  Invision Auto Body is tops in my book. I was concerned about the ability to repair my Highlander back to like-new condition, since it didn’t have a scratch or dent in it before the accident. I was even considering selling it after it was repaired. As it turns out, my concern was not justified. Invision personnel were professional and expert at every step of the process; from the first meeting, to the damage assessment process, in describing the repair and how the paint would be blended, keeping me informed on the progress, and delivering a repair that made it look showroom new. Invision returned the Highlander to me that looked as though it was professionally detailed (inside, out and under the hood), even thought Invision does not do detailing. We are pleased to say that we are keeping the Highlander thanks to Invision and its professional staff.

I've been at this business location once before for repair & have found it the same pleasurable experience then as this time. The workmanship that I've received here is awesome - when I picked it up, it looked like it just left the showroom floor again. I do not have a doubt in my mind, that if I end up needing repair work again (& I hope I don't)I will not hesitate to return to Invision again & hopefully Justin will be there to assist me.   I'm from california and a tree fell on top of my truck here in mesa az. I needed to find a local shop in order to save me a trip all the way to my usual body shop in california. I took my truck to invision auto body and I'm happy to say that they did a really good job with my truck. Now that I have moved to Mesa AZ I plan to used them for any auto body work. Ask for Justin he took care of me very professional place

  This was my best expeience yet with a body shop, and trust me I have had alot of them! With having three teenage drivers I have had my share of accidents. Jim La Riviere was on top of the process from start to finish. Great customer service and very professional.

  We were hit while on vacation at Mt. Rushmore. I filed claim with my insurance company, and they recommended Invision. I took my car in on June 23, and it was ready on July 1st. Justin Kemper is the utmost of professionalism - he is courteous, knowledgeable, and was more than happy to answer my many (and probably annoying) questions. My Vue looks great! Justin and his crew made it look new again. In the event I need auto body repair, Invision is my first and only choice. Thank you so very much!!

It was a simple and smooth transaction. They even took the time to wash our suburban. Details such as this really set them apart from the competition and I will return to Invision Auto Body for any future needs.

  This is the first accident I have ever been in. I was rear ended. The other party paid out of pocket for the expenses and did not go through insurance. I took my car to 3 different auto body shops to get estimates. Invision was average of the prices, they had 2 locations, and were open on saturday, so that sounded good to me. I went on saturday Sept 15 to get an estimate, the ordered my bumper and I dropped my car off on Wednesday, a rental car was waiting for me and it took 15 minutes to get everything situated. I picked up my car on saturday Sept 22. The process was easy and my car looks amazing. The bumper looks perfect and it makes the little scrates on my car look not so good. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable. If I ever have to go through this process again I will definately take my car here. Thank you for your great service!

  This message is well overdue, but definitely needs to be written. I've taken three cars to Invision over the years and have never been disappointed. I've been treated extremely well everytime, the attitude at the shop was both friendly and professional, and the work done on our vehicles was exceptional. Having experience working in a body shop, I am able to spot good work when I see it. Needless to say, I was extremely satisfied with the results each time. Thanks for having such a friendly, professional, and trustworthy place of business.

  Invision went over and above the necessary repair of my vehicle. Due to the insurance company causing delays my vehicle wasn't ready in the amount of thime the insurance company thought was fair. Invision assisted me by paying $500.oo towards my rental. I was very surprised and pleased with how they heled me handle a very touchy situation. Thankls INVISION your the best.

  I was sideswiped and had damage to my passenger doors.  The people at Invision were friendly and terrific to work with, and the shop and office were clean and pleasant.  When I picked up my car, it looked much better than it had before my accident.  They even, unexpectedly, washed my car!  I would recommend them.
