These guys did a fantastic job on my brand new Pilot. Somehow, the process with my insurance was delayed and the crews were working even in the evening to meet the deadline for me because I needed my car to get out of town. They were very sincere and willing to do extra to meet my needs. Also, even with insurance estimate given to them, they were not charging more than they worked even if I wouldn't know the difference. So, I ended up saving a few bucks from the insurance check. After I picked up my car, I found out that my remote key was broken and they fully accepted the responsibility and said they will fix (replace) it for me without arguing. Staffs were very friendly and helped me load my kids to the rental car in the 110 degree heat (I am 7 month pregnant). I love these honest and hard working people and will give business to them again.

I just picked up my car after having a door dent repaired and the car painted. First of all, the estimate was $3,200 less than Invision quoted me. BRIGHTON did a fantastic job plus cleaned my car's interior and polished my headlamp lenses as a courtesy. Riley and Jennifer are tops when it comes to customer service. The 'other guys' insurance claims estimator came out to review the damage done to our sons car and recommended Brighton. At first, I was a bit skeptical of going with them simply because it was the 'other guys' rep, but after reading garagefly reviews I decided it had to be as good as he claimed... ...and it was! First call was to Jennifer and she was very helpful right off the bat. Had us scan and email the estimate that we got from the insurance company so they could order any parts ahead of time. Set us up with a Monday appt to drop off the car and arranged to have the rental car folks ready for us as well! Got a call to let us know everything was going great, but they needed to replace the front light assembly and had already got it approved with the insurance folks...and it should still be ready on Wednesday as expected. Got another call on Wednesday after lunch time to give us a heads up that they were done and reassembling the car and it should be ready later that afternoon or the next morning. Jennifer called again just before 4 to say it was ready now...which was a bit of an issue as our son had to work at 5 and the rental car had to be dropped off still. NO PROBLEM, as Jennifer let him leave the rental with them and they got it back to Enterprise for us. Car looks great and not a hint it was ever in an accident! Great job Brighton!! (and hang on to Jennifer, she's your secret weapon on the front lines!)

My experience was probably not typical, as due to issues locating parts (through no fault of the shop), the job took a little longer than it normally should. Despite the frustration of waiting on a single part, I have to say that I was completely satisfied with the service I received. I received updates at least once a week, and most weeks I got 2 or 3. They had no problems with me coming by to see how the car was going, and were quick to address any concerns I had. The paint on my car is a factory-optioned color shifting paint that costs over $1000 per gallon, so I naturally had my concerns about the quality of the painting, but after looking the car over very thoroughly, I was 100% satisfied with the painter's work. These guys care about their customers, and about the quality of work they do. The adjuster I dealt went so far as to stay almost 3 hours late the final night in order to get the car done for me. I grew up in a repair shop, and got to see how some other body shops operate, and I have to say that Brighton really shines in comparison. I would (and have) recommend this shop to anyone in need of their services.

