I was involved in an accident and needed body work as well as internal repair.   I'd driven by I-17 Collision Repair daily for a couple of years without notice, until I needed repair on my Dodge Magnum. I stopped in for an estimate and it only took ten minutes. The staff was courteous, the office and waiting area were clean and inviting. Even the interaction between the employees was pleasant and stress free. After returning home I checked out any reviews for I-17 and was pleased to find only wonderful comments about the place. The insurance company covering the damages had their own list of repair shops for me to choose from but I really wanted to use I-17, which of course was within my rights. The original estimate was to take 4 or 5 days to repair, but they had my vehicle done in 3. The damage was to the right rear quarterpanel and wheel, and it turned out beautifully. The paint job blends into the original paint flawlessly, and you'd think they'd replaced the quarterpanel instead of repairing it - it looks so good! I will forever recommend them to any and all who need their services, you won't be sorry. Thanks I-17!

  2009 Acura MDX - I have visited I-17 Collision twice in the last calendar year. Accidents happen, and when they do, you want the vehicle to look just like it did before the mishap. Not only is the shop top-notch in fixing your damaged vehicle, they are very professional and courteous. They guarantee their work, and if you are not satisfied, they will make it right. Pricing is very comparable to other body shops, but service is well above. They are flexible on scheduling and can assist in transportation needs. I highly recommend this body shop. They are very trustworthy, something you need in this day and age.

  I-17 Collision was referred to me by the Hyundai dealer in Scottsdale, which is quite a distance away. I figured it must be a great place if service departments are referring their body work to a place that is not conveniently located. Kevin, the owner (I believe), answered my calls promptly and ordered all parts needed immediately, quickly providing an estimate and getting the ball rolling with a car rental. His office staff contacted me frequently on the status of my vehicle, and all work was completed satisfactorily BEFORE the time initially given for completion. I could not even tell I had damage, and the broken rear hatch works smoothly as is should. I will return to I-17 if needed in the future and will refer friends/family there as well.

Xavire felt my suv was not safe to drive he contacted my insurance company, called the rental car for me and was truly concerned for my safety.   Recently needed to have body work done on my honda and my insurance company gave me a list of shops. I chose I-17 because it had a AAA rating and I found them to be have great customer service. They had to order parts and gave me an advance date so I would have my car until then. The estimate was thorough and the bill came very close to it. They met all the time frames and did a great job on my car. I would recommend them.

  My car was less then a month old when I was hit. The next day I was able to bring my car to the shop. They took care of my car like it was the only one that they needed to worked on. Any questions I had Maricna would answer or find out and call me right back. When dealing with a accident it so stressful, but I-17 makes it so easy to deal with the repair part of it. I was unable to take any more time off of work so they brought my car to me at my work and returned the rentail for me. When I saw my car for the first time after being fixed it was like my car was ever in a accident. I will always return to I-17 when needing any body work on any of my cars that I will own!!!!!!

They did all the leg work with USAA and made my car look better than it did when it came from the factory. I was well informed with status updates of my vehicle and they went out of their way to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed. The staff at I-17 Collision were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with which made the process that much easier for me. I have dealt with numerous national body repair chains in my profession and would recommend I-17 Collision over all of them.

The place was well organized, clean, and staffed by experienced personnel. Rather than going to multiple locations for additional estimates we decided to let I-17 Collision Repair perform the work. In about 24 hours the work was performed and the vehicle looks like it just came out of the dealer's showroom. They did an excellent job and even did better than their estimate. We highly recommend this facility that we found on the AAA web site.

The staff was attentive and called me every few days to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle repair. My Toyota Prius was less than two weeks old and when I got it back it looked just as good as the day I bought it.

They offered phone, email and/or text message updates on my car's status and went out of their way to make the service great (was a delay on one part which pushed back the pickup day, but they let me know ASAP and were willing to bring my car to the office the moment it was complete). When they couldn't de-rim my tire on-site, they were quick to offer a shop that could, called ahead, and made sure I had no wait at the tire store. Top notch ratings in a city where I have only been disappointed beforehand. Thank you I17 collision; if I need you again, I will most certainly be back.

