  I brought my car to Scottsdale Auto Collision, and received some of the best service I have ever experienced. Chris was extremely helpful, kind, and respectful. He worked with me to get me the best price on my car. With a 1000 deductible, I ended up paying only 400 for the work that was done. The work was excellent, and Chris let me know that if I ever had any trouble with anything the shop had done, the work has a lifetime warranty. Hopefully I will not get in an accident anytime soon, but if I do, I will go back to Scottsdale Auto Collision. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car!

  I just got my truck back today and they went above and beyond the Detail job they did alone was worth choosing them. I had about 7500 worth of damage after I rear ended someone. they picked up my deductable, detailed the truck, and did an alignment my insurnce said wasn't covered. The repair itself was spotless every detail was attended to. but what really makes this shap a 5 star is the service. The receptionists are friendly , knowledgeable, and helpful. The owner is normally there ensuring that the customers are fully taken care of. and the staff in general is great. I can't say enough about my experince here first class all the way. Oh and buy the way this was our second trip here, my wifes car was rearended about a month earlier. a 2010 cx-9 and we as the same perfect experince.

  First of all, this is the first time I've ever had to deal with some car drama. I was referred to SAC by a friend and couldn't thank him enough. I got hooked with Chris Kmett and feel SUPER lucky for that. He walked me through everything i needed to do, what to expect and really just took care of me. I never once felt like the wool was being pulled over my eyes. It's always a great feeling to know that you aren't getting screwed. So that aside, the work they did on my car looked better than when i got it! i couldn't have been happier with the experience, service, and over all time to fix. I advise anyone that's in a pickle with getting a trusty body shop, no stress and great assistance I'd 100% refer them to SAC and to Chris Kmett.

I contacted scottsdale auto collision and brought my car in the following day. Not only did they take of all the damage but also made sure I had a rental, dealt with my insurance company, and had everything completed in the promised time frame. I have and will continue to state that this is the place for quality service and customer service excellence. Many thanks to Chris Kmett and the team at scottsdale auto collision.   The people at Scottsdale Auto Collision are amazing! They are extremely professional and courteous and make sure that your car looks brand new and runs great before you leave the lot, even if it means fighting with the insurance company. I worked with Chris and he was awesome and the receptionists are so friendly and helpful. The manager was great too and payed for a rental car for me after my car took longer than expected to be repaired. Would definitely recommend these guys to everyone!

  I was rear ended by a pickup truck and had damaged done to the right hand side of my bumper. I was having difficulty with the other party's insurance company and not many other shops were willing to work against the insurance company. When I took it to Scottsdale Auto Collision everyone was so friendly and patient. I dropped it off and they handled the insurance company. I picked up my car two days later to find a new bumper had been installed and they even washed and detailed the inside of the car. They truly went above and beyond for me. I never had a hard time getting a hold of anyone in the office and it was nice dealing with just one person. I would recommend this autobody shop to anyone.

  Great auto body shop. Highly recommend to anyone. They fix your car properly with all factory parts and work with your insurance company to get your car fixed the right way and in a timely matter. I did not pay a dime extra to get my car fixed. Chris was great he helped me through the entire process, dealt personally with my insurance company to get my car fixed exactly how it was before the accident and contacted me to let me know what was going on while my truck was there. So they fixed my car properly and waived the deductible so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket.Take your car here, you will not be disappointed.

  I was in an accident with my 2007 Acura MDX in July. I took it to the people at Scottsdale Auto Collision and they were the best. They gave me a great quote and ACTUALLY BEAT IT! They pay a percentage of your deductible, so I came out of pocket for next to nothing. The car looks beautiful, it was done quickly, and they used only factory parts. I had an amazing experience, and I don't think I have ever said that about a body shop before! Use these guys!

  An overall great experience! I took my Honda Civic Si to Scottsdale Auto Collision for repairs after an MVC. I worked with Chris, who was great! He made the entire process so easy, from explaining the necesary repairs, helping me file my insurance claim and dealing with the adjuster to getting me into a rental while my car was being repaired. I always felt that he was being upfront and honest with me, which I appreciate because I have limited car knowledge, and he did a great job of communicating during the entire process. My car looks amazing and I am completely satisfied with my entire experience....I would recommend Scottsdale Auto Collision to anyone!

