  Just wanted to write a kind word about Select Auto Body. What a great bunch of people there! I mainly talked with Ron, and he was extremely professional with me. He seemed very concerned with how I was being treated, and was always available to answer any questions I had about the car. And speaking of the car, WHAT A GREAT JOB THEY DID!!! The front end actually looks BETTER than what it did BEFORE the accident. Even all the dings that were there previously are gone, and truly you can't even tell it was in an accident before. They even did a walk around my car before I left just to double check things. Overall, I was very impressed, and would definetly recommend this shop to anyone. Heaven forbid my car ever gets in an accident again, but if it does, my car will be coming back here for repair. Thanks for everything you did, Select Auto Body! :)

  These guys are great! Very nice and helpful. They went out of their way to do it right the first time. When I came to pick up my car they had detailed it.. it was in better condition than when I gave it to them. It did take longer than planned due to more damage than anticipated but really helped me out when the insruance ran out of my rental coverage. I would trust them with my vehicle anytime!

  Some hooligan keyed my car, so insurance offered to take care of it. I just moved here from Chicago so they referred me to Select Auto Body. They had my car repainted in barely 2 days, took my rental back for me, washed and vacuumed my car, and even repaired a dent on my bumper free of charge. Bud and his crew were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, generous and I honestly couldn't have asked for better service. They actually listen, and CARE. I highly recommend getting your car worked on here.

  Took our 2011 Sonata to Select after someone backed into the rear quater panel in a parking lot. Bud and Ron were very helpful and did a great job on our car. I was amazed at how the paint matched perfectly on the repair. No one would ever know there had been damage to the car. I would highly recommend Select for any repair and will definitely use them again if needed. Hopefully not any time soon!

  Select Auto Body is hands down the best auto body service in Phoenix Metro. They have worked on my vehicle 3 times (the last a compete front end rebuild after an accident) and each time it looks AND drives as good as new. Detailed and friendly customer service (phone calls every 5-7 days to update progress on auto plus take care of all insurance contacts and rental car contacts - truly removes the stress from the situation). Amazing, skilled auto body services (my FJ is meticulous). Ron and his staff are amazing and work endless hours to get you your car back at the earliest possible date. All around professional, top notch business. Period!

Both times they were fixed the car in a timely manner.. Thank you to the whole staff at Select Auto body you guys are wonderful. They really care about your car...   I had been referred to Select Auto by a friend in the auto insurance industry who claimed they were the best around. I'm the first to admit I'm a bit anal when it comes to my car, so with a reference like this I shouldn't go wrong, and true to my friend's word, they did an outstanding job. The attention to detail was meticulous, to include additional cosmetic work I had requested. Overall, my FairLady looked beautiful. However, like anything done right, it requires time, and so if you're looking for a quick in-n-out turnaround when you drop your car off, don't expect it - that's not them. But if you're patient, it's well worth the wait. I hope not to be in need of anymore body work anytime soon, but if I have to, there's no doubt this is where I'm coming.

  My wife was involved in a car accident and her 2004 Honda Civic suffered front end damage. We chose Select Auto Body to repair the vehicle based on favorable on-line reviews and their relationship with the other driver's insurance company (they were at fault). We are EXTREMELY happy with our decision. The staff was very courteous, professional, and above all, honest. The car required additional work to match the paint with the side fenders and Select Auto Body went above and beyond to not only repair the vehicle but to make it look nearly new again. They even cleaned the car engine, interior, and waxed the exterior and made all of the arrangements for the rental car. My wife was amazed at how great her car looked. It's never fun being involved in an accident, but the excellent service and work at Select Auto Body delivered a great final product. We couldn't be happier and we'll definitely use them in the future.

  After getting in an accident I had some minor damage to my car. I was having the kind of year where I didn't think things could get much worse. Suffice it to say that I could not be more grateful for the kind of treatment I received working with Ron at the shop. He was sensitive to my needs and sympathetic towards my situation. Their work was definitely satisfactory They did the best job possible and made sure every single thing was addressed with the insurance adjuster. I truly felt that my time and money was valued. I really appreciate having had them on my side.