I thought it would be a simple bumper replacement. The first time I understood the poor fitment of the parts with aftermarket parts. Then the insurance company ok'd OEM parts. A couple of days later the results were a little better, but there were still problems that they did not seem to care about. Said that's the way it was built. There are problems that are noticable and they did not care. I will either take the time myself to get the bumper/grill alignment correct myself or take it to another shop.
Response: (4/3/09): Brighton Collision Center takes customer service and quality of repairs very seriously. Naturally, “David M”s concerns are a concern of ours. In this instance, the insurance company chose, with the customers’ knowledge, to replace the bumper with a non-OEM (aftermarket) part. Upon completion, we felt that the quality was in line with that of a non-OEM part, but Mr. M felt it to be unsatisfactory. We respect that decision and as part of our service, we negotiated with the insurance company to authorize the replacement with a genuine OEM part. Upon completion, Mr. M told us he was satisfied with the bumper repair but was concerned about fitment with the hood. This concern wasn’t presented to us prior to or during repairs. Mr. M stated that he told the insurance company about it, but it was not documented on their estimate. We adjusted the hood at no charge; however the fitment of the hood and fender where it meets the headlamps could not be adjusted. It does appear to us, the collision center, that these fitment issues are from the GM factory and are not accident related. Naturally, as in any business, getting paid for our services is important to us. Unfortunately, it appears that he felt it was our “only concern”, which it is not. His signature is merely a formality for accepting the repairs and leaving with the vehicle. We only get paid when the repairs are complete and the vehicle is delivered. We value Mr. M’s business and are willing to work with him and/or the insurance company to attempt to resolve this issue. We guarantee our work and back it with a lifetime warranty. I had a Rear Bumper replaced and Body Work done on the Passenger Cargo Door side. It's been a long time that I have truly worked with such a GREAT Staff of Professionals. From the Estimate to the Drop-Off and last the Pick-Up, the Staff Members were Very Friendly, Courteous, Completely Explanatory and Timely in their Completion of the repair work. I have a C4-5 Complete Quadriplegic disability. I have been Paralyzed from the Shoulders on Down for the past 35 years but, I have worked full time for the last 28 years. Alternative Transportation is still not the greatest in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. So, I asked if my Healthcare Assistant could have a Ride Home after Dropping Off the Van and a Pick-Up Ride to obtain it upon completion. The Staff at Brighton Collision worked out all the Details with me. Last, their Quality of Work is Top of the Line !!!!!! I have no idea where to start, from the initial phone call to the day I picked up my car the service was AMAZING. Everybody was personable and sincere. Unfortunately my Magnum was involved in a pretty bad parking lot accident and had extensive damage. (Both left and right rear quarter panels, crease in the roof, bumper, both drivers side doors, the list goes on). There was never a question in my mind that my car wasn't being taken care of properly. Our Camry had some extensive undercarriage damage after the accident. Brighton Collision center had our Camry for 30 days and they kept us updated about our car on a weekly basis. There was even an option to get updates more often than once a week if we wanted. They answered any questions we had right away and welcomed our visits whenever we were there. We were a little apprehensive to take our 10 month old Camry there because it was so new, but they knew what they were doing and we are very satisfied with the end product. Only one problem encountered, when I was called with an update on Tuesday Nov 11, I was told that they were ready to move it to painting> I was given an update on the money estimate but was told that they still estimated it to be ready on Nov 18, which was the original estimate. I made plans to be out of town over the weekend. Then they luckily called me on Wed Nov 12, the night before I was leaving and said the car would be ready the next day, which created a praoblem with the rental car. I would suggest that the pickup date should be adjusted as readily as possible to prevent this type of conflict. Other than that, everything was perfect.

After having been involved in two car accidents within a week of each other (both being my first), I was a little apprehensive with the whole repair process. Being new to the area the local Ford dealer recommended Brighton to me. I needed a bumper replaced due to a hit and skip in a parking lot. Car was stolen and wrecked in Indiana while I was here in Arizona looking for home. Took car to In. shop for repairs. The hood,left fender and bumper seams were gapped and misaligned, which kept getting worse. When I got to Az and settled in my new home, I called Geico to reopen claim, which they did. The adjuster agreed something was really wrong and told me to bring car to Brighton,although so much time had passed and I might have to pay for the work, he said, the shop was really fair. He also contacted the shop in Indiana which wanted me to drive the car there so they could looked at it, a cost of $600 gas plus 6 days drive and hotels. The gaps kept getting wider between the d-door and fender.So I took it to Brighton knowing well that I would pay the costs. Brighton took the fender and hood off and found the other body shop had painted over damaged frame work behind head light rather than pull it out causing all the rest of the problems of alignment. They called in Geico and showed what was done and Geico agreed and picked up the full cost of repairs. Brighton went way beyond customer service and fought for the little guy who is very pleased with the work and the warranty they have for work they do.Thank you to Brighton and my Geico rep. Excellent collision center. The owner and staff were very personable and the work was great. Very good in updating me as to their progress. I had been hit in a parking lot with front end damage. The work looks like new. I will use them again if necessary.

I found the experience with Brighton was excellent. I showed up late Friday about 10 minutes before closing on Friday. Jarred from Brighton came out and I showed him my problem. I explained that the truck was brand new and the worries I had about getting it repaired. Jarred said he had the same truck and would take good care of it. Brighton did exactly that. They kept me informed of all happenings and informed me that I could stop by anytime to see what had been accomplished. I did stop by one morning and Jarred took me through all that was need to put the truck back together again. I am very happy with the service as well as the overall job on my truck. I highly reccomend Brighton collision.
