  The work done on my car was great. However, the expectation for completion was not acceptable. I brought the car in on Wednesday, October 19th. The quote said it was a 2 day job. I called Monday, Oct 24th and Laura told me it would be ready late that day or early the next morning. I hadn't heard anything, so called on Wednesday, October 26th and Laura told me they were sending it over to the service shop to "clear codes" so it might be ready by the end of the day. I still had not heard on Friday. I called again Friday morning and Laura told me it was being cleaned and she would call me when it was ready. I still hadn't heard by Friday at 4pm so I called again and Laura said she was waiting for the paperwork, but the care would be ready for pick up but she would call again. Since I had to return the rental car and pick up the car by 6pm, we left our home assuming it was finished even though Laura did not call. Once I got to the shop, Laura was very friendly and explained the bill completely. The main complaint I have is that Laura kept giving me the impression for a week that the car was almost finished. In total a 2 day job took 8 business days. I would have been more satisfied if Laura would have been clear up front and did not keep me on the hook thinking the car was going to be ready several days earlier. In the end, the car turned out perfectly, but either my car sat for several days without anyone working on it or the shop lost lots of money by spending 8 days on a 2 day job since they had to accept the insurance settlement.

  I only had previous experience from the Auto repair shop in recent past. This was my first experience with the body shop division. I was not pleased with the length of time that it took to repair & paint. There were a couple of mistakes made, and for the 22 days without my car, I received a Mercedes key chain. Laura was helpful, but I believe that I received the run around on numerous occasions when attempting to seek status updates on the vehicle. I would not recommend this type of service to any friends or family. Extremely disappointed, Te Craig

Brent Quon was the Adjuster and even though I paid out of pocket instead of going through insurance, they all treated me like was important. My car was ready when they said it would be, mainly because I had no other damages. It was also cleaned inside and out. Brent was professional and the girls in the office were just as awesome. Indeed a refreshing attitude in time of crisis. I purchased my car at PMC(Arrowhead) and have used the body shop twice. I will not take it elsewhere.   Having used Phoenix Motor Company for much of my service over the past 10 years, I was happy to know I would have another good experience. I contacted Brent, who remembered me from the last time we worked together, which was a really nice personal touch. He scheduled an appointment that was very convenient for me. When I arrived for the appt, he gave me..and my vehicle... undivided attention. He personally drove me to the parts department and placed the order with me to assure correct parts info and timely delivery. (He even unexpectedly added a little Mercedes keychain for me to my set of keys.) Brent contacted me only a couple days later, just as promised, to let me know the part was in, and that I could stop by whenever I needed to, and he would install the part quickly, while I waited. When I did stop by for the install, Brent took it upon himself to take care of it immediately. I couldn't hope for a better experience anywhere. Phoenix Motor consistently provides wonderful service. How unusual these days to find such consistently effective, timely and personal service. Thanks Phoenix Motor Company...and Brent!

I brought my truck back on 8/16/10. Brent had set me up with Enterprise rent a car that they deal with. He also supplied me with a ride to Enterprise. On the 18th Brent called and gave me an update on the work being done. On the 20th he called and said the truck was ready. I went down after work to pick up the truck. We went out to look at it and something seemed different besides the damage being fixed. Brent had the paint matched and covered all the scratches he had pointed out to me during the drop off. Brent went ABOVE & BEYOND the damage point of the truck. I would like to thank Brent & everybody at Phoenix Motor Company. The oringal damage to the vehicle was the front bumper, plastic piece below bumper & brackets behind bumper. Thank You, Chris Odom

  When someone damaged my Mercedes, his insurance company offered to repair it at their "approved" facility. Knowing that the law allows the repairs to be made to my satisfaction at a facility of my choice, I insisted on a Mercedes-Benz certified shop. I brought my car to Phoenix Motor Company and met with one of their representatives, Brent Quon. I found him to be very knowledgeable and organized. He was familiar with the responsible party's insurance company and was on a first-name basis with the representative at rental car company the insurer preferred. Brent arranged a prompt pick-up by the rental company, as well as arranging a pick-up of the rental car upon completion of service, saving me from having to even return the car. Brent answered all of my questions with authority, addressed all of my concerns, explained the processes I could expect to be subjected to, and went out of his way to ensure that all of my expectations were exceeded. He even accommodated my unusual work schedule by staying late on a Friday evening to facilitate the delivery of my car upon completion. In the end, I am as pleased with my experience as anyone whose car was recently damaged could possibly be. If I should ever again have the unpleasant opportunity to require the services of a collision repair facility, I can assure you that, regardless of make or model, I will call on Brent Quon at Phoenix Motor Company again, without hesitation.

