson Collision Center was top notch, but I will no longer do business with State Farm who had been my carrier for over 13 years.

What a refreshing experience! I was sent to Tucson Collision Center by an insurance agent who was handling the claim after my wife was rear ended. The owner, Richard Estrada, was both knowledgeable and personable. The repairs and body work were performed in a timely fashion. The quality was excellent with what appeared to be factory perfect gaps/spacing between body components. It appeared to me that Tucson Collision Center is above average in the level of service and above average in competence. As a bonus they also went the extra mile to detail the cars interior, exterior, and engine compartment. In my nearly 4 decades of driving, and multiple encounters with body shops, my experience at Tucson Collision Center was unsurpassed and helped restore the belief that there are good and honest service providers. Our poor new Town&Country minivan had a very close encounter with a large rock in our yard, during which the rear bumper suffered a tragic bruise. Needless to say, we were heartbroken. Anxiously, we set out to find a reputable, quality body shop to gently repair the van. We were guided to Tucson Collision Center and upon meeting Richard, the owner, we immediately felt better. He and his crew carefully restored our new van to its original beauty. In addition to the excellent and quick repair job, the car was returned to us thoroughly cleaned ready for our enjoyment. We were impressed with Richard's friendly and professional manner. In fact, we had an old issue with our old car that neededed attention. He provided us with an excellent suggestion for a repair and immediatly quoted a very fair price. We left the car there to be repaired, and it was ready at the end of the following day. The quality of the work was excellent and once again, he provided some special attention to some of our old car's other needs.
