  I recently needed to have work done on my 2002 Dodge Dakota. Word of mouth lead me to Sunland Auto Service, Inc. located at 3530 E. Broadway here in Mesa 85204. What a great shop not only were they fair in their pricing their customer service is above board. Owner Bob McLeod is there at the front desk with an attentive ear to narrow down just what the problem is. Both Bob and his manager Scott Shepherd put me at ease answering my questions and keeping me informed on their plan of action. I would highly recommend this garage to any and all those looking for a great shop in the East Valley.

  I've been taking my cars to Bob at Sunland for _years_. They've taken such good care of my that I've never once had to question their honesty or their prices. My wife has commented a number of times how nice it is to work with a shop that doesn't make her feel dumb - she can call in with questions about the car and get a clear, kind and helpful answer. It's nice having a mechanic you can trust.

  What a relief for a single woman to find an honest mechanic. I was told by 2 sources that I needed an alternator. Bob gave me a quote for the repair. Imagine my delight at getting his call saying that it wasn't the alternator after all, just a pulley and the repair would be hundreds less than expected!! I will recommend Sunland Auto to everyone!!

  I found that my brake light was on for a while. I wasn't sure so I took it to a small auto repair shop close to my house, and they said it was the master cylinder. I got a quote from them and then took it to Sunland Auto, where I found I would save almost $50 on the same job, plus they figured out why my car had a problem starting. Other auto repair shops couldn't figure why it wasn't working. Sunland did a great job, had fast and friendly service, and saved me some money.

  First time to Sunland Auto and was very impressed. Bob was very upfront about everything and kept his word as promised. I called Tuesday evening having problems with my car overheating he had me in Wednesday morning and dignosed in less than an hour. Had it in and out in 3 hours total, which I was promised 4 hours. Above and beyond all expectations. The cost seemed inexpensive for the job they did. Very little labor cost, mostly parts and no "extra fees". Great shop will be returning in the future.

  I was impressed with Bob(the owner) and his team from the moment I walked in. He looked me in the eye, shook my hand, and introduced himself immediately. I was in a pinch with my work van breaking down. Bob was able to get it up and running again quickly and I was shocked at how low the price was. On a second occasion my van broke down with a different problem and Bob had it towed and fixed for under $125.( I thought the towing would be $100 alone. I recommend Sunland to a friend whos truck was down. Big O said he would need a new engine and Sunland was ablt to fix the problem (bent rod) for about $300 - Big O wanted thousands!. I recommend Sunland to everyone I can. Hopes this Helps!

  My car drives better than it ever has! Bob and his staff are ALWAYS professional, prompt, courteous and helpful. He always checks first to see what needs to be done and gives me an accurate estimate of expense and time. I won't take my cars anywhere else.

  I've been bringing my cars to Bob at Sunland Auto for over 5 years. I was referred to Bob by a family member and I have referred all of my other relatives and neighbors to Bob as well. There have been 3 or 4 times where Bob has told me that a repair really did not need to be done, saving me hundreds of dollars. I know Bob to be a very honest and reliable mechanic, which is an incredibly valuable find these days.

  Sunland Auto came highly recommended to me and I am completely satisfied with their work. They are upfront about work that needs done and work that can wait. Their prices are reasonable. They are efficient and communicate well. I have had an oil change, air condition repair, door lock repair, alignment and other work done. All have been great.

  I took my Nissan in because I thought I needed the brakes done. Bob inspected the car and all I needed was the front brakes replaced. It's nice to know that I was only charged for what I really needed and there is someone honest that you can trust.