He made sure that all the damages from being rear-ended were repaired and also helped me get some other items fixed. He took care of making the pick up arrangements with the rental car agency and advised me honestly that the wait would be longer than 30 minutes and let me leave to pick up my son from school so I wouldn't be late.   I had to get my front driver side door completely replaced after a hit and run. It took 14 business days to finish. I was happy with how the car looked when I got it back. I did have to call to check on it after the estimated 10-14 business days had been reached. A plastic cover to the screw by the door handle was not replaced when I went in to pick up my car. I went in the next week and it was quickly replaced. Shortly after I got my car back someone keyed the hood. As I could not afford another $500 deductible, Brent offered to paint over the scratch for free and made it less noticeable. The work that was done was very high quality.

I cannot tell the car was in an accident and several "little things" were done complimentary which further shows why I not only bought the car there but why I get everything that needs done at this dealership. All negotiations with insurance representatives were handled by Brent and I was inconvenienced very little. I am not suggesting that I will go looking for someone to wreck my car again, but if it happens I know where to go for a fix.

  Brent Quon has taken care of me the two times I've had to have repair work done. Both times the service was excellent and the car looked better than it looked before the accident (the first was a break in, the second was when a tree fell on it during a monsoon storm). He dealt with the insurance company and made sure the experience was hassle free. I highly recommend Phoenix Motor Company in general and Brent in particular.

  Laura is very efficient. Brent kept me informed. Very pleasant atmosphere. I do have to say that I didn’t get to go to my ML with Brent and show him the all damage I noticed. It seemed more like they believed they should know my ML better than me. When I went to get it, some minor damage that I knew about they didn’t see. Therefore I needed to wait in the lobby while the final repair was done. In hindsight, I should have been more aggressive about showing them what needed to be fixed. I would use Phoenix Motor Company again, but next time I’ll be more adamant about personally taking them to my vehicle to view the damage.

  Brent Quon gave me a superior experience, turning a very stressful situation into a delightful experience. I had a gentleman to back into my legally parked E-Class Mercedes-Benz. From the very first moment I had the pleasure of speaking with Brent, he was able to explain the process in a step-by-step fashion that was easy to comprehend. Brent even explained how the insurance company would work with me. His advice was absolutely correct. As for the collision repair work, I was extremely pleased. My car looked better today than when I purchased it. I was pleased with Brent to the extent that I decided to try Phoenix Motor Company’s service/ repair shop instead of going back to Mercedes Benz Chandler. Brent suggested that I work with Anthony. Again, Brent’s suggestion was “spot on.” Anthony was extremely helpful. Phoenix Motor Company was able to find the source of a slight rattling noise that I have been trying to have fixed for approximately one year to 18 months. Although Phoenix Motor Company is not as convenient for me as Mercedes Benz of Chandler, I shall go back to them the next time my car’s display screen alerts me to the fact that it is time for me to take my E-Class in for service.

  Brent Quon, our Service Advisor, was excellent! After I was broadsided by a driver exiting a private drive, we drove the car directly to Phoenix Motors where Brent took over. Although driveable, the entire passenger side of the car from behind the front wheel to the front of the rear wheel was extremely damaged. The car took 2 months to repair because of the extensive damage and Brent totally stayed on top of the repairs and handled all the communications with the insurance company. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and a true advocate!

  I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr. Brent Quon, a Collision Consultant at Phoenix Motor Company. My Mercedes SUV suffered some major damage while being transported cross-country from the east coast to Arizona on an auto transport truck. To add insult to injury, the truck driver's insurance company was impossible to deal with. Not only did Brent Quon go to bat for me immediately in helping (hugely!) to straighten out the insurance mess, but my car was repaired so perfectly that it looked better than it did before the damage! All of those important factors aside, Mr. Quon was utterly professional, a cordial gentleman and an unflappable person who never once lost his cool...even when I did. I would recommend Phoenix Motor Company to any Mercedes-Benz owner without hesitation and, as much as I could go on singing the praises of Brent Quon, there's only so much room here to write!

After meeting with the insurance appraiser, I took the car to Phoenix Motor Company, where the car had been serviced before. Brent Quon, the body shop collision consultant was very helpful. He provided an precise estimate of the cost and the time required to complete the job. He ordered the repair parts which were received within 24 hours. The car was scheduled into the shop and returned on the day promised. I was very satisfied with the repair costs, time required and the excellent customer service of Mr. Quon. I will continue to take the car into Phoenix Motor Company for all services.

I dropped off my car for repair and flew out of Phoenix for a week trip. I was delighted to learn that my car was actually ready for pick-up when I returned. My flight had a delayed arrival and Brent even waited after hours for me to arrive from the airport saving me the expense and hassle of staying over in Phoenix.   Brent Quon was a great help. This is my busiest time of the year. I did not have time to argue with the at-fault driver's insurance company over their estimates. He handled all of that for me. I left the car, picked up the rental car (with Brent at my side) and a couple of weeks later picked up my car. When I picked up the car, Brent was nice enough to wash it and towel dry it while I waited. That's service that merits an A+.
