A&D Auto Body shop treated me like a long time friend. They greeted me with a handshake and explained step by step what I needed to know and what I needed to hear, no lies. They scheduled a time to drop off my vehicle and arranged for a rep. To pick me up for a rental car at a near by location. My vehicle was completed in a timely manor and I was kept up to date. I had my Lexus RX300 fixed at A&D Auto Body in Avondale after being rear ended. I had an excellent experience over all. The staff was wonderful, they are all very helpful and extremely friendly. It took longer than expected to fix, only because they had found additional damage underneath the bumper that wasn't seen before. But A&D was great about keeping me updated the whole time my car was in the shop. They made sure I did not have to deal with any calls from the rental company or the insurance company. They took care of everything and I was extremely satisfied. I'm glad my first auto body experience was with them. If for any reason I should ever need to use a body shop, I will gladly do business with them all over again. I definitely recommend A&D Auto Body!!

This is the 2nd time I've had to use their service in the last 12 months and this time was much more severe than the last. I'm beyond impressed in so many ways. They called me weekly to give me updates and adjusted the expected pickup date accordingly. I appreciate this type of honesty. When I got it back my car looked brand new, definitely makes it easier to handle when the last time we saw it was a complete wreck.
