I have used this shop to repair my bumpers, install a spoiler and buff out a scratch. I really like working with Chris he is always quick to help and get the work done right away. I highly recommend this body shop for any body work needed and it's the only place I go.

I had an accident where the rear quarter panel was pretty badly damaged. I got estimates from a couple of different shops in the area. I felt that AutoPro Collision Center's estimate was the best reasonable estimate that I received so I went ahead and scheduled the work. AutoPro told me that it would take up to 9 days to get the repairs completed. They actually completed the job in 6 days. Better still, the car looked like new. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle back to AutoPro Collision Center in the future.

Having my car damaged was a very stressful event for me. Not only was I concerned about getting the repairs done by a “top notch” and highly qualified shop, but also one that could work with my very tight schedule. After doing exhaustive checking and speaking with many people in the auto industry, I made an appointment with Tom at AutoPro Collision Center. This was by far the very best customer service experience I have ever had when dealing with this industry. Tom inspected the damage in great detail and we went back into the office to put together the estimate. It was detailed and very fair. He then got up and grabbed some tools; we went back outside in the heat where he started disassembling part of the body. He crawled back out and said “I think we can save you some more money”. He said even though insurance will pay for all new parts it’s not necessary to go new on everything, since he knew I was paying out of pocket. Looking at my crumpled car, I couldn’t imagine that the car would look normal again. He was able to save a little over $1000 off the original estimate which I was already fine with. Talking about going above and beyond for a customer he’s never met before, I was blown away with his honesty and commitment to help me. He arranged for a rental car for me and even drove me over to pick it up. Upon my return to pick up my car (which he stayed after hours to accommodate my schedule), I was astonished! It looked exactly the same as it did the day I bought it, perfect! I examined every inch of the damaged areas for flaws. There is no way anyone could ever tell that my car had ever been crumpled. Even the paint was matched perfectly, and my car had 4 years of Arizona sun on it. This was a perfect repair job, at a very good price. I felt like I was being taken care of by a family member. These guys made a very stressful situation a great experience. They really do care, and it shows. I highly recommend this shop, they’re the real deal! Zach S.

I had Autopro complete some custom painting on my brand new VW Tiguan. They were very professional and completed the work as promised. They also did a fantastic job color matching the parts to the existing paint. Would highly recommend if you want great quality workmanship at an honest price.

After having been hit from behind my insurance agency recommended AutoPro. Normally I would go through the dealership, but they were just up the road from me and my agent said they worked directly with State Farm. Took the car in, got an estimate with no pressure to have them fix it. Took it on Monday was told could be done as late as Wednesday, was done by Tuesday afternoon. They even helped me out with my rental taking me over to their office and returning my rental on my behalf.

Had two small dings on left and right sides of car from people who hit and leave. They fixed my car in one day. They gave me a loan car (free) and it was a painless event. Car looks new and they were very compitant and nice people,which you don't always run across in this day and age.

I brought my car in to get the back bumper repainted. It had a nice scuff on it from a small fender bender. They finished the job in one day, and it looks good as new. Excellent job, and $100 cheaper than another shop I got an estimate from. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent craftsmanship--they take personal attention to each job. Worked well with insurance company. Had towing available in minutes following the accident. Pickup up auto in like new condition. Paint matched perfectly. Do not know of any negative things to mention---everything very positive.

This shop is the best experience I've ever had with a body shop. The business was on State Farm's "recommended" list, so I took my truck there for a repair. I am picky to a fault & take a lot of pride in my vehicles. Auto Pro did an excellent job! I liked them so much that I have also taken my S2000 there for detail work on non-insurance claimed work. I have referred three other people that have had their cars repaired there too. Owner Chris seems to run a good shop with a lot of integrity.

I was refered to AutoPro by Victory BMW motorcycle dealership. I disassebbled my 1998 R1100RT BMW and had AutoPro paint 12 body pieces. The work was done in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the quality of work and the way the RM paint laid down flat with excellent gloss. They went the extra mile for me and the price was very reasonable. I will be back to get my truck painted!

this shop is amazing. I dropped my car off for repair at 8:00am and figured it would take 2 or 3 days to complete. The manager, Chris told me to drop the car off one day and pick it up the next. On my way home I decided to pull into the shop to check on it. I was amazed to find them washing my vehicle here the same day at 4:30 in the afternoon. They had left a message on my home phone that the car was finished. They got this repair done the same day!!! This has never happend to me at a body shop. Thank you, Thank you AutoPro! The people at Auto Pro were very friendly, helpful, and really went the extra mile for me. They arranged for a rental car and had it ready for me when I dropped my vehicle off. My car was involved in an accident and had to be towed. After much pressure from the tow company to take it to a repair shop that they suggested, I chose to go to a repair shop that my co-worker had repair his car, AutoPro. I am glad I did. After several frustrating phone calls to the tow company and being told I have to come in to sign papers and bring in proof of everything, I phone call from Chris at AutoPro and my car was there. Let me be the first to say, I was a person that thought once a car was wrecked that bad, It would never be the same. I was wrong, My Lexus looks amazing. I had phone calls from AutoPro giving me progress reports during the repair and to amazement My car was done four days before it was supposed to be ready. Chris and the staff are Great people and they do top quality work! I will tell everyone of my experience there.