  My Jetta was in their shop being repaired from February 22nd to March 29th. I have no idea why it took so long because although I called several times, Justin (who was my point of contact) never gave me an explanation. He was never good about calling me back and even when he did, he didn’t tell me why it was taking so long. As I was nearing 30 days, when my insurance coverage on my rental car was about to run out, I started calling every day. Every day, Justin told me that it would be ready the next day. I told Justin that I was concerned that my insurance would only cover 30 days of my rental car expense, and he assured me that Scottsdale Auto Collision would take care of the additional days since it was the company’s responsibility that it was taking so long. Finally on day 32 (I believe it was), I called asking for Justin and was told that he no longer worked for there. In my opinion, it was a long time coming. At that point, Jason took over my case and I had my car back within another 5 or 6 days. I asked Jason if I should take my rental car back to Enterprise first or pick up my car first, and told him that Justin had told me that the company would cover the additional days of my rental car. He said that in that case, I should pick up my car first and SAC would return my car. I took that as confirmation that SAC would indeed pay the additional costs of the rental car. However, on April 25th, Enterprise charged my credit card $240.45. When I called them about the charge, they said that they were having problems getting SAC to pay (on my account and several others). I attempted to contact them via email and it's been over a month, and nobody has responded. It makes me wonder if their "we waive deductibles" policy makes good business sense, if they can't/won't pay their bills...

  Response: (6/27/11): This issue was supposed to be resolved with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. If they have not resolved it, we encourage Tara to contact us so we can reimburse her. Scottsdale Auto Collision takes customer service and quality of repairs very seriously. Tara's concerns are a concern of ours. We're very sorry that she was not satisfied with the service our former employee provided to her. We value all of our customers and do our very best to address each of their concerns.   After getting my car hit in the rear quarter by a hit and run in the mall parking lot, I wasn't thrilled with having to pay the $500 deductible for someone else's inconsideration. I drove to work later that night and started making calls to any friends who knew of a good shop to repair the damages. As I was making calls, a co-worker had told me that he had gotten his truck fixed with SAC and that they did speedy and quality work. On top of it, I work for a local radio station that runs their ads and always heard they waived up to $500 dollars on the deductible. I went ahead and contacted the shop the next day and set up and appointment for the following week to take the car in. They were really pleasant, helpful and understanding of my situation. I took the car in and they gave me the estimate of just about a month to have the car out. While my car was out for that month, I would call the contacts at the shop and they would keep me up-to-date as to where my car was in the repair process. In fact, they finished the car ahead of schedule and I was able to pick it up a week before my rental car needed to be returned. They did a great job of repairing the quarter panel on the driver side. On top of it, they repaired a small piece underneath the rear driver brake light that had been damaged about 8 years prior. This also included in repairing the damaged bumper from 8 years prior. They even went so far as to replace a piece of the moulding that was missing from the top of my door. Let's put it this way, the car looks brand new and I couldn't have been more pleased. Oh and they even blended the paint from the quarter to the trunk. Seriously, you'd think this car was driven off the lot BRAND NEW yesterday. Jason and the rest of the crew over at Scottsdale Auto Collision know how to treat their customers. Thanks Guys!!

  I had a hit and run accident that damaged the right front end of my Charger. Since I did not get the license plate of the driver who hit me, I was stuck paying the deductible for the damage. I chose to go to Scottsdale Auto Collision because I had heard one of their advertisements on the radio. That was the best decision I could have made. My car was repaired using brand new parts ordered from the dealership (I was shown the invoices of the purchased parts). There was no hassle, and my collision advisor Chris kept me informed during every step of the process. Initially it looked like I would have to pay $200 out of my $500 deductible, but in the end I had to pay NOTHING! If you are on the fence about where to bring your car, I STRONGLY reccomend Scottsdale Auto Collision. I only have posotive things to say about the staff, the work they do, and their business as a whole. Thanks so much, Jeff

  This was my second repair at SAC in the past 6 months. Excellent work, and they did a fabulous job working with the insurance companies. And, although repairs did take a while, that wasn't due to SAC, it was due to insurance adjustors. SAC fought for OEM parts, and for doing the work properly, not just the fastest, easiest way. Chris and Justin are both great to deal with.

