  I learned of this shop through Groupon. I had called them several times prior to my service as they were quite outside of my area and they were always so understanding and accommodating. On the day of the service, they completed all work in a timely manner and stayed in communication with me throughout the day. At the end they recommended additional services. Good value, recommended.

  I had not previously heard of Virginia Auto Service until I purchased the special on Groupon for the two oil changes. I was beyond impressed during my first visit when I was told that I would receive a ride once I dropped my car off and then be picked up when my car was done. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. I feel that the standard oil change is of much better quality than I've received from other auto service locations, and the car wash was a nice bonus. I like being able to take my car to a place that specializes in forgein vehicles for a reasonable price. I save a lot of time on the weekends by being able to drop my car off during the day, going to work and picking up the car at the end of the day.
