  This is the first time EVER where the work done came in less than the estimate. Mike Anderson took us out to our vehicle to show us what was done and explained the fixes which were made, etc. Mike was very personable, understandable, professional.   Let me start with saying Bob was great from the start! Very thorough when he did my initial inspection (unlike the literal seconds other shops considered took.) Bob was great with keeping me informed of the trucks status and needs... including sending photo copies before during and after of the shop and trucks repair process. Having worked for a body shop previously...no doubt was the shop and their staff professional & friendly! The shops environment was clean friendly, organized, and welcoming. They all made the process as easy as it could get!

The 2 times that I have brought my car in for body work, I received accurate appraisals and was explained all the work that was needed. Steve has always given me the best customer care and always invited questions and explained the entire process with insurance. I am very satisfied with the finished product as well. My car looks like new.

  This shop provided me with amazing service after somebody backed into my front bumper. They worked hard with the other person's insurance to make sure the repairs were made quickly. My car looks even better than it did before the accident! They fixed a crack by my headlight, and every scratch. They even cleaned and washed my car. Steve was my estimator and he was so nice and professional. GO TO THIS SHOP :)

  I had such a great experience working with Steve Depue. He was very friendly, helpful and took care of me very quickly. I originally chose Goodwrench because of convenience - the location and also because there was an Enterprise Rent-A-Car directly next store. While that was extremely convenient, I know now where I'll continue to take my car due to the great service I received from Steve. Keep up the good work :)

  This experience was absolutely the smoothest experience I could have asked for. I took my car in for an estimate and it was taken in to be worked on that day. The representative I was working with then walked me over and I was set up with a rental. When I picked up my car, it was washed, detailed, and looked brand new. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and should I need any repairs done in the future, I will choose this place again.

  I wanted to take a moment and let you know how much I truly appreciated the service I received while I was having my 2009 Chevy Silverado repaired at your Center. The front Office staff, Kelly and Colette made the customers feel like family. I watched them interact with the customers and other staff and it was obvious they both really love their jobs. It is not a pleasant task to spend money getting a vehicle repaired but those two made the visits to your center almost fun. Daniel Beeson was professional, straight forward and spot on with his estimate and time to repair the damage. I understand that hail damage is new to Arizona and everyone brought in outside repair specialist. That was somewhat concerning until Daniel assured me that Goodwrench was standing behind the repair and selected the specialist. I had over 30 large dents on the hood alone. With having only 8000 mile on the new truck I was sick. When I got it back it looks like it came from the showroom. You have a great staff and that must be a reflection on great management. Please relay my gratitude to Kelly, Colette and Daniel.

  If you're looking for a shop that is gonna make sure your vehicle is taken care of from drop off to pickup, look no further. I don't trust anyone to fix my truck after an "opps" but Goodwrench. Steve D. worked with me to get my insurance company everything they needed to make the transaction as smooth as possible. After getting the go ahead from the insurance company about my claim, Steve and his team at Goodwrench knocked my repairs out in less than a week. The repairs are top notch. The painted parts matched and everything lined up as if there were no accident. The truck drives just as good as when I drove it off the lot new. The whole team here is a pleasure to deal with, from the techs to the receptionists, and everyone inbetween. Thank you Steve and Goodwrench.

  We have had our 4 year old car repaired by this shop at least 4 times, each time we were treated very well, repairs complete as promised and at or less than the quoted price. We highly recomend this shop and Mr Steve Depue they know quality and intergity. The ability to match paint that has seen the Az. sun is amazing.

Dan kept me informed the whole time and allowed me access to my car to see the progress which made me comfortable with the work that was being performed and what i was being told by Dan. I have had work done on a few other vehicles with other body shops in the past and none compare to the quality, service, and respect for their customer as the Goodwrench Auto Body Center.

  My estimator took the time to explain everything to me, I liked that they were a one stop shop that was able to paint my car and do the frame work all in one place. They got my car back to me in the time they promised they even made a reservation for me next door at the enterprise which made this facility even more convenient. My car looks great!! I even got pictures of them doing the work and the work is guaranteed for as long as I own my car.I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work done.

  I am really pleased with the Goodwrench Auto Body Center located at 91st Avenue. They did an excellent job repairing my car which had been wrecked. The service was the most professional I have ever experienced. They ARE Good HONEST people. My car, although almost new, drives better now than it did before! :) I could not be any more pleased! Normally, this review would have stopped there; However, for those reading this, I have something else to say! At the scene of the accident my car was towed to a shop rather than a tow yard. In my opinion, the shop in question is nothing less than a scam. I had a lot of problems getting my car out of there. When it was finally released, I was charged 3 Grand for 6 or 7 days of storage. My point here is that, Mr. Steve D. from Goodwrench Auto Body Center, was very helpful to me in my situation. He was so caring about my situation, that he was willing to lose this job (of repairing my car) inorder to do what was best for me at the time. I will always be grateful!!   Very good work. I had a door ding removed from our brand new car, and they did an excellent job repairing it using the paintless dent removal method. They also buffed out some other scratches. Excellent customer service. I definitely will go back again for future repairs.
