  I often don't contribute in reviewing businesses simply because there is not much more I can add to the plethora of reviews already posted. Sometimes a business can be so good that I have no choice but to write a great review for them. Meet Mike & Kaci. This place is awesome for several reasons. Every good business starts with the receptionist and manager. Kaci (receptionist) greets you with a warm smile and professional attitude helping you with your rental car or finishing your paper work she's an asset to their success. Mike (Manager) is amazingly easy to deal with and was very diligent. He was honest, on top of things, and really a genuinely great guy to communicate with. Their flexibility to do the body work (among other work on the car) within your schedule is awesome. It wasn't a struggle to get the car in and finished in a timely manner...and conveniently around my busy schedule. The fairness in the quote he gave us was unexpected. Let's be honest, most of us are skeptical when it comes to any type of work being performed on our cars. Whether it is mechanic work, dealerships, or body shops, people never really know who to trust with good work and honest pricing. Well, BRIGHTON is one of those very unique places. The work quality and paint work they did on my KIA was on point with how great the other facets of the business function. We are in the Army and were really pressed for time because we were leaveing the country soon after we got into our accident.   I took my truck to Brighton Collision Center after an accident where someone else was at fault. When I took my truck in for repairs, the other drives insurance was giving me the run-a-round about the rental car and specific dates for repairs that did not work with my schedule. The lady at the front desk (Nicole) was able to straighten everything out and was a huge help to me. She was able to smooth everything over with the rental company and the insurance company, and ended up saving me a lot of time and money. She made a very strong impression on me and is a great representative for Brighton Collision Center. The gentleman who helped me with my repairs (Rory) was extremely courteous and professional from start to finish. He showed me around the facility and assured me that my vehicle would be safe at his shop. I have had bad previous experiences with other valley body shops, but Rory was able to change my views and has created a customer for life. My vehicle was finished quicker than I was expecting, and looked like a brand new vehicle. I will recommend Brighton Collision Center to anyone who needs automotive repair and I will only use this shop in Casa Grande for any future needs that I may have.   I had a unique situation where the rear hatchback of the jeep would not open due to a rear end collision. There was prior damage to that area of the car, but notwithstanding that earlier collision, the door would open until the current rear end collision which prevented the opening of that door. The office manager from Brighton took the time to listen to my explanation as to the prior damage and how the door was still operable prior to the current circumstance. She discussed that fact with the insured's carrier and the door was repaired. Her professional handling of the situaton and her companies' professional repair work provided a win-win sitution for all involved.