  I took my 2008 Civic Si to Chris down at S.A.C. after the horrible hail storm we had out on the west side in October. My car looked like a golf ball down the whole driver side, along with the roof, trunk and hood. Chris and S. A. C. repaired my vehicle without a problem back to brand new condition. You cannot even tell the prior damage. Paint and body repairs were done correctly. They replaced everything with OEM parts instead of cheap after market replacements. Through-out the experience, Chris was very responsive and always returned my calls in a timely manner. Chris worked well with my insurance company and handled everything so I didn't have to, and even assisted me in getting a rental car while my vehicle was getting repaired. I recommend Scottsdale Auto Collision to anyone who needs great body work done by a honest professional shop. Thanks again Chris and S.A.C.

  My car was involved in a freak hailstorm in the Phoenix, AZ valley. My car became unsafe to drive. Within a day of the accident I had my car in to the body shop and ready to be worked on. The length of the repairs took about two months. A lot longer than anyone wanted. This stemmed from delays with insurance, adjusters, vendors and other things. All employees at Scottsdale Auto Collision were always professional in how they help to get my car done as quickly as was able to be done. During the final wrap-up and inspection on my car several spots were found, twice, to not meet QC inspection for the paint job. This was immediately fixed and SAC payed for a rental completely for me to apologize for the increased delay. Since my repair took longer than my insurance would help pay for a rental, SAC helped out by paying for half of the remaining rental costs. The job on my car was almost better than the day I picked it up from the dealer. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to get a beyond professional repair job done on their vehicle.

  I recently purchase this Mercedes and it was brought to my attention after a detailing that the previous owner had apparently run into a parking block damaging the passenger fog light assembly and disconnecting the climate sensor which explained why my temp readings were off the chart. The worse part about it is that the previous owner had some backyard garage rig the whole thing and doing a terrible job which would eventually fall apart. I called Jim Mccarthy at SAC and he immediately offered assistance on a Saturday. I was very upset because I had only owned the car for 2 weeks. He was able to have a tech also by the name of Jim assist me with an explanation of what i was in for. I brought the car in on Tuesday Nov 30th and was treated like gold. The estimate came out below what they first thought and did everything they could to accomodate my schedule and pricing. The owner even greeted me and assured me the work would be done right. I picked up my car on Thursday Dec 1 and it was shining from the free detail they provided. Needless to say I was back in love with my car. Thank you to everyone at Scottsdale Auto Collision for their honesty and Great Work!

  Scottsdale Auto Collision was extremely helpful when I got into a car accident in August. I didn't have a lot of money to spend, and because of their "We Waive Deductibles" policy, I ended up paying practically nothing out of pocket! They set me up with a rental car and kept me informed over the course of the repairs. When I got the car back, it looked better than before the accident! The best part was when I had a small incident with the vehicle a month and a half later, Scottsdale Auto Collision had me come in and fixed the problem for no additional cost! I would definitely recommend this auto body shop to my friends and family or anyone who needs their car repaired at top quality for a low price!

