  Used them before for some fancy cars (BMW, Range Rover, Porsche) and always go back (hopefully rarely needed again). Finished as promised, work flawless, worked well with the insurance people, car rental. Made for a quick recovery from the painful event of being rear-ended on the freeway!

  From the start, Raintree treated me very well. They estimated my car damage within 20 mins of my arrival at their facility. I left thinking I had put my car in good hands. They gave me a ride back to my home. The customer service slipped a bit with the lack of communication between Raintree and myself...I would have appreciated more data on the progress of the repair... But in the end, the repairs were done with high quality and when advised they would be ready. I would have appreciated them telling me to bring a cashier's check at pick-up, but, after a minor snag, that was taken care of. They do not accept personal checks. Your credit card must have a limit that will allow for the total charge. Otherwise, be prepared to bring a cashiers or bank check made out to Raintree....

  Raintree Auto Body replaced a rear fender after my neighbor backed into it. They blended the paint into all surrounding areas and the job looks fantastic. The final cost exceeded the estimate by a little because they had to replace a trim part they thought they could reuse. They completed the work prior to XMAS as they said they would so I could have it for my son's holiday visit. Scott the service contact was exceptionally pleasant to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

  We have had two cars [Toyota and Mercedes] repaired at Raintree over the years - they have always been the shop chosen by our insurance companies. Their work has always been flawless. A week ago, my wife had a parking lot incident resulting in a badly marred rear quarter on her new Highlander. It would have been our nickel. She took it to Raintree: The tech looked at it and said: "I can buff that out and will not charge you for it. I can't do it today as we are very busy - come next Wednesday and I will make time." She did, and he did - all damage is gone. FREE! Wow. This is truly a great body shop.

  Hello, I picked up my 2003 MBZ M-Class from Raintree Auto Body on October 24th 2011. I admit since they are an authorized MBZ body repair, I held the bar high for them. I had high expectations. I am happy to say they met and exceeded those. The repair was done extremely well, but there is more than that. It was very apparant that they took great care and respect with my vehicle and not just the repair portion. I could see that outstanding treatment of my car was important to them. My car looked beautiful when I picked it up and it felt almost new again. I would recommend Raintree and would use them again.

Everyone was highly professional. The repair returned the vehicle to factory quality. My wife and I were extremely pleased with Raintree's excellent customer service and technical capabilities.   In October 2010 I received extensive hail damage to my very precious 2006 Mercedes SLK. When I spoke my dealership about whom I should consider for auto body service; with out stumbling they recommended Raintree Auto Body. Determined to get my car back my standards as soon as possible, I had my car evaluated by Raintree and my insurance company separately. The original response from the insurance company was to total my car out! I was devastated to say the least. The evaluation from Raintree was quite the opposite. Mr. Scott Jordan assured me that Raintree could fix my car back to the original condition. He even took the extra step to personally call my insurance company and coordinate a revaluation of my car’s condition. I personally believe Scott Jordan single handedly saved my car from being scraped! I am extremely grateful to Scott Jordan and the wonderful people at Raintree. I placed my faith in their word and they performed flawlessly. I could not be happier with the work and service I received from Scott Jordan and Raintree Auto Body. I can not say enough to praise the service and quality of work I received from miracle workers at Raintree Auto Body. But, I will promise you that if I ever find myself in need of any auto body work again, I will not hesitant to go see Scott Jordan and the folks at Raintree Auto Body.

I dealt specifically with Scott Jordan who was very fair, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the repair process. He and the rest of the Raintree staff were top-notch with regard to their professionalism and concern for my automobile. They did a superior job on my Pilot (it looks brand new), and I was beyond satisfied after seeing that Raintree had detailed my entire automobile following its repair. I would definitely recommend Raintree Auto Body!

  Today I picked up my C-class from Scott Jordan at Raintree Auto. My care was in for extensive hail damage and front-end collision repair. I am so pleased with the quality of work done on my car, it looks like the day it came out of the showroom. Besides the great work done on my car, the staff at Raintree were always so courteous and informative during the entire repair process. I would highly recommend this facility, and especially the expertise of Scott Jordan, for top of the line auto repair work.

  The whole staff was incredibly helpful and my truck looks brand new. I had the back tailgate and driverside back panel replaced due to a hit and run. They washed, waxed and did extra work that was not covered by insurance for me for nothing. I have and will continue to refer everyone to Raintree. They go the extra mile for their customers. Thanks to Tom and the staff for a very good experience considering the circumstances.

  When I picked up my vehicle it looked great; however, after I got home I noticed all the panels in other areas of the vehicle don't line up perfectly. It may have been impossible to fix these completely. The area that was severly damaged looks good. The paint matches perfectly. They also did a full detail of my vehicle before picking it up - it is the cleanest it has been in years! The only negative is that the repair took two weeks longer than I was originally quoted.
