They were competitive in price and Javier took the time to explain the process of the repair. The work was completed in one day and looks incredible. The BBB backing and lifetime warrenty sold me on this company and I would highly recommend them.

  Our insurance company recommended Spectrum after we had a fender bender. We had never heard of Spectrum before but trusted our insurance company's recommendation. We took our Explorer XLS and Henry Andrada (67125) took care of us. He gave us an appraisal and said that it would take approximately 3 days for the repairs. On Thursday, April 7th we brought the truck in. Another customer was waiting for Enterprise Rental to pick her up and we mentioned that they needed to pick up us too. We waited quite awhile and a gentleman from Spectrum told us that Enterprise was taking too long to get all of us, he drove us to Enterprise and while we were driving, it was mentioned that he was the owner of Spectrum. My wife and I were impressed that he took the time to take special care of his customers. On Friday, April 8th we got a call from Spectrum stating that our truck was ready. We were both surprised and happy that it didn't take 3 days to fix but only 1 day. The service that we received from Henry and the owner of Spectrum were, in our opinion, was extremely professional and courtious. Hopefully, we won't need Spectrum's service again, but if we do we will definitely take our business to them without any hesitation. Manny & Arlene Garcia

  My husband's car had some oxidation on the bumper and license pocket. There was also a dent along the wheel well in the right rear quarter panel. I took the car to the dealer and Spectrum. Spectrum had a better price, and even though I had never had any experience with them, I got really lucky. The car was ready when promised, and the work was top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend Spectrum and the staff there to anyone needing auto body work. Henry A was the best.

  This shop is always friendly when you come in (even on a Saturday) for an estimate. Very respectful staff who really have your vehicle in mind. They went out of their way to find a less costly part for my vehicle to help keep my out of pocket costs down. The finished product looks fantastic, as if there was never any damage. Not my first time with the shop and even though I have since moved across town I take my vehicle there whenever it needs work. I'm sure that I will be back again at some point. I had a collision with my car that would have cost 4x as much to fix and would have left me carless for 10 days in California. But Spectrum Auto Collision was able to accept my car on a thursday afternoon and I was back on the road by friday evening. Not to mention that I drove over 400 miles because of his work ethic and reputation. If you have ANY issues with your car from semi services to major collisions.... go to Spectrum Auto, you will not regret it.

  Spectrum Body Shop on Ina Rd. has offered by far the best consumer experiences I've experienced in a long time. I ran my truck into my car, on my own property. (Not something I willingly wanted to admit or share with anyone), but worth it to tell this story. Henry and Hank drove to my home and offered estimates for both vehicles. That day I accepted there estimates & they drove the car to their shop. Something I didn't want to do with a broken tail light... The car was done on the day as promised and in perfect condition. Even better than expected they touched up some other areas on the hood, not affected by the damage I'd done... The truck was done even sooner than promised & actually (again) in better condition than promised, they waxed the entire truck & touched up a few other scratched areas not on the orginal estimate. I often express to my customers that in order to maintain their customer base and if they want to increase that customer base. One way to do this is to perform outstanding service. Giving the consumer more for their money. It doesn't have to be much. Just a little more. Here in lies the perfect example, Spectrum Auto Body Shop on Ina Rd. has done what they said they would do and more. They've actually exceeded my expectations, by performing outstanding service, and I would recommend them to everyone, that would require auto body and painting work. Rick Williamson

Javier Avalos and everyone at Ina Rd Collision not only had it ready in time (No small feat for the amount of time they had), but the car looked better than new. The work done on our car was GREAT! The paint job looks wonderful, you can't tell where they started and stopped on it. They buffed out some serious scratches and you can't even tell where they were! We are very pleased with this shop and will recommend it to our friends. Ask for Henry!! He was great.

Though I have received great service at times, never have I received the personal service and genuine care that I received at Spectrum and from Javier Avalos. Further, they did an absolutely perfect job on my repair. I would - without reservation - recommend this shop and Javier to anyone that has the need. The best!!!

  Best service ever; when Javier did the estimate he really tried to buff out the scratches and remove the paint from the other car; unfortunately doing all of that showed the dent which otherwise would not have been seen which was actually good for me because then we could fix the real problem; they were fast and on time and the car looks great; they also helped with the other insurance as well as arranging the rental car; I would use then again and in a heart beat and would recommend them without hesitation;

But what I was MOST impressed with was the after-care. The Tacoma was returned almost fully detailed with an interior detail, a wash, wax and buff job, and all the windows and windshield not only washed but Rain-Exed as well. God forbid I should ever need to use a collision shop again, but if I do, it will be Ina Road Collision. They came highly recommended to me by Douglas Auto in Cortaro, and I implicitly trust Douglas Auto's opinion.
