  Just moved to phoenix in september of 2010 and three days later the worst hail storm in history hits doing over 8000.00 damage to my car. had bad adjuster sat in shopp for month and did nothing. took it to Karls, met Roger very professional and classy guy and in three weeks had my car back like new. Told them i needed a mechanic that was honest. my son broke the auto truck lid it would not close he sends me to pauls auto mechanic a block away. had three estimates to fix trunk all over 600.00 Paul sneds his son and he fixes it while I am speaking to him it was just bent could have taken six hundred from me. Charged me nothing. thank Roger for that. I bring car back five months after they did the work as I had a short with my interior lights He has another wonderful man look at it and he fixes in withing an hour and there is no charge. Just very classy and professional service and my car will never go to another body shop as long as I live in phoenix area. Thanks agin Roger. Anyone looking for a great body just go to karls and ask for Roger tell him Ray sent you . you will be very satisfied for sure.

  I recently brought my vehicle into Karl's, to have my hail damage fixed from last years storm. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away with the level of experience and quality customer service that I was given. My entire time that my vehicle was there, I was kept in the loop by either Michael or Roger. They kept in close contact with my insurance company, which allowed them to properly follow up with me in regards to my rental car. ( which by the way was called to come pick me up, when dropping off my vehicle). It was an all around great experience and I will always return to them for any work that I need done in the future. Thank you to the entire staff at Karl's, I appreciate having trust in the people who I hand over my vehicle to.

  INCREDIBLE!!!... everyone is highly knowledgeable and willing to take the time to do everything they can even if it isn't something they needed to do. I could not believe the quality I saw. I'm not kidding when I say my car came back better then even before the accident. I will never take my cars elsewhere!... and I'm not easy to please as far as body work is concerned.

  Karl's Collision was recommended to me by my insurance agent after an horrific hailstorm caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to my 6-week old car. Skeptical that the car could be repaired, I was pleasantly surprised when Karl's restored it to look as it did the day I drove it off the new car lot. In addition, the office and shop employees at Karl's Collision were courteous, kind, reassuring, and professional. I recommend them to anyone needing body work for their vehicle.

  Picked up my truck after hail damage and being extremely dirty from the storms that caused the hail. I was anxious to pick my truck up early to get it detailed and back to tip top shape. When I got to Karls to get my truck, not only was the damage fixed to perfection, but it was cleaned inside and out to detail quality. The staff at Karls were always extremely helpful and always had the right answer to my question whenever I would call on the status. A+++++++++ Will take my vehicle here again and again if needed.

  USAA gave me 3 locations near my home to get estimates for the roof and back window repair of my F150. Karl's Collision Repair is the only one honest enough to tell me about the "Appearance Allowance" that most insurance companies have that deduct the allowance costs directly from your deductible. I have a $1000 deductible and because of the "Appearance Allowance" on two items I did not pay a penny out of pocket for any of the repairs. The other 2 shops would have pocketed the $1000 since they didn't tell me about the allowance. Roger and his team at Karl's are friendly, honest, upright and provide great customer service. I highly recommend them and will return should I need repairs in the future.

  During a storm, a microburst knocked down a Eucalyptus ,and it landed on my car parked in the driveway. The car was pretty much destroyed, and except for the low mileage I had, would have been totaled. But Karl's managed to restore it, and now it looks like a brand new car. The office staff went out of their way to make sure things went smoothly.

  This was a relatively minor repair to my complete satisfaction without qualification. Karl's had previously repaired my 2003 Toyota Corolla, 2004 Lexus ES-330, 2002 Ford F-150, and my 1987 Ford F-150, Again to my complete and unqualified satisfaction. I would recommend this shop for any and all auto body repairs.

  Work was excellent, on time amd estimate. This was not just take off and bolt back on. It took a sheet metal person to bring it back to spects. The paint aslo matched. Since I paid for the work myself they found used parts that saved 70% and were also 20% less than other body shops.

  I just picked up my vehicle after it was repaired. This is the second time in 3 months that someone rear ended my car and both times I took it to Karl's Collision for repairs. Both times the repairs were completed on schedule and the repairs look great! Hopefully I won't get into any other accidents, but I won't hesitate to take it back to Karl's Collision. GREAT JOB!!!

  I was very nervous to have my car fixed because I wanted the metallic paint to match. I was finding estimates from 1/2 of what Karls charged to double...I didn't know where to go! After spending many hours on the internet researching Karls on the BBB, Maricopa County website and Garage Fly, I knew I was picking the right place. Karls is honest and they use top of the line products. They do not take short-cuts. I would recommend Karls to anyone who is looking for a respectable place to get their car fixed. My car looks like it did the day I bought it!

  Dropped vehicle off for repairs on a tuesday. The rental car was already reserved by the shop and ready for me to get right in it. The repairs were completed on Wednesday afternoon and looked great. Mike at the shop kept me completely updated on the repair status, calling me twice. He let me know what the extent of the damage then called me back to let me know when it was completed. Friendly staff, work was done very well (and is undetectable), and repair was completed right when they told me it would be!!

  I recently wrecked my Cadillac and was very upset about the accident until I met the good folks at Karl's Collision. They brought my car in and made me feel very comfotable that my vehicle was in great hands. When I got my car back they backed it up. I got it back on time and in imaculate condition. They really went the extra mile making me feel like a long time customer and friend. I would recommend Karl's to anyone needing any body repairs big or small.

  We had some body damage to our rear quarter panel after a neighbor backed into our car. Karl's collision did a great job for us. The car was done two days before the promised due date. It looked like it had never been hit ! Their personel were very friendly and professional. And, they cleaned up my car when they were done! I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends. ( By the way their work is guaranteed for as long as I own my car)

  Had work done to my aerio transmission since I ran over a rock. I took it to another repair shop (won't mention name). I figured it would take approx. 2 weeks. After it was all over and done it took a month and a half for completion. Karl's was the complete opposite. I took the Aerio in on monday and had it back on friday. Excellent work, very professional and helpful. They took care of everything from the repairs to the rental car and all paperwork in between. Highly recommended!

  I have had occasion for Karl's Collision to work on my car a couple of times in the past so when I backed my brand new Solara Convertible into a half-height concrete pole shortly after I got it, I knew exactly where to take it. I was crushed to have crumpled my new car and they were very nice and did not in any way make fun of me or judge me. They had my car for quite a while, but that is because they never take short cuts. They took care of every detail and when I picked the car up it looked like new! The next day I took it to my dealership to make sure the alignment was ok. When I asked my service tech if he could tell where the damage had occurred, neither he nor his boss could figure it out. Believe me, they do great work!