The manager fixed a dent on my car that was not covered by insurance just to be kind. This place is truly the place that you want to go if you have an accident.   I want to gladly write a review on behalf of Jason and the team at Scottsdale Auto COllision Center. I was rear-ended in a parking lot by someone while I was away at work in my office. The person never left a message stating who they were. I drove the car for a couple of days thinking I may well have to "live with the damage." But within that time, I could visibly see how the back of my car was starting to come apart and that was not good. Interestingly, I heard a radio commercial at that time talking about giving a rebate for work done which would go against the deductible. The business being advertised was Scottsdale Auto Collision. I decided to take the car there and felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in that the car would be in good hands. Indeed it was! Jason and his team went to work. They really worked at protecting my interests....when the Insurance company tried to bill me directly a couple of times for parts they claimed were over and above the accident, Jason and Scottsdale Collision Repair were there to defend me. Although there were a couple of glitches in the nearly three week long process, (my Auto Insurance company delayed certain processes from moving forward) Scottsdale Auto Collision took the time to explain thoroughly to me what was going on and why. I was impressed with their service from the beginning and their attention to detail. Yes, the process took a bit longer then what I had hoped but the work that was done was truly top-notch. The back end of my car looks great! The follow-through by Jason and his team was excellent. They were great at working with me and my Auto Insurance carrier to avoid major issues. I would give Scottsdale Auto Collision very high marks. They were terrific to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Thanks to Jason Johnson and his crew, not only does my car drive like new it looks like it just drove off the show room floor. They also kept in touch with me through out the repair process and sent me pictures of their progress. Even with the holidays looming right after my accident they completed my car in a timely manner, while going the extra mile to ensure that the repairs where done to their high standards. Both Jason and Ryan were great! Ryan even entertained my son for a while; talking to him and showing him a wrecked car. Jason worked with my deductible and kept his word to it, so when I picked up my car I didn't have to pay a different amount then what I was told. They had the work done in time, arranged for a rental and even took care of the rental return for me. I was shocked that they washed and vacuumed my car also! If I ever need body work done again I will definately go back to them and I will definaately refer my friends and family to them. I live in Glendale but it was worth the drive to Scottsdale for the service and care I received. You guys are THE best!!! Did I mention nice eye candy??

The tow truck that came to pick me up suggested that I go to Scottsdale Auto Collision. I am incredibly grateful for the suggestion. Not only did they COMPLETELY repair my car, but they worked with me on the deductible. They were thorough in their work and their pro-active communication with me on the progress of the repairs. The car was delivered as promised. I can not stress how impressed I am with their service. In a time when so many businesses play games with customers, or have a customer base that resents them, Scottsdale Auto Collision has truly earned my respect and my gratitude.   I came to Scottsdale Auto Collusion as a referral from a friend who had some body work completed there and I am very happy I did. I had some bad damage from getting backed into while parked on the street. Jason, Mike and Ryan made this experience very smooth for me. From the estimate to pick up I was kept in the loop of what was happening and why the repair was needed. They remained in contacted with person responsible for the damages to my vehicle and collected payment on my behalf, not to mention they took me over to get a rental car and helped with a free class upgrade! The work to my car took about a week, when I arrived to pick it up I was awe-stuck at how nice it looked vs how it looked after the accident. Not only was my car completely clean on the outside the inside was detailed & all my windows were washed! It looks better than the day I brought it home from the dealership! I thought with this industry they are always out to make a buck on you but I was treated like their most important customer. I would have regretted not giving them my business after I saw the hard work they did!

  I was very stressed out trying to find a autobody shop to do my repairs, having never had to deal with a situation of this nature. untill I heard a add on the radio for Scottsdale Auto Collision. I gave them a call, the receptionist Brenda was friendly, and got me right over to speak with Jason, who told me to bring My car down. Jason was always straight forward, and very friendly. Once I went down and spoke with him in person, I was no longer Stressed, I knew that I had found a shop I felt comfortable with. Throughout the two weeks I called a couple times to get updates, spoke to both Jason and Ryan, both very nice, and accomidating (even though I felt I was bothering them) When I picked up my car, it was more than I had expected, it looked awesome, clean & detailed inside and out. (did not know cleaning was part of the repair process lol) They Absolutly made me feel comfortable being there and doing business with them. I will definatly reccomend Scottsdale Auto Collision to anyone I can. and will go back there if I were to ever need anymore repairs.   From start to finish the experience was great!! I always was under the impression that these types of businesses are in the business of taking advantage of their clients and insurance companies. I was a bit leery of taking my business to a shop that wasn't a referral from someone that has used them in the past. I took the jump and took my car to the shop. Every interaction with all employees from the shop was superb. I dealt with Jason the majority of the time, but the few instances with the other employees was great as well. When I first spoke to Jason I thought he was just a salesmen pitching me his company. From past experiences with salesmen I expected getting promised one thing and receiving something completely different. Fortunately Everything that was promised, was delivered in a timely fashion. My vehicle had mechanical and body damage. The shop restored it back to its factory condition. All of the work looks great and my Jeep drives like new again. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of a combination of first class service and first class work. -Darryl

