Every time the work was done exactly as quoted and completed in a reasonable amount of time, and my car looks brand new on the way out. The last time I was there, they went above and beyond expectations - painting more than I expected. The manager Todd is an exceptional, friendly businessman and the receptionist always makes you feel welcome when you come in. I highly recommend this company.

  Professional outfit! did an outstanding job on my vehicle. Manager Todd Riccio knows how to do business. He did better than the lowest quote I had gotten from other shops. Turnaround time was excellent - 3 days for a multi panel job. The car was nicely detailed when I picked it up. The drivers seat position, steering wheel tilt and all the settings were exactly as I had left it. That attention to detail is a nice touch.

  FABULOUS! I was rearended in what I thought was a minor accident only to find out later that the true extent of the damage to my car was much greater than I thought. Seeing how this isn't a situation I often find myself in, I had LOTS of questions and concerns. The people at Lake Pleasant Collision Center were AWESOME, friendly, always called with follow ups and always returned my calls, and made sure that all of the necessary repairs were approved by the insurance company without any problems. My car looks brand new and I'm so happy with the work that they did. They also have great hours which is actually the orginal reason I picked them to get an estimate. If I ever find myself in a situation where I am in need of a body shop again I would absolutely return to them!

I had made my first appointment 6 weeks out and just before I was to take it in, they cancelled and made me a second appointment for one week later. The day before I was scheduled to take it in for my second appointment it was also cancelled and bumped out another three weeks. I was feed up! It was then I decided to go back to my insurance company for a recommendation and they mentioned Lake Pleasant Collision Center. I call made an appointment and my car was repaired within the time scope of the appraisal. Actually one day short of the appraised time frame and better yet my car looks great. What a wonderful experience we had! They gave us a quick and competitive estimate, they got the car in when promised and had the work done on schedule and on budget. The work was top notch and the car looked like new when we picked it up. We were heading out of town and needed to pick the car up when the shop was otherwise closed and they made special arrangements so we could pick up the car. To top off this already wonderful experience, we discovered they washed and cleaned our car. Now that was service. The staff is friendly and personable and I find it so easy to recommend them if you are in need of this type of service. You won't be sorry!!

  This was our first time using Lake Pleasant Collision Center. The people are friendly and very knowledgable. The price we were quoted was fair and actually saved us money with a part we wanted over and above the body work. The car was finished in the time they told us it would be, and they did an excellent job repairing the damaged bumper. It looks brand new and they only repaired it to save me money, they didn't have to order a new bumper which KIA wanted to do at a cost over twice as much.

  This was our second experience with Lake Pleasant Collision Center. Our first was with our grand daughters car and most recently with our Cadillac. We were well pleased with every aspect of our dealings with them. We were treated with utmost respect. Our car was taken in, they called the rental car office who picked us up. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule and everything was beautifully done. They even cleaned the inside of the car which we didn't expect. We HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely use them again if and when repairs are needed. Don & Lois Swanson

  I have had two other repairs at Lake Pleasant Collision Center. Every experience with them, from initial call to final inspection of work, surpasses all expectations. Matt is very professional and hires staff that reflects his high standards of quality and outstanding customer service. Their LIFETIME guarantee on all work is very reassuring. How can you go wrong? I have been at other shops that treat you like you are an interruption to their day. Not so at Lake Pleasant Collision Center, they treat you as though you are the reason for their existence. Every customer is important at Lake Pleasant Collision Center, and they treat you like you are their ONLY customer. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing collision repair work. Matt and the rest of the staff made a very unpleasant situation as "pleasant" as possible.They took care of my beloved car and all of the details necessary in a very timely fashion. I was surprised by the ease of the experience as well as the care and the consideration of everyone I encountered. I recommend Lake Pleasant Collision to anyone who has an automobile accident or problem. You are sure to be well taken care of.

  Our estimate was done quickly and efficiently.The work was completed on time and they even corrected work done by another shop.We took our 2003 Chevy truck in for some minor work which was completed to our satisfaction also.We would highly recomend this company for any collision repair work.
