  We found this facility to be friendly, honest, timely, and fair. They saved us $ over another repair shop estimate by telling us we could buff the scratches off the bumper & touching it up instead of completely repairing/repainting it. The workmanship was excellent and if (heaven forbid) we have another "accident", they will be the ones we will trust with our vehicle.

  From the point of getting an estimate, dropping off my car, picking up a rental car and picking up my vehicle once the repairs had been made, I received the most incredible customer service!! Nate who was at the front desk was very friendly and eager to help. There was even another employee (sorry, didn't get his name) gave my son a quarter for the candy machine when he over heard me say I didn't have any change. Sometimes in life, it is the little things that make the biggest difference. I would highly recommend Rapid Collision Center to anyone who appreciates honesty, friendliness, and a staff who cares not only about your car, but you too. Thanks so much Rapid Collision Center :)

  I was very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and helpfulness this company demonstrated! Their location is clean, easy to find, and their manners are exemplary. I felt I had made the right choice from day one, and as the body work was in progress, I was kept informed and never had a problem getting in contact with them. When I picked up my car it looked like my accident never happened. I only hope that as they grow, as I know they will, they will maintain their bar of excellence.

  This was the best experience I have ever had with a body shop in all my years of driving and having to have body work done on a vehicle. Nate and Jeff were professional, polite and extremely helpful in the process of dealing with the insurance company of the person who hit me. They did the work on time as promised and it looks as good as new. The agent that dealt with my claim was an extremely unfriendly, unhelpful agent and Nate and Jeff helped me understand the process of dealing with an insurance company which is not your own. I highly recommend this collision shop to friends and family.

  The customer service and workmanship at Rapid Collision is second to none. There was over $12,000 in damages on my Toyota Tundra 4x4. They had my truck looking and running like it was before the accident and did it in a very timely manner. I hope I never need their services again, however if I do get in another accident I would definetly take my vehicle to Rapid Collision.

  These guys were phenomenal. They under-promised and over delivered. Firstly, they arranged for the rental car to be there when I got there-and didn't even tell me ahead of time. Then they finished the work in less time than I was told and my car looks brand new. Thanks for the hard work!

  A friend from glendale referred me to rapid collision in east mesa, i drove my car all the way from surprise to east mesa for this particular shop. They are very professional and the work that they do at rapid collision is exceptional. Rapid made the whole repair process very easy for me and dealt with all the problems that my insurance company had and even made them look good.With about 5,000.00$ in damage my car looks as though it was never in an accident.
