  After receiving my estimate I arranged to drop off my truck for repairs. I was told it would be approximately 3 days to complete all necessary work. However, it was almost 5 days til completion. More damage was discovered during the repair process and I'm sure that this was the reason for the extra time in completing the repairs. I was notified about the additional damage immediately. Repair was not started on this damage until I gave approval. All the staff was very professional, helpful and courteous during my repair work. They even provide a shuttle service if needed. I would recommend Koppy's to anyone needing repair work on their vehicle.

  I recently had my 01 Honda fixed at Koppy's, this isn't my first time using this repair facility and every time they exceed my expectations. The Insurance Company estimated my vehicle to take 10 days to repair and they had it fixed in 6. I would strongly recommend this very professional and nice facility to anyone of my friends or family.

I'm so pleased with koppys and wouldn't bring my car anywhere else. The office staff is so kind and helpful and the owner takes the time to explain everything to you and what is to be done. Opening that hatch was tricky. Professional staff. Work done in allotted time plus a few minutes due to the tricky hatch release problem. Got estimate on driver door damage for next project there. Highly recommend Koppy's. You will be pleased from initial contact until you drive away.

  I recently had my 01 Honda Accord repaired at this facility and the people there were nothing, but assuring to me. They helped me understand why the cost to repair my vehicle was so high and made sure it did not total. The whole experience was a pleasure because from the time I called to make the appointment until I picked up my vehicle, the folks were friendly, pleasant and professional. This is a family owned and run company and it shows. My car was finished about 1-2 days sooner than scheduled and looks better than new. They even washed it! The cost of my repair was a lot less than I anticipated and far less than if I had taken it to a Toyota dealer repair shop. I will continue to use Koppy's, who were recommended to me by Wilhelm Automotive, for any repair work I need done in the future. Sincerely, Sandi Updike
