  They totally took care of my baby! I rear-ended someone about the 12th and the front end of my car ended up going under the rear of the SUV and pushed everything back. I was afraid that they would total my car, but Denise was wonderful and made me feel better about my car's condition. They even got the car done 2 days before they said it would be done! I'm just so pleased with their customer service and work! I hope that I don't have to go back for another accident, but I'll probably have them fix the dent on the rear and repaint the rest of the car after I safe up some money. Go there! Thanks, Lovetts!

  The team at Lovett's provided exception service from first call to final product. After being rear-ended, Lovett's was recomended to me by the insurance company. I read a few reviews and liked what I saw, so I gave them a try. From first call, the team at Lovett's was great to work with. They were able to start work on my car right away and turned it around under the expected delivery date. Quality-wise, the end product was great. I'd highly recomend Lovett's for any body problem- big or small.

  Top notch!! Lauren has excellent customer service skills; persistent in her calling to schedule my repair and to notify me when my car was ready for pick up. Vicky estimated my car quickly and knowledgeably, told me what she thought the damage was (she was spot on), the time she thought it would be in the shop, and how they would match the paint. The rental company picked me up at Lovetts, drove me to their location, put me in a nice little car and when my car was ready for pick up, I just left the rental car at Lovetts and they took care of it. My car looks incredible. Superb experience!!

Our insurance agent recommended Lovetts to us several years ago when a previous vehicle was damaged and the service and result were great. So, naturally we would not have gone anywhere else. If you choose Lovetts, you will be in excellent hands.

  I feel this shop did an excellent job of replacing the damaged door and matching the paint. I was impressed that they sent a prior door back because it was damaged. Their customer service when I called them was great, but service could be improved if they would call the customer alerting them to set backs and delayed vehicle pick up.

  Lovetts is fantastic. They called me during the repair to update me on the cars status and to confirm it would be ready on time. They even replaced my windshield, which had a few small cracks and I hadn't originally requested to be fixed. They checked my insurance to find out if I had free glass coverage, which I do, then called and got it all settled with my insurance company in a matter of minutes. It didn't even add any extra time to the repair. And the actual cost of the repair was $30 less than the estimate! Granted my repairs were fairly minor, but these guys are classy, professional, and do great work. And it seems like the overall experience there among costumers has been consistently great.

  My experience with Lovetts was much better than I could ever expect. They worked with my insurance company, evan though I originally told them I was not going to contact the insurance company. That caused them some inconvience but were extremly understanding about it. Once my car was fixed Ric showed my wife and I where the vehicle had been repaired. Ric told us to check it out carefully and advised us that if anything was wrong to tell him and it would be corrected. the repaired damage was perfect. Ric also followed up a couple of days after we picked up the car to see if everything was still ok. It was. The vehicle was fixed in an excellant time. Denise,who works in the office and the other lady who works in the office (name unk) were extremly friendly and helpful. As previously stated my experiance with Lovetts was great. I will be doing more business with them, and not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Roger L Webster.

Why not a new windshield while it's in there. Good to know it's a one stop shop with integrity, plus Lexus cetified too. I shall return.

  As i get a little older, my garage wall and my car have had a "little dialogue" as my depth perception ain't what it used to be. I love my Pilot has 2004 was the last year Honda made them all wheel drive. I had acquired many bumps and bruises and decided to have them fixed. I went to several body shops and got estimates and spent time speaking with the staff. I decided to go with Lovett's Body Shop and not because their estimate was the lowest (it wasn't), it was because they were so personable and took time to explain things to me. I did not file an insurance claim and their estimate was "right on" the finished bill. The work was beautiful. They kept me informed or reached out for me with any questions or concerns we may have not covered. They are now also do engine work and I will never go anyplace else. My husband has a Lexus and he is already having them work on some things for him. Outstanding quality of work, outstanding staff and I am very lucky to have found them.
