After my girlfriend was in an accident my friend recommended I take it to Andy's. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. I actually got more info about whole process of getting car towed to location and the whole claims process then our own insurance company. When I picked up my car everything was beter then expected. Not only were repairs done ahead of schedule, I noticed my headlights were cleaned and polished (used to look yellow and oxidized) and inside of car was detailed. I dont think her car ever looked as good, besides the day she bought it.

Andy's Collision Center is terrific! They took my car in immediately and had it completely repaired in only three days. They went out of their way to get my car back to me as soon as possible - they even came and picked me up from work and brought me to the shop since I didn't have a rental, without any charge. The car looked terrific, like nothing had ever happened to it. I highly recommend this shop!

This place dose excellent work. This is the second (unrelated) time I have had to put my car in this body shop. The first time was a complete restoration of the front end. The second time was a dent in the rear panel and damaged tail light. On both occasions I was very pleased with the service, the repair and the timeliness. I hope I never need body work again. If I do? You know where I’m going.

I have owned this car for over 9 years and Andy's is the only place I ever go for repairs. They are honest, do amazing work, the car is always ready when they say it will be and they really do go the extra mile for their customers. My little red Miata means a lot to me and I try to keep it looking good. The people at Andy's know how important that is and have always treated the car with respect. The office is clean and organized. No emerging with oil stained papers and clothes here! Mike handled all the dealings with my insurance company. All I had to do was drop the car off and pick it up. Actually, since I was out of town, I didn't even have to pick it up. Mike arranged the drop-off logistics with my husband. While the car was at Andy's, Mike called and kept me informed of any changes to the originally proposed parts. I couldn't be more satisfied with the end result--high quality--- paint, everything looks great. Mike insists on quality even if it doesn't involve Andy's. He pointed out a warped rear window that a glass company installed (related to the same collision). The glass company told me that all windows are somewhat warped, that's just how it is. Funny, after speaking with Mike (at my request), they seemed to remember that a perfect window can be obtained from a factory dealer... something they weren't willing to bother with until Mike intervened. Mike is exceptionally knowledgeable and was happy to help every step of the way. High quality, knowledgeable, dependable, and outstanding customer service. This establishment will make you think you're in Mayberry, not metro Phoenix. I absolutely recommend Andy's for any auto repair. The experience by far exceeded expectation.

I could not have been happier with my experience with Andy's Collision Center. I dropped my Volvo off with major repairs and had it back within one week. I had a similar type accident with front end damage about two years ago.....my automobile was in the body shop for five weeks! Mike at Andy's could not have been more helpful. My car was done on time and was done well - in fact, when Mike wasn't happy with the hood repair, he ordered a new hood and let my insurance company know. He also helped me with another repair shop that handled air conditioning so that they could coordinate the timing and I wouldn't have to leave my car with the other shop another time. I have recommended Andy's to several people at work and will continue to do so.
