  I was referred to Kustom Koachworks by my car dealership for a dent and took it for a walk in estimate the same day. Mr. Schira gave me a prompt estimate and even helped me out with the upholstry problem by referring me to a company they use. (a much more economic alternative to what I was being charged elsewhere) They took my car that same day and even gave me a ride home! They were extremely friendly from the lovely receptionist to Mr. Schira to the owners son who gave me the ride home! While I was there waiting for the estimate an older woman on a motorized scooter came to the door and Ruth the receptionist graciously helped her in. Turned out the woman (who was handicapped) just needed fifteen minutes of charging her scooter to get home. She was given water and friendly conversation during what could have been an awkward time. These folks restored my faith in kindness and patience. Something seldom seem these days! Reminds me of a small town family business! These folks and the way they treated me are truly a breath of fresh air!! I will recommend them to all my family and friends!

As I told John, I have never had such good service from start to finish, including making arrangements for a car rental and taking care of all the insurance arrangements. My hat is off to them.   Working with Kustom Koachworks was wonderful. I had 4 different shops to choose from to take my car for repairs. Koachworks was the first I called and after talking to Ruth, I already knew I had the right place. No need to call the others. I could hear in her voice how proud she was of the business she worked for. They did a great job on the front end of my Fusion. They focus on doing the job right, not how fast they can get you done and back out the door. I personally have been in high end customer service for 5 years and these people know what they're doing!

  This was a great experience starting with the initial greeting from Ruth the Receptionist. She was totally professional and very knowledgeable. Troy was very nice & patient with my questions and concerns and told me exactly what was involved. The car was ready when promised, washed & vacuumed besides, very impressive. I think they even shined the hub caps. The job was perfect and I can't say enough good things about the whole experience.

I have found small corrections at times and they have been very quick to fix them. The real test of good body work is time. Some of my repairs are several years old and my car still looks like new. Their work is very skilled and service is always friendly. I can easily recommend them to anyone looking for the best body work in the valley.

  I had a VERY good experience with kustom. Marty was great, and helped me a lot with keeping me informed and being in contact with the insurance company. I had never been in an accident before so I was confused on some of the procedures with the insurance company- Marty explained everything to me whenever I had a question, and did an EXCELLENT job on my bumper, my car looks fabulous- the paint matches perfectly and I will use them again with any auto body repair.

  This is unfortunately the 4th vehicle repair we've had to have done - but FORTUNATELY on our first repair we found Kustom Koachworks who has done incredibly good work. The repairs have been on a few different cars (CR-V twice, a Montana mini0-van and a PT Cruiser). EVERY ONE of those repairs has been absolutely superb. The pre-work is inspection is incredibly thorough which insures that (A) everything needing to be fixed will be fixed and (B) there are never any surprises "down the road". The work performed is incredibly well done - they don't skimp with mediocre parts, and don't use any shortcuts in the labor. Two things that are over and above anyone else I've seen or used, (1)Kustom Koachworks keeps you informed all along the way as to the status and ETA of the completion, and (2)when you pick up your car, they've gone above and beyond expectations by giving you a car that is perfect on the outside and perfectly cleaned on the inside. I would recommend these folks for ANY vehicle repair.

Auto repair seemed excellent, and paint job was super, and I have only had it back one day, but feel they did a super job, and detailed my car inside and out when I picked it up. I would very definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone. God bless them all there.

  This shop did excellent job repairing the body damage on my car. Not only was the repair work excellent but the car was cleaner when I got it back than when I left it with them. Open communication was good with the shop throughout the process too. That is highly unusual from my past experience.