  I been at Scottsdale Auto Collision; the first time I was there it was due to an accident and my front end was destroyed. I was really afraid on how much that will cost me since my insurance wasnt going to pick it up; when I called, Jason told me not to worry about it and he will do what he could to help me and will get it done. Couple of weeks later my car was like a brand new car, detailed and all. Of course more than what I ever expected. They just not did the repairs but had a rental car right by the door waiting for me, since my insurance was only going to cover up to 500 in rental, Jason took care of the rest. It was amazing. The second time my car was overheating right when I was driving to the hospital to see my family after a terrible car accident, what a great guy Jason is that took care of my repairs and my rental without any cost; he knew how much I needed my car because of the family situation. I cant express enough how much I appreciate what Jason and his crew have done for me and my fam. Thank you to him I have a brand new looking car that runs like a champ..   I took my car to Scottsdale Auto Collision, a suggestion from a family member. Man was I glad I did.They did an amazing job. They did far more than I expected my car looked brand new. Better than it did before the accident. They detailed my car inside and out. I live in Glendale and they gave me a ride home. My car looks and drives like a brand new vehicle. Ask for Jason Johnson

  Great service and Great work! Jason was open and honest about all issues from the start and was helpful with communicating with me throughout the time the car was getting worked on. Final work looks amazing! Definitely the best body shop experience i've had!

  The service was unbelievable Jason was the best!!! He took care of everything and when I say everything I mean it. He even paid the deposit for the rental. Our van came out looking prefect they even fixed a little dent that I made. I would recommend these guys to everyone.

  I have been to Scottsdale Auto Collision twice and each time they are extremely helpful. Every worry I had, they took care of. I never had to worry about working anything out with insurance. They went above and beyond my expectations with the repaires to my car. I would recommend them to everyone and if I ever need my car repaired again I would definetly go back!

  Jason Johnson was very friendly and helpful and so is his staff at Scottsdale Auto Collision. Jason helped me get a great rental and even called to have them pick us up. The repair was perfect...looks brand new. Very quality work, in a time that was promised. Jason was great at calling to keep me updated. Great place. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants top notch work and friendly staff!!

  My experience with Scottsdale Auto Collision was excellent when they repaired a grazed bumper and assisted with additional repairs I needed and chose to do. The staff was courteous and worked to met the tentative work shedule indicated. When a part was discovered defective, there was no hesitation to immediately get a replacement part. When parts did not arrive on time for installation as planned before closing time, transportation was arranged. Jason used his parts connection to keep pricing lower so as to strive to stay within the budget range available for the work outside insurance coverage. The shop was able to work $10 under the insurance company's primary estimate yet still performing quality work. Also, beyond the call, SAC took on repair unanticipated but required, resulting from poor workmanship of the prior Chapman shop. The importance of customer service reflected in the overall clean appearance of the car upon leaving, better--even though previously washed-- than when it was driven in.

  I had a great experience with Scottsdale Auto Collision Center. Their facility is very clean and the staff was very professional. My car required a lot of work and they were excellent at keeping me up to date every step of the way. The car came back with zero flaws and is running great.   Jason and his team did a great job on my vehicle. Customer service was great having a rental car ready for me at the shop so I didn't have to go to the rental agency. I also forgot my business cards in my trunk and went on a business trip. Jason Fedex'd my cards to me and all was good. I'd recommend Scottsdale Auto Collision to others.

  This shop is absolutely ridiculous!!! Never in my life have I had this kind of service. The customer service that I received from Jason Johnson is second to none. All my repairs were done flawlessly and finished about a week before I was expecting. These guys really go the extra mile, I had a couple of minor issues with my car that had nothing to do with my accident but they took care of them anyways free of charge. I heard about Scottsdale Auto Collision on the radio with their deductible waiver promotion and it worked out great, I was able to save $432.00 off of my deductible. Thanks SAC you have a customer for life and I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know who gets in an accident or needs their car fixed.