They were professional, knowledgeable, honest and went above and beyond to make my car look like nothing ever happened to it. They delivered my car on the day they told me it would be ready and received phone follow up as to the progress. They even had someone bring me to work when I dropped it off. I will not only recommend I-17 collision to my family and friends, but I will always come back to them if I ever need their services.   My car's side/rear bumper was damaged by someone trying to make it into a parking space. Not knowing where to fix it, I went to an AAA repair shop, only to find out they don't do body work. However, they recommended I-17 and I am very glad they did. I-17 saw me immediately (on a Thursday)and were able to work with the insurance co. to permit weekend rental car use (which they didn't want to provide originally) - so I was able to leave the car there instead of having to make an additional trip on Monday. The repair work was excellent and the employees were professional, personable and most importantly, proficient at what they do. I highly recommend them. I highly recommend them

The work and alignment of body parts is incedible and my car was cleaned inside and out. There is no evidence of the repairs made at any angle. Paint matches perfect. To top it off, my car was back to me in three days and it was not even a week since the accident occured. I am an actual customer and I highly recomend I-17 Collision.   I was in a car accident and ruined my front end. AAA recommended I-17 Collision Repair to fix my car. I wanted to go with one of AAA's body shops. When I took my car in it look like a piece of junk with the front end looking broken and like crap. They had my car for 2 days. When I picked up my car I was amazed on how my car looked. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL!!!! I could'nt believe the beautiful that was done to it. It looked like new! I met the gentleman that did the work and I thanked him over and over again and told him he does great work. I could see the pride Xavier puts into his work, it really shows. I like the fact that I actually met him that doesnt usaully happen. Most of all the customer service is FANTASTIC!!! From the time you walk in the door to speak with the lady at the front desk, to the time you pick up your vehicle they make you feel like they care. First minor, but quality repair; the second as a result of a collision with a parked car. They offered the use a loaner for the 7 days the car was at the shop at no charge; an older car with no collision covereage, they did all they could to keep my repair cost down without affecting the quality. They replaced, repainted and quaranteed all part made my car look better than it has in years. I cannot recommend this shop enough, although I hope to never have to use their great service again.

  Someone keyed my car pretty badly, so I took it to I17 Collision on a recommendation from AAA. I had previously tried to buff out and paint some scratches myself and it did not turn out well. They buffed the whole car, painted the scratch, and cleaned the inside (which they didn't even mention they were going to do)for a very reasonable price.

But, I-17 Collision definitely helped in making the overall experience in getting my car repaired as stress free as possible. The only thing that my husband and I had to really do is contact our insurance agent. From that point, I-17 and our insurance rep handled everything. I-17 was also willing to let us use their loaner car since my husband and I definitely need two cars since our schedules are opposite and crazy. Overall, my experience was positive because I-17 was helpful and honest during the entire process. My only issues was their front desk person was not very diligent in providing my husband and I with updates. But, other than that it was a pleasant experience.

This is the 2nd repair this shop has done for me (first almost 2 yrs ago and the most recent not even a month ago). Both times, I have gotten my car back in less than 1 wk, with exceptional communication throughout the process! Not having to worry about the car being in good hands gave me such piece of mind while I was dealing with insurance companies, rental agencies, and the DMV. They went so far as to give me a ride to a rental agency as well as cleaned the interior and exterior of my car and provided me with extra touch-up paint.   i love this place. i had gotton in a fender bender, resulting in the hood of my car to be smashed at a 90 degree angle and the radiator was destroyed. i took it to the closest body shop, and they gave me an estimate of about 4g. in hopes of a more affordable repair, i showed the report to the manager of i- 17 collision and he said without blinking he could knock off $100 minimum and get it done two weeks before the previous collision center. i went for it, and they held on to all their promises and even worked out a payment plan. i-17 collision: do it.
