  We were rear ended in Feburary and took our car to Von's for repairs. They did an excellent job on all repairs and paid very close attention to all detail. We had a U of A license plate that got smashed and crinkled and they even went above and beyond and straightened out the plate and we still have it on our car. We had this car less then a year but they made it look brand new again. Thanks Carstar.

  I'm new to Tucson, and was recommended to Vons by the insurance adjuster. Excellent job overall. Owner and all staff tried hard to please. In my case, they underestimated part of the repair, yet honored their estimate in my favor! I'd use them again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them.

  I am one of those nit-picky owners that freak just giving up my car at the carwash to some child thats going to drive it around the corner the put it in the wash bay. John, Vanessa, and Marie responed perfectly to my idiosyncrasy and made me feel comfortable leaveing my car with them! This is now the 4th time over the years that Von's Car Star has performed the highest level of repair to my car! I absolutely am 200% satisfied with the repairs made to my car, and how well the previous repairs have lasted and still look fabulous to this day! This place is truly a GOD send for the nerotic car owner such as myself! I don't know what else to say to convince you how happy and greatfull you would be to have your car restored at Von's Car Star.   After my car was damaged, I was eager to get it fixed as quickly and painlessly as possible. The insurance company referred me to Von's and I am very statified with the whole experience. It could have been a very frustrating experience, but the staff at Von's were helpful and knowledgeable. There ETA on my car was accurate and my car looks beautiful.   My car was hit in a parking lot and the person left without leaving any information. I called my insurance company and they recommended Von's Carstar. I took my car to Von's. Vanessa took care of me. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She told me when she would have the estimate ready and approximately when the car would be repaired. The repairs were completed two days earlier than her estimate and the car looked great. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks to all the great people at Von's Carstar.

Vanessa kept me up-to-date on the repair process and when I visited the shop she even allowed me to look at my car and what had been done.   My cherry 96 toyota 4-runner was vandalized last year and the console was completely destroyed and the door locks were so damaged that the key wouldn't work. The stereo was stolen and the alarm was ripped out. I had the vehicle towed to Von's on Wednesday and the repairs were completed on Saturday. The shop was closed but the owner arranged to meet me there so I could pick it up. I was amazed at how well they put my vehicle back together and it was done in three days. After the trauma of having my vehicle trashed it was a great feeling to see it back in better condition than it was before it was vandalized. This shop goes the extra mile to insure a positive customer experience and I would recommend them to anyone! Great job and thanks for everything!

  I was involved in an accident in January. Through my insurance I was referred to Vons Carstar. The experience with this body shop was great. The damage to my vehicle was severe. When I picked up my vehicle it looked like it was brand new as if nothing ever happened. The customer service was exceptional. I would refer others to Vons.

  In May 2008, my insurance directed me to Von's to get my driver's side window fixed. Sharon at the front desk was incredibly helpful; they fixed my window quickly and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, I paid them another visit in December. I was involved in a hit-and-run (I was hit, they ran), so I took it back to John who restored it to looking brand new. I appreciate their wonderful work, but most of all, I appreciate their patience with a person who is less-than-knowledgeable about cars. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone.

  December 19th my Sebring was vandalized and broken into. After speaking with my insurance agent, he said Vons was the best shop to have my car repaired at. I filed my claim and my car was at Vons in a couple of days, they took care of my car and when I went to pick it up, staff was very helpful and caring. They made sure everything looked good with my car and even gave it a complimentary wash. I have my car back and I'm glad Vons was able to take care of all my issues. Thanks!

  I decided to restore the 1986 pickup that I bought new in 1986. I needed new chrome trim installed to complete the renovation. After visiting several body shops, I elected to use Von's. I was very glad I did since they knew exactly what I wanted and did it perfectly and at the time they promised. I would certainly use them again.

John Swerdlove, Body Shop Manager, helped me make arrangements and was thorough and caring. I was frustrated - the accident happened on the way to work! John followed through with excellent and timely repair which I was thoroughly pleased with. It was handled very professionally but above that, very friendly. I felt like my brother was taking care of me. So when my car was damaged in a hit and run a few days ago, I again chose Von's Carstar because I know I'll get excellent service and caring help.   Absolutely the finest, most professional auto repair service encountered in 50 years of driving! Vonnie and Pat are extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. My car had been the target of attempted theft...window smashed; ignition punched out; steering column trashed. These folks did the repairs in record time at a very fair price. When I later discovered the radio wasn't working, Pat Loop (co-owner) drove his mobile repair unit to my workplace and repaired it AT NO FURTHER CHARGE. His wife, Vonnie, is the absolute model of courtesy and concern. They are the ONLY people I'd recommend for auto repairs...and in fact I did send another customer to them not long after this incident. He was likewise very pleased with the service. Von's CARSTAR is tops in my book! Highly recommended!!!