  Select has done work for our family in the past, having repaired our 2006 BMW 3 series. Ron, Bud, and the rest of the office staff are extremely friendly and attentive. It is evident in their manners and the work they do that customers come first. They fixed my rear bumper in a timely manner with professional results. The paint job was better than the factory coat. They also washed and waxed the car, tires included. To say they are consummate professionals is an understatement; I highly recommend their services to anyone!

  I've been using and recommending this shop for 20 years. Recently, my husband, who is ultra particular about his ride, had some major damage repaired. After he got his car back, his cousin asked him how the repair turned out (knowing that he would've been eyeing it from every angle.) My husband said, "Great. I didn't even check it. I never have to, with Bud."

From the receptionist who listened to my tale of my bonehead collision to Bud and Ron in the office, they all deserve my thanks. Ron Lewis's enthusiasm for BMW's approaches legendary. My BMW looks better now after spending a couple of weeks at Select than before my accident. Bud and Ron took care of all the insurance formalities for which I am grateful. My only complaint would be the amount of time I took to fix everything...2 1/2 weeks. I highly recommend this shop.

  Select Auto Body was recommended to me by a friend of mine and I must say they provide THE BEST sevice in town. Their price is very competetive and they are supper clean. I droped off my car without washing it because I thought it probably would look dirty after they are done with it. when I picked it up, my care looked brand new! They washed it, waxed it and even shampooed the carpets! Wow thank you Ron from Select Auto body who was so wonderful! He even offered to give me a ride.

This shop cares and treats their customers with the individual care not seen these days. Dispite the neglegence of the paying insurance company, they over and above were determined to get my vehicle done on in a resonable amount of time. The workmanship they performed was brillant! No wonder a leading German auto company highly recommended them. I most definately will use and recommend them to everyone in need of the highest quality of auto body work and customer care.

  Our insurance agent recommended Select Auto Body and we were extremely satisfied with their work. Our minivan looked brand new when we picked it up. They even cleaned the carpet and floor mats and Armor Alled the tires. They gave us a loaner car to use and came to our house to pick up our van and drop off the loaner. We worked with Bud, who was so friendly and personable. He called us every couple of days to update us on the progress. There was an insurance claims adjuster dropping of his car there and said he wouldn't go anywhere else. We won't either. They have the best customer service you will ever find which is so rare these days.

I needed a new bumper and Bud was able to get me the best deal and offered to reuse some of my undamaged bumper pads to save me approximately $400. Select Auto Body gave me the best quote, the quickest time frame for repair and outstanding customer service.

  I had taken my car in to Select Auto Body after being recommended to them by my insurance company. My car had been hit by someone when it was left at a house over night. The car had any damages to the front end including bumper and internal damage. I dropped my car off to the guys over at Select Auto Body who were incredibly nice and informing. They gave me free vehicle to use in the mean time while my car was being fixed. During this time, I was kept informed of the progress of my vehicle in the friendliest matter. After just 4 days or repairs, I picked up my car and I was completely amazed on how incredible of a job they did! The car looked even better than when I had purchased it! The guys at Select Auto Body treat their clients with the up most respect and courtesy and seem to take that extra step to make each customer happy with no hesitation at all. I recommend Select Auto Body to anyone out there.

  After I was rear ended by an uninsured punk, I checked out several shops including one I've used twice before. Select was referred to me by their direct competition and for good reason. Bud and his crew took me through every step and showed me exactly what was being done and what to expect.They even took care of an unrelated blemish for me just so my first new car in six years would be pristine.It looks better than the day I bought it, all parts used were genuine Toyota; not cheap after market, and the paint match is flawless. They even detailed the entire car and steam cleaned my floor mats (the car has less than 12000 miles on it). I am so glad the competition sent me to Select; I will never go anywhere else. My wife and I have three cars and will definitely be back if hit again. I'm also planning on taking them in to be freshened up from time to time. The attention to detail is absolutely amazing. If you want it done right, go see Bud and the crew first. You will not regret it!!!

  I hate going to auto shops, because I usually get jerked around. However, I stumbled across Select Auto to have my headlight and bumper replace. When I walked in, the lady at the counter was so sweet. The gentleman who helped me, made me feel like I've known them for years. He was so easy going, and made sure the work on my car was complete. I couldn't be more impressed with the speedy service, sweet receptionist, and the hardworking men who all fixed my car. It appears as if I just drove it off the lot brand new. I couldnt be more excited to find an auto place that truly cares, and supports its consumers such as Select Auto. I have called everyone I know and expressed my thoughts about this place. I will continue to take my car to Select Auto from now on. Their prices are beyond reasonable, and their service is above exceptional. Thank you so much for all your help and superb service.

