The mechanics at KK went above and beyond to restore my car to its original state. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the repair process. They also are a part of my insurance companies repair shop network, which made handling the claim easier than I could imagine. I will definitely bring my car to Kustom Koachworks in the future.

  After getting a small dent on my car, I took my car to Kustom Koachworks to get an estimate. Troy was able to give me a quick and thorough review of the cost to repair the damages, and I chose to come back at my next convenience to receive service. There was no pressure from their staff to get it done any sooner, and I felt completely comfortable giving them my business. The timing of everything was exactly what I was told several months before, and the cost was almost exactly what was expected (although insurance covered it). Even trying to navigate my way there to pick it up was hassle-free, as Troy even offered to come to my place of work to pick me up. Their staff was always pleasant, and they were always willing to talk through my concerns over the phone. The service performed appears excellent, and they even gave my car the complimentary wash/vacuum service. My car feels almost reborn. If you are looking for a no-hassle, quality job by a local business, this is definitely the place to go.

  After experiancing problems with another shop that was on the list of shops provided by my insurance I had escalated the issue and the guy in charge at the insurance company suggested I take my car to Kustom Koachworks as they are the best shop in their network, his words not mine. I took my car in with the reported mechenical and body issues that remained after two tries witht he first shop. Troy went on a test drive with me, noted my issues and when the rental car company said it would be 30 minutes before they could pick me up, personally drove me to the rental car place. He kept in constant contact via email (my preferred version of contact and something the other shop was unable to do) with each and every update. I decided to have additional paint work (not covered by my insurance) while the car was there and Kustom Koachworks came in under budget and actually did more work than agreed to. When I went to pick up my vehicle I noticed a defect in the paintjob (done by the other shop) and Troy took care of it while I waited at no charge. Also all of the mechanical were taken care of (something the other shop was unable to do). I have very high standards and Kustom Koachworks met or exceeded them. I would give my highest reccomendation for this business and it's staff. On top of everything else, they do a complimentary vacuum, wash and tire treatment.

I dropped my car off on June 17 and was told it would take 8 days - instead it took 13 days for a small dent in the rear panel (no lights broken). I was also told that I would receive updates - not once did they every call -- I had to call after a week to check on it. Then I was told it would be ready on Monday. On Monday I was told it would be ready on Tuesday. It was not until Wed - 13 days after I dropped it off and I had to call twice that day to make sure it would be ready. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  My car was rear-ended while i was waiting at a stop light. My insurance company recommended three shops; Kustom Koachworks was the 2nd one i went to for an estimate. I knew they were the right place because the other shops referred to my car as an "it", while Bernie at Kustom Koachworks referred to my car as a "her". These are guys that understand that to some people, a car is more than a car, it's a loved one. This passion shows in their work.

What was amazing was this 34 month old car looked as good when we picked it up as when we had bought it.   I live in Dallas but was in Phoenix when I sustained damage to my frame. I contacted my insurance to ask if they could recommend a shop to have my car looked at. I was directed to Kustom Koachworks. I spoke with Bernie Sonenschein who arranged an appointment at my converience for an estimate. When I arrived Bernie greeted me and promptly began the estimate and then showed me the damage and what it would cost to repair and how long. He ordered the parts and contacted me when they arrived so I could drop off my car and pick up a rental. The work was completed on time as he said it would be and I was very happy with the work and the service, they even washed the car for me. I found everyone that I came into contact with there to be extremely nice and professional. I would highly recommend Kustom koachworks to anyone needing body work or framework in the Phoenix area.

  THE BEST!! I got there name from State Farm as an approved garage to do work on my car. I was given 3 company's to call. The first one wanted to put me into voice mail, second company wanted to schedule a date for me to come in. Kustom Koachworks responded quickly, I drove directly to their location, met with John, he was awesome. Dropped car off that day, John got back to me next day with confirmation that car could be done and ready for pick up on 1/11! Over $4,000 damage done and on time!

  Being in the automotive field I have seen the work of several bodyshops. None can compare to the work Kustom Koachworks preforms. From their front office staff to Bernie Sonenschein to Chris Villa to the repair technicians there is not a more professional staff of people in the business. They will keep you informed every step of the way while your vehicle is in their care. I had dropped my truck off just before the weekend and had it back by Wednesday of the following week, looking better than it has ever been. During that time I had at least two calls from Bernie explaining where they were in the process. This is one bodyshop that will exceed all your expectations. I would recommend Kustom Koachworks for any repairs large or small. The truly are the best in the business.

  From the beginning, Kustom's service was excellent. My car was there approximately four weeks and I received unsolicited weekly updates from Bernie. All staff members were very customer-oriented, friendly and helpful. I recommend Kustom with no reservations.

  Everybody at the shop is very nice and professional. Very easy process from beginning to end. Would recommend to anybody needing repairs done their vehicle. They even brought my garage door opener to me after I forgot it at the shop!

  Very professional shop! Kustom Koachworks always returned my calls within a day and were upfront with the length of time my car would be in their shop. They let me check on my car at anytime I wanted to and had a well kept garage. They fixed everything I thought needed replacing and more. I would give a five star review except they did not align either of the new headlights and they have not returned my calls after more than 24 hours. I would recommend Kustom Koachworks to anyone who wants a thorough repair done on any car.

  My repair was handled quickly and looks seamless. John Schira is very knowledgeable about insurance coverages and processes, so that was helpful. This was my first accident, so I really didn't know how it all worked and what was covered. John walked me through the process when I got there, and sure enough, that's exactly how it went. The facility is pretty high-tech, and the office staff is nice. I have recommended Kustom Koachworks to friends.

  I have used Kustom Koachworks for all of my collision needs since moving to Arizona almost seven years ago. I have dealt exclusively with John Schira for all of my claims. He and the staff at Kustom Koachworks have always treated me professionally and respectfully and their quality of work is of the highest standards. Kustom Koachworks customer service is excellent from dealing with the insurance companies to helping with rental cars. I will continue to use Kustom Koachworks should I ever need their services in the future and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing a top notch collsion center!

The time needed to repair my car was in my estimation a very short time for the amount of labor necessary to complete the task. The quality of workmanship was outstanding in my opinion and the entire staff that I was acquainted with handled the situation with customer satisfaction and professionalism.   Kustom Koachworks took great care of me and my car. The accident was the other person's fault, lots of damage, and I anticipated getting screwed by her insurance company. But Kustom Koachworks became my ally and negotiated on my behalf with the insurance company and fixed everything, using OEM parts wherever they could. Couldn't have asked for a better handling of our situation.
