  Raul and the gang did a wonderful job on my hail damaged car. They kept me informed every step of the way on what was happening and the time frame it would be done in.   Finding a good repair and body shop is not easy and having a goood experience on top with this kind of industry is always rare. Preferred Collision Shop is one of those rare finds. I have used them twice now and both times they took at hart my interest as the customer dealing with the insurance company and even small unrelated issues after I received the vehicles. I highly recommend this shop. Their workmanship is outstanding as well as the staff and you won't find better service. A+

  Like so many in the valley, I fell victim to the hail storm. My car had extensive damage. The hood, roof, trunk, doors, etc. My car looked like it could have done that commercial where the car is beat up by golf bars. When I picked it up yesterday from Preferred Collision I was blown away. It was beautiful. It looked like it did when I first bought it. The body work was fabulous and the paint job...Oh my gosh,"Phenominal"! The staff was wonderful. During the time it was there, they called and gave us updates and kept us informed of the process. Excellent customer service. They let us know how long it would take and stayed true to that estimate. In fact, I believe they finished 4 days early. I highly recommend Preferred Collision and will definitely use them in the future for any body work. And I will be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you so much!!

  I would be remiss if I did not take the time to recognize the great service I received from Preferred Collision Shop. We took our car to PCS because of damage incurred as a result of the recent hail storm. As it was, they were extremely busy. Kari , the COO, and the rest of the team learnt that we were expecting and needed the car urgently. Without us asking they worked over time to complete within 2 days repairs that would normally take weeks. They also coordinated with the insurance company to ensure a seamless process. Not only did they do a great job but they also went ahead and detailed the vehicle at no additional cost. They are truly committed to perfection and superior customer service. After that experience, I able to recommend them without reservation.

  I shopped 4 local body shops in the neighborhood for both price and initial service. Preferred Collision handled my request very openly and explained exactly what they would be doing to perform the work, their pricing was clearly laid out on their quote. I was surprised to receive a follow up letter 2 days later and a brief phone call letting me know that they were motivated to perform the work for me. Based on pricing and the follow up I decided to use them. The wait was short and I was offered a ride home. The work was done within the time stated and they even stored my vehicle for a couple of days as I was out of town after they had finished the work. The job was performed as stated (replacement rear lift door for a Honda Odyssey Van) and the staff were very polite. Nice job from start to finish, I would recommend them to anyone needing any professional bodywork.

  I had gotten 3 separate estimates to repair and paint the back side of my car, when Preferred was recommended to me. The Preferred Collision estimate was almost 50% less than the other 3. It was not only less expensive, but when the job was completed I could not tell where the car had ever been damaged, it was a perfect paint match. I am extremely happy with the work. Preferred Collision has the best customer service I have seen in years. They treat the customer the way a customer should be treated. Kudos to Raul and Keri. I would refer others to their shop.

  According to Lamont with Ford Motor Company, the best option to repair the broken interior door handle was to purchase the entire driver-side panel,"part number 8W1Z-5423943-BA" listed at $856.00. The price of the part did not include installation, approximately $400 to install. Preferred Collison Shop was able to provide a replacement door handle for $273.56. The service was beyond a normal experience at the repar shop. The first quote from PCS was $445.67 but the final bill was almost half the first quote. The vehicle repair was on time and the installation of the new door handle outstanding. PCS provide excellant service with approximately a 80% savings from using the Ford Lincoln Dealership option. You will not find a more honest and professional auto repair shop.

Didn't get laid away on the price either. Today he bought a slightly damaged car for my girlfriend at the auction. He is now repairing it and when he's finished we will be far behind book on this vehicle. Best deal I EVER made on a car!

  Highly Recomended. I have a 25 year old BMW that needed cosmetic work. Staff seemed to take a great deal of pride in taking good care of their customers. Work product exceed my expectations and price came in at about 2/3's of what I though it would cost. Car required special handling due to age and mechanics reveiwed their approach with me before preceeding. Will always go to this shop in the future.

  I stumbled upon this shop after randomly picking a body shop off my GPS. I already had an estimate from another shop (in Tucson) and asked if they could match it, and they did. The best part of my experience with Preferred Collision Shop is that they instantly made me feel like a guest in someone's house rather than a customer. All the staff that I spoke with were extremely helpful and courteous. They made me feel like they were lucky to have me as a customer, but the truth is that I'm lucky to have randomly chosen them. As far as the actual repair, my truck's bumper looks fantastic and I received a call letting me know it was ready within 24 hours of dropping it off. My truck was embarrassingly filthy when I dropped it off, and they surprisingly returned it to me cleaned both inside and out. I honestly can't think of one complaint from this experience, which is why I'd recommend Preferred Collision Shop to anyone.

They did an amazing job on the repair and were so professional dealing with my insurance company. I am completely satisfied with my experience and would recommend this shop to anybody. It is very hard to find a body shop to trust and this is it.

  I just had the trunk lid of my Jag painted due to cracking from the AZ sun. The paint job is absolutely superb and they matched the paint perfectly to the rest of my car! They drove me home and the second day the car was ready. Looked like new , all buffed up. But the biggest surprise was extra 10% off the estimated price. If you need body work go to friendly and honest people at Preferred Collision Shop in Scottsdale, AZ.

  The only element of surprise, after the accident that is, was that my wife's BMW 330ci looks better now than before the accident! Bill Wallace the owner introduced himself and invited us to visit his shop for a estimate. This was ideal since both the accident and where we live is close to his shop. His shop is spotless, even as his workers were busy assembling, dissasembling, painting, and buffing cars, nothing was out of place. It's clear he takes great pride in how his shop is maintained, and it's probably a great marketing tool to attact owners of ultra luxury cars who want exceptional care. In addition to the body part replacements, he also detailed the interior (at my request) and now the interior and exterior look nearly off the showroom new. Thanks to Bill, Ruth, and the whole crew who took care of us and made a bad situation great. We highly recommend Preferred Collision. Bill and Cathy Fuchs.