  When I began working with my claims agent, I dreaded what I was about to face. I wanted the work done quickly and wanted someplace close to home/work and he gave me what I asked for BUT...we got to talking and he gave me a personal reference for Bud and Ron at Select Auto for their positive attitude and great customer satisfaction. So I made the switch to Select and WOW, am I glad I did! These guys are outstanding in their work, their knowledge, their business savvy, and in their attitude. The work on my car was a simple fender-bender but Select went above and beyond. The car I delivered to them was so much improved when I got it back...ahead of schedule. It was shined and polished and the inside was detailed to almost unrecognizable perfection! Ron even toured me around the vehicle himself, pointing out where the repairs had occurred and the "extras" they were able to perform. From the time of my accident to repair was 20 days, only three of which were Select Auto's. Friendly, fair, funny...Bud, Ron and Irene are fantastic. Check 'em out!

  when i called the shop i was happy to speak to the gentleman on the phone. his name was Ron and he made me feel like my issue i had with my car was going to be taken care immediately with no problems. if i was to take my car anywhere again to get repainted it would be select auto body. i had the best experience everyone i came in contact with was very pleasent and very helpful. when i got my car back i haD A BIG SMILE ON MY FACE because it looked so good. it's like when you see something you really like and you get really happy because you like it or want it this is how i felt. i wanted my car back and it looked brand new like it came right off the lot at a dealer if i could post a before and after picture i would but i don't know how. i just love this body shop now please if your reading this and have to take your car anywhere to get repaired please take it to select auto body you will be happy when you leave i know i was and i will continue to be thx for all the hard work and effort you put into making people like me feel confident in you guys because i am definitely convinced now relizing what i had experienced. the owner Bud was great and really informative on his business he has had for 25 years plus he definitely knows what is first and that is making sure his customers are happy and taking care of with the up most respect thanks select auto body for all you have done for me.

  I don't know anyone who enjoyed their involvement in an automobile accident. I surely did not. My truck was rear-ended while waiting for the light to change at the intersection. I really thought I would be up for a fight with the insurance and the body shop. Since this review is for the auto body shop, I will offer comments for them only. Bud, Ron and the whole office was very friendly and outgoing. Very good communication on the status of any repairs. Promptly returned calls and always reassured me when I voiced any concerns. Paint and auto parts look great. The staff went above and beyond what I had thought to expect. Great doing business.

  Select Auto Body was recommended to me by my insurance company, since they have been known to have a good reputation. The entire staff is very friendly and eager to help you. I recently had my car repaired and am extremely happy with the service I received. They did amazing work and they even went out of their way to pick me up and drop me off for the repair. And to top it all off, they even fixed up my front bumper at no extra cost. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto body repairs.

  Select Auto did a fabulous job repairing my rear bumper. I picked the date and they had the car as promised three days later.Everyone there is a delight to work with. If everyone ran their business like Select Auto, the daily grind would be less of a grind. Highest recommendation.

  I would recommend Select Auto Body to everyone that I know. Their service was exceptional and they did wonderful work. They had my car for almost three months. (My car was almost totaled) But right when they recieved my car they went to work with no down time. Every week they would call and update me on how my car was doing, so I was never in the dark about the progress of my car. When I recieved my car back it looked like it did when I bought it new. They do exceptional work and are very friendly. They treat you like a friend not just another customer.

  My Honda Accord needed repairs from an accident on the front end. I had rental coverage for 30 days, and Select Auto Body made sure that the repair was done in a timely fashion. The front end looked amazing, and the customer service was excellent. Any questions that I had were answered knowledgeably and my phone calls were returned promptly. The manager, Ron Lewis, helped alleviate the stress that comes with being in an accident. He was very friendly and courteous and makes the customer feel important.   Select is a first class operation. Did what they said and then some. Finished before promised. I have spent 25 years in the automobile business (20 as a dealer principle) and I have never seen better work.
