I wasn't 100% satisfied after the intitial repair, so I brought it back. I could see slight waves in the repair, and even though most people probably wouldn't notice, they offered to re-do the work for free. They also offered a rental car to use during the repair, which my insurance didn't cover the first time. They were very professional and understanding. They wanted to make sure I was happy and thatbthe job was done right. Body work is tough, and most shops probably would have shrugged and turned me a way. Quebedeaux took the time to listen and fix the issue. I'll definitely use them again in the future.
My car had some major hail damage and Quebedeaux did a wonderful job fixing it up. It took awhile to fix but the damage was much worse than first expected. My car looked better than it had in awhile.
I was referred to Quebedeaux by my insurance provider after my accident. They were very professional, gave me an accurate estimation of the time it would take to fix my car and were thorough in their investigation of the damage. I would definitely recommend them to others.
Great service in a very timely manner! Would recommend it to anyone who needs repairs due to collisions.
Repairs on my vehicle due to an accident in the White Mountains was effecient and fast as always. Thank you very much.

I would give this place a pretty mixed review and I would try a different shop next time my car needs repairs. The positives are that there was more damage to my car than was evident and I had planned to give them two extra days in case this was true; they were able to get it repaired within those two extra days so that I didn't have to change travel plans. The negatives are: (1) when they removed a rear quarter panel window to paint my car, they scratched up the interior plastic and even after I drove back and gave the chance to clean it up, the scratches remain. I took photos and the scratches are very clear, but I feel like there is no point in asking them to fix it a second time and don't want to be out of my car for whatever time they would need. It also had dark finger smudges from whoever worked on the car with dirty hands that they were able to clean off when I drove it back and a bunch of dust and some kind of dried compound that I cleaned off before I drove it back to them. What I gleaned from this was that they don't have good quality control when the car is done because whoever was cleaning the car should have found it and they don't have only careful staff because they shouldn't have scratched up my car removing and replacing a window that was not damaged but was removed, according to their explanation to me, because it is easier to paint without the window in the car than taping it up, etc. It does make me concerned about the carefulness of the rest of the repairs since most of the repairs were under the exterior and so I have no way of seeing them and will only find out how good the repairs are as I drive and either experience or don't experience problems. That's not the level of confidence you want from a body shop-- trust us is never what I shop for. (2) The communication varies-- the guy I was assigned was good at keeping the car on schedule but didn't return calls in the window that his voice mails says he will and even through I was out of town during the repairs, I had to make an effort to call in and stay on track. Other people were better communicators, so I guess it depends on who you get assigned. Also, the supervisor saw me in when I came back and didn't check in about why I was back and I got a tepid apology about the dirt and no sense that they felt bad that I had to drive back over. So, I would say prepare to be your own advocate and don't expect the experience to be seamless or effortless. (3) They use an automated system to message you about updates, but based on my experience, they enter an expected completion date that is later than what they tell you (I don't know the reason, but maybe it makes them look better because they finish "early" because they tell you one date but have a later date in their system). I was alarmed when I got an automated message saying my car would be finished 6 days after I was suppose to pick it up, but when I called in, I was told it was still on track of my original date but the automated messages I continued to receive suggested their system still expected later. Overall, I am left with no idea how good the repairs they did are and some damage that they caused to the interior of my car. So, given the choice, I would go elsewhere.
Wow! Super impressed. Oscar & Pua kept me up to speed as to the progress of the repairs and the car turned out excellent.
I dropped of my vehicle to repair some hail damage. They did a wonderful job. Everything looks great and their customer service was excellent. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was it took a little long to get the car back. That is only a minor gripe, I would much rather have my car fixed correctly than rushed.
I was very happy with the service I received and the repair done on my car. Everyone was professional and polite. The car was ready later than it was originally promised, but the 4th of July holiday and waiting on parts was the reason, which satisfied me.
Excellent customer service and the work they did was really great.
