I am the owner of a plumbing company which relies heavily on reliable work vehicles to take care of our customers. As you can imagine, a vehicle that is out of commission not only is an inconvenience, but equates to lost revenue as well. I brought one of my vehicles in to Classic Gold for the first time back in April of this year. I must say that the experience was much different (and better I might add) than any other shops I've ever dealt with. I was pleased with the entire experience beginning with the greeting I received from Gerri, the office manager, to the explanantion of the vehicle's diagnosis, ending with the timeliness and cost of the repair. The whole process couldn't have been any better. I was even impressed with the cleanliness and comfort level of the facility. Since that time, I have been bringing all of my work vehicles there for repairs and maintenance. Mrs. Alfano has in me a customer for life. I'd advise anyone in need of vehicle repair to give this facility a try. It's nice to know that there are still fair and honest businesses out there. I'm glad I found them. I think you will be to. CLASSIC GOLD AUTO TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEM WHEN I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE A HUGE HASSEL!! One of my employees was changeing the oil in one of the sales Civics and drove the car up and over the ramps. The ramps bent the rocker panels behind the front tires. Then He opened the car and bent the door from the pressure of the ramp pressing up agaist the rocker. I told him to take it to Classic Gold, and upon inspecting the vehical they told him it was an easy fix and they would do it on the spot!!! I could'nt believe it, the Civic looks as good as new again. Thanks Classic Gold!

Last week I brought in my daughter's car that had been in a wreck. The shop was prompt in getting us an estimate and got started on the work quickly. Though some of the parts were wrongly delivered to the shop causing the work to take longer, the staff (Geri) was very prompt in keeping us up to date on the goings-on. This is the second car we've taken to Classic Gold. Our 2000 Honda Civic was sideswiped by a semi in Jan 2010 and sustained considerable damage on the driver side. Classic Gold did a perfect job fixing the damage. When our Infinity was damaged we brought it to Classic Gold and again they did a perfect job. You cannot tell the car was damaged. The color match was perfect. We will highly recommend Classic Gold to our friends.

I give Classic Gold Auto Center a five car rating. This is the second time I have had them repair my Aviator and they did a professional and complete job. Don’t take my word for their excellent ability and customer service just look at their record. As I understand it they have been in the business for about 20 years and have had to upgrade the facilities at least twice do to the increase in business. I am trying to make my Aviator last 20 years and I plan on having Classic Gold take care of the exterior of it to achieve that goal.

Had a friend deliver a Honda to AZ for us but wrecked on the way. Talked to Fran and Gerri at Classic Gold and told them our plight as we were arriving in 11 days. Not only did they have it done in 7 days but the work was $1200 cheaper than the estimate I had done from photos done by a body shop buddy in Wyoming. Car was clean and perfect. Great people.

We've been going to Classic Gold for over 5 years. They've done body work, mechanical & cosmetic work on our cars. This includes a Saab, Toyota & a BMW. They're a family run business and take incredible pride in every service they provide. I can't imagine having to take our car anywhere else. I have taken both my 2005 Corvette, and my 2007 Avalance to Classic Gold, and I have to say that I was extremely surprised at the level of service, knowledge, and honesty I experienced. They specialize in Corvettes, which tells you that they aren't your average garage. They repaired my Vette for 1/3 the cost it would have been at the dealership, and they did a fantastic job. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is: I really feel lucky to have found Classic Gold.

I had some minor rock damage to the front of my car, but the paint was starting to bubble and peel around it and looked really bad. The folks at Classic Gold fixed the damage, and did a great job of blending that area in with the rest of the nose so I didn't have to have the entire front section repainted. The price was fair, and it only took 1/2 the time I thought it would. The staff I dealt with were friendly, courteous and knowledgable. The next time I need any paint or body work, this is the shop I will go to.

Today was just another example why I let the crew at Classic Gold take care of not only my GTO but I work for a shop in south chandler and we use Classic for all our paint and body needs. We dropped a customer's 06 GTO off last week and it needed some help. Anyone familiar with Phantom Black Metallic on a GTO knows its hard to match. Hood/left Fender/Left Rear Fender/Front Bumper and rear lower valance were all matched perfectly. I got a call saying the car was ready for pick up, I arrived to see a practically factory fresh beautiful washed/waxed and ready 2006 GTO. Thank you again to the crew at Classic for yet another amazing job. This is also a testament to Classic's work. thay had my car 41 days .when went to get car bumpers & fenders did not lineup with each other.2nd time went to get exhaust still damaged & missing hangers.got car had to return 12hrs later for paint chip/flake on rear. took it back for chips again in 08. just had to go back for paint flakes/chips again 09/15/09 thay got 2 of the 3 spots.oops we missed one sayed michael. shop foreman. bring it back again. I DONT THINK SO !!!

Response: (9/18/09): We have tried to satisfy this customer but it seems that no matter what we did, he was unhappy. His vehicle was hit in the rear, and yet he was unhappy with the fit of his front bumper. I explained to him that it was his original bumper and we painted it because it was scuffed. He was unhappy with the rear aftermarket bumper authorized by the ins. company, so I negotiated for a factory GM bumper. He still was unhappy with that one. He did not want his exhaust system repaired and I negotiated for a new one that needed to be special ordered. He asked me to repaint his bumper because the paint appeared to him to be flaking off the very bottom of the car. Although this was not a paint failure, we repainted the bumper. We went above and beyond to try to please him. I am sorry that we could not accommodate him.

When I go to any service shop for automobiles, I am always on my guard. Too often I sense they are trying to deceive me, and I feel I am pretty astute about those things. An honest organization in the automotive service industry is to be cherished, and I have found that organization in Classic Gold. Classic Gold in Tempe Arizona provides straight forward, honest and excellent work from the top down. I have worked with Francine at Classic Gold, and I have consistently been very impressed by her professionalism and straight talking attitude. I am also impressed by everyone who works there. I give Classic Gold my highest recommendation for their professionalism, knowledge, fair prices, and honesty. Thank goodness there are still people like them around.

My wife and I have had three vehicles serviced at Classic Gold. In every case the service was quick, the work was performed correctly, and the prices were reasonable. This is a family owned business and their pride is evident. I live about 10 miles from Classic Gold, and there are dozens of auto repair shops closer to home, but I prefer to make the drive to have these folks service our vehicles. Highly recommended.

I have dealt with Classic Gold Auto Centre many times in the past on the auto repair side of it. Never had a single issue and always treated my car like it was their own. This time I was in need of a body repair shop. I knew classic had done very well on my previous stuff so I decided to give their body shop a try. Just like in previous experience. Great people to deal with and great work. I work right down the street, so I was up there all the time and not once where they rude to me for checking on the vehicle all the time. I am very picky about the way things look and they by far made this a very easy experience. I highly recommend them for Auto Repair as well as there Body Shop.

My daughter's Mustang bodywork repair looks fabulous and Fran's employees went above the call of duty by cleaning out even the inside of the car. I just picked Classic Gold off of a list the insurance company provided. It was definitely a lucky pick. I was especially concerned about matching the ‘Candy Apple’ red on my Miata, but it looks fantastic. I can’t tell the difference from the factory paint, and I know where to look. When I picked up the car, there was one little scratch on the mirror shell, and it was taken care of immediately. Later when one of the door clips came loose I brought the car back, not only was the clip fixed, I think Joe looked for every rattle there was. I don’t think it was this quiet when I drove it off the lot.
