  We had a problem diagnosed by Jaguar dealership as "minor", although it got at times caused our car virtually scratch the asphalt. Looking for a second opinion, we went to Jan. He immediately declared the leak of strut an emergency. Although we had to wait till a replacement part arrived all the way from the UK, the problem which had bothered us for over a year has been resolved.

  Jan’s Spectrum Collision Center was recommended to me by a family member that had used them for accident repairs on three separate occasions. His recommendation was based on being extremely satisfied with the results of each job. Now that my accident damage has been repaired, I can see why he was so enthusiastic about Jan’s. When all the repairs were completed on my vehicle, it looked just like it did when it was brand new, fresh off the showroom floor. You can clearly see a prevailing theme in the descriptive terms used in other reviews: Very professional, knowledgeable, confident, honest, sincere, good communication, uncompromising quality, impeccable service, highly recommended, flawless fit and finish, exceptional service, extremely dependable. I found every one of these terms describing Jan’s to be absolutely true. Jan is very adept at working with the insurance companies. Jan represents your best interest, not the insurance companies. You are the one that needs to be satisfied with the repairs when it is all said and done. I believe that is Jan’s focus all the way through the repair project. Another point that I did not realize before using Jan’s for the first time is the fact that they are not only a body repair shop, but a full service shop as well. So, if you have any other maintenance work that needs to be done besides collision damage, you will absolutely be in good hands at Jan’s. Bottom line: I would highly recommend Jan’s Spectrum Collision Center to anyone. Don’t hesitate, just do it - you won’t regret it!

After getting into a fender bender, I took my car in and got quotes from three different shops and Jan's was by far the most honest and direct with what work would need to be done. When they took off the bumber of my Altima, they found previously undisclosed damage from other accidents (Power Nissan Tempe did not disclose when I bought the car, do not shop there) and they did a lot of work on my car free of charge because they felt bad that I got screwed by Power Nissan Tempe. They are true professionals and worked hard to get me the best service and the most out of the insurance companies. Thanks Jan!

He has done outstanding work and helps navigate your repair through the insurance company red tape to insure your vehicle is fixed correctly and fully. In addition to an attitude of delivering only the best service, Jan has an outstanding facility because your work can only be as good as your equipment. The paintwork and finish is the icing on the cake when you see your repaired vehicle and it is always flawless. I strongly recommend Jan’s shop, my friend who used it have been very satisfied as well.

Most important in my opinion, was the great amount of communication between the shop and I. Never once, was I unsure of where my vehicle was at in the repair process.   I was in a minor crash on 2/09/2010, I was rear ended on the way to work. When I got to work, I immediately called my Farmers agent, the person who hit me also had Farmers. I decided to go to the doctor's in the early afternoon and on my way there, my agent called and told me I should go by Jan's Collision and have him look at my vehicle and make sure it was okay to drive. I stopped by Jan's and he immediately said I should leave my vehicle with him, he called Farmers why I was there and got the okay. He called Enterprise for me and they shortly arrived to pick me up and take me to their office. I was in a rental and on my way home within an hour. Which was good, because I really didn't feel that well. Jan called me the next day at home, because I decided not to go to work. He said he had given Farmers the estimate, got the okay to order the parts, and my vehicle should be ready in about 10 days, and that was because the Hatchback had to come from the Factory. On the 17th he called to tell me my Vehicle would be ready after 2PM the next day, I couldn't Believe it, because people usually say one thing and it turns out to be something else. I can truly say, when I picked up my car, it had been cleaned and Jan showed me everything he had repaired and changed out on the car. I have already told my friends the Service has been Exceptional. If you ever need a repair or service I advise you to give them a call. I don't think you will be disappointed.

  My car was in an accident shortly before I was leaving town for Christmas. It was the other person's fault, so Jan's worked with their insurance company to ensure I didn't have to pay anything. I told them my travel plans, and I was able to drop it off the day I was leaving, and it was ready the day I came back. As with the first time I took my car to Jan's, the service was excellent, they kept me informed of progress, and my car looked brand new when they were done. Hopefully I don't need to take my car to the shop any time soon, but if I do I know I'll be going back to Jan's.

  Excellent service and quick repairs. Front of the car was all smashed up after collision with cement wall. They worked with my insurance company, kept me updated on the status, gave an 'official estimate' of 36 days of work, when it really only took about 2 1/2 weeks for my car to be ready, including waiting for special parts to be shipped. They explained everything clearly and patiently (I don't know much about cars), gave me a printout of the estimate for my records, and painted it after the repairs were done. My car looks brand new, and they gave me a lifetime guarantee on the repairs. I highly recommend this repair shop.

The shop's personnel performed excellent repairs to the passengers' door and the toneau cover. The painting was superbly color blended to coincide with the truck's existing color. New passenger's door molding and door trim were expertly reinstalled to match the existing truck's details. They completely detailed the truck inside and out to mnake it better than a new vehicle awaiting sale. The staff was courteous, professional and attended to every repair detail.

