  Sands Carstar Auto Body Center was a great place to choose in repairing damages I had in regards to my back bumper and paint that was peeling. The service was fast and had my car repaired in 3 days!!! Customer service was great and I highly recommend this place to service your car.

  Not sure which was worse, the poor quality work, or the condescending customer service. Our car was at Sands for 34 days for hail damage. When pick up, it still had visible dents in the roof, cracked chrome, and poorly blended paint. We were told, "These things happen." The car went back, was kept for another 3 weeks, and returned with damage to the leather seats, soaked carpeting, and non-functioning electrical components, not to mention, a not much improved paint job. An independent appraiser/adjustor was brought in who agreed the repairs weren't right and the car was taken to another shop that did another 3K of work to make it right. Both the service writer and manager were condescending to flat out rude and never took responsibility for very poor quality work. This is the probably the worst experience I have had as a consumer.

  I was involved in a car accident and had my car toed to Sands Chevrolet in Glendale. I had not been involved in an accident in years. Right away the gentleman I spoke with got my address and had the toe truck there within a half hour. He also was set to place me in a rental car if needed. I was called immediatly once the insurance company gave the green light to start the work and they notified me of the cost and how much time they would need. Their prmise date was on time and WOW< WOW< WOW!!! What a spectacular job! No hassel only A+ work. In fact they did such a nice job. I had them perform minor touch up work on the rest of my truck! Thank you Sands, from a very grateful customer!

  Hello, I had a excellent Customer experience from Adam Shadley and Alfonso Figueroa. The Dynamic Duo! My truck has cosmetic damage to rear pannels due to somone hit me and drove away. I was heartbroken with the damage. Adam and Alfonso gave me a very good price quote, were on time as planned with the fix duration, schedled my ride to pick me up to get my Truck. The workmanship is excellent and I could not be happier. I always work with Adam on my service, now I can add Alfonso to my list of references with the safe knowledge that my requests and service will be handled top level and I will be happy. You would never know that I had clipped a tree.Also it was great that Farmer's insurance is one of their prime insurance company's they work with.   These guys are awesome! I got rear ended and they had my repairs done in a professional and timely manner. I just so happened to get rear eneded again a few days after I picked my car up, and I took it back to Sands because I was so impressed with the service I recieved. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has been in a collision!