  My most recent repair at Jan's was replacing a rear bumper. Jan's did an excellent repair, was within their estimate and was on time. I have used Jan's on a number of different BMW's over the last 20 years and the work has always been excellent. Jan's has done both mechanical and body work, from minor repairs to major reconstruction and the quality of their work is always excellent. I would say that Jan's is "old school" from the standpoint of uncompromising quality and customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Jan's for automotive work, including repairs and maintenance.

  Jan has done work on my SUV several times. I first found out about Jan through my insurance company. My insurance compnay said his work was guaranteed for the life of my vehicle. He did some minor body repair after I had an accident. He did a great job and was done right when he promised my vehicle. I was impressed with his customer service and his work and so I need a tune up and oil change and he did all of those things and took my back to my office so I would not have to rent a car for the day. I just had him replace all the brakes on my vehicle this last year. He did a great job and he is faster than going through the Toyota dealer. What I really like is that he uses Factory Parts only and is usually less money than the Toyota dealer. He only repairs or replaces what is needed and is is very honest about what work really needs to be done on my vehicle. He is the only Repair shop I will use. Jan and his staff do great work. I highly recomend him to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. Bodywork or machanical.

  I am very impressed with the work that was done on my car. Jan and his team are clearly meticulous in their work and committed to providing full service to their customers. Jan arranged the pick up for us from rental car outlet, managed the details of the insurance claim, worked with an auxillary garage in some of the reprogramming work for the computer in the car, and finished the job on time as promised. The car looks incredible and this is no mean feat: it seems as though everything on an Audi is more complicated and takes longer to work on! I will be recommending Jan and his staff to anyone who needs body repairs of any type.

I have taken my car to Jan's on both occasions. I highly recommend Jan's to everyone. Jan not only repaired my car to look like new, he assists with obtaining the rental car and gaining a fair estimate from "the other guy's" insurance company.   Though the job took longer than expected, it was NOT Jan's Collision Center's fault but rather, the insurance company of the person that ran into me. In fact, Jan Vesely worked both politely but also, assertively with the other Insurance Carrier to ensure that all repairs as needed were authorized. Not all repairs were originally authorized by the other Carrier and thus the reason for the delay in getting the repairs made as Jan personally worked with the original Estimator and then, his boss, to explain why the ALL the repairs as Jan's had itemized were both needed and justified. I truly feel Jan went to bat for me to get everything exactly as it should be. To my surprise, thoughout the three (3) weeks the car was in the shop, though I had a rental car courtesy of the other insurance carrier, Jan personally called each week to give me the skinny on what was happening with both my car and his dealings with the other carrier. I picked up the car this morning and to my surprise, not only was it ready as informed, but they had washed the car as well. There is no way anyone would know this car was in a rear-end collision. The paint matches exactly and I am impressed. Based upon this, my initial experience with Jan's, I would not personally hesitate to use Jan's Sprectrum Collision Center for any future collision needs but also, any minor repairs and auto maintenence as well. All I do is call my insurance agent and Jan, the rest is a one-stop shopping. Service always immaculate, vehicle returned as new. The other party in the accident was at fault and their insurance company was very difficult to deal with. Jan took care of the majority of negotiating with them and got the results we wanted. We would recommend his shop and his work to anyone, and don't let the insurance company steer you away from his shop to one that will do their bidding and use inferior parts that are cheaper for the insurance company, but bad for you.

  This is the 2nd time I've used Jan's Spectrum. I went back this time because they did an outstanding job the first time repairing my Suburban. This time I needed repair to my Honda Civic after a collision. The repairs were being paid for by the other driver's insurance company. Jan fought with the insurance company in my behalf. Where the insurance company wanted him to use off-brand parts for repairs, he told me and argued with them. In the end, the car was fixed with all Honda parts at not cost to me. Again, he has done an outstanding job at collision repair and been very professional about it. The service was quick as well.

Jan is very high tech. You can see your car being worked on via the internet, you can receive daily progress on your car and know the status of your vehicle. It is great for record keeping and piece of mind. Jan is very professional and treats his customers with respect. He follows through on everything he says and you will get your vechile on time and with the quoted amount.   Jan's Spectrum Collision Center located in Tempe AZ is the best overall body and mechanical repair facility in the Phoenix Metro area. I have been unfortunate enough to need repairs on a few of my family vehicles over the years (3 grown children). After several not so pleasant experiences at other facilities, I found Jan’s and now I will never go to another facility. The quality of workmanship, the speed and ease of the overall operation is the best. Jan’s prices are also very much in line with the shops in the area and the personal attention is what you would expect to find if there were auto repair facilities in Paradise Valley. I know that Jan’s facility is accepted by most, if not all the insurance company’s, which makes for a hassle-free operation which is Great when your all upset because you just got hit or in need of serious repairs. The ease of bringing in my car and having the problem corrected perfectly the first time is reassuring. I have recommended Jan’s to everyone needing collision repairs and never heard anything but praise from my recommendation.
