When I picked my car it up, it look like it did the day I drove it home from the dealership. They were honest and I will be recommending them to all my friends for future service.

  I took my 2008 Volvo XC90 in for some body work and painting. On August 3rd I was involved in a accident which I had front and rear end damage. I dropped my vehicle off at Collision Specialist on August 15th and picked up my vehicle on August 30th. This is the second time I have visited Richard in the past two years and have always been greeted professionally. I had the vehicle detailed before picking it up and it looks it was just driven off the show room floor. Many thanks to Richard and his crew for another great job !!!! I would highly recommend them.

  After deciding to get my car repaired after a windshield instal scratched the fender, I checked garagefly.com for a reputable shop in Tucson, AZ. I found out that Collision Specialist of Tucson (CST) was the highest rated, so I decided they'd work on my 2007 Ford Shelby GT500. I met with Larry and Richard and they squared me away. The job was excellent, there was no way of telling where the area was repainted and repaired, the blending with the 4 year old paint was perfect. I decided that after that test run, I'd have them repaint my entire car, as it was looking pretty rough since 2009 after getting stuck in a sandstorm. So I brought it in, and of course, Larry and company in the office were great. They don't treat you like a customer, more like a friend who happens to need some paintwork done. Throughout the whole process, I was able to come in and check up on the car. Richard (the owner) and the rest of the extremely professional and friendly staff were always there to tell me how things were going. Richard has a good relationship with the adjuster from my insurance company (USAA), so that really kept the ball rolling throughout the process. The thing I really like about the CST is that they spare no expense. They paint the car the way I would have if I had the skills. Each piece was refinished to the point that the entire car looks 50x better than it did when I bought it in 2009. The crew at CST really take pride in their work, and my car is a direct reflection of that pride. I have no problem telling everyone that reads this that you shouldn't hesitate; look no further than the Collision Specialist of Tucson. The hardest part is waiting for your car to come back, but once it does, you can clearly see the quality that they put into their work. I'm in the military, and even if I end up getting stationed somewhere else in the US, I will have my car shipped out to AZ for them to fix it. Great job guys!

  I had been looking for a shop to do a complete body restoration on my 94' Landcruiser I feel I am have a critical eye for detail and was initially concerned about the quality of the finished product a shop may deliver. I ended up at CSoT by referral. I advised Richard the owner that I was looking for a quality complete paint job including replacing most trim and accessories. Time was less of a concern. 3 months later I received a vehicle that looked like it just rolled off the factory floor. In fact I would say the depth of the paint looked better than factory. the service I received ,as well as the finished product far exceeded my expectations. I was kept informed of progress, part availability, and concerns throughout the whole process. I truly feel that the company treated my vehicle as it was one of their own.

  This is by far the best esperience that I've ever had as it relates to dealing with an auto repair shop. My wife is extremaly attached to her 2001 Mustang so when it came time to do a complete makeover on it, we knew that we had to find the perfect shop. A valued friend recomended Richard Estrada the owner of Collision Specialist of Tucson and after meeting the man we knew that we were in the right place. Richard does not just paint your car and send you out the door. He establishes a relationship with you and treats you like family. The quality of his work is absolutly AWSOME! The attention to detail is amazing. To quote him:"He feels that you showcase his work whenever you drive your car".   Wish I would have known about Collision Specialist a year ago. Long story.... Just glad that I know about them now. To some what we had done wasn't major, but as all know the second major purchase you make is a vehicle. Something my husband and I try to take care of. Call us old fashion. Even though it's a 2009, it still has the new car smell. No air fresheners involved. LOL We ended up with 3 small blemishes on the front and back panel of our truck. Sure to some it wouldn't have been a big deal, but it was to us. My husband and I are still amazed of how great it looks. They did a wonderful job. Because of this we plan on taking it back for extra pluses to be add to our truck. Their customer service is awesome. Friendly isn't the right word. They go a lot further then that. Seems they take care of their customer's vehicles as though they were their own. You don't find that very often anymore. So wrapping it up. If you are reading this and ever need paint and body work to your vehicle, either it be just because or from some kind of mishap. I would recommend Collision Specialist 100%. Promise you won't be disappointed.

  Took my Infiniti to their shop after my wife decided to use a gas station concrete pillar as a scratching post. Very friendly and straightforward. Great service all around. Was worried that they would have a hard time matching the 7-year old silver paint on the rest of the car. My worries were unfounded....the car matches perfectly and i don't think it could have come out any better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and (of course) to anyone reading this review on Garagefly. On another note, don't expect them to "cut a deal" with you on your insurance deductible like a lot of other shops do. Your estimate is what you pay. Personally, I am willing to pay for quality, and the honesty is refreshing despite having to fork out more money out of pocket than I might at another shop.

  This is the third repair I have had Richard do and the second on my truck. I had him paint my hood from a previous repair before I knew of him. I was from a dealer shop and it screamed at me with zebra stripes every time I saw it reflecting in the sun. Richard recommended I take it back to that shop since it was warranted by them, but I told him I would rather pay the cost to have it done right by him rather than take it back with the chance it won't come back any better. As before he and his crew did an exceptional job. I trust Richard, he is an exceptional business man in an industry that is full of fly by night operations. When he gives me an estimate I don't question it because I know he is giving me the best deal as well as the best work and you just can't beat that combination or his quality of work.

  Richard and his crew did much better that take care of my car as if it were their own. they treated it as if it wre my car. I could not have been happier that I was when I saw what they had done. The damage was fixed and the paint matched 100%. The pin stripeing is some of the best I have seen. they had polished the entire car to a fine sheen. It didn't look as good as new, It looked better by a bunch. I will go back if need be, and I would recommend their work to anyone that appreciates fine cars that look great. My rating is a five plus. I would also, like to thank the whole crew at Collision Specialist of Tucson for a job well done.

They offered to pick up my car, or drop me and pick me up at work, though I already had arrangements. They were honest that it might not be ready the same day, but I was surprised by a call that it was done that same day, with 3 hours to spare before I got off work. They gave me and honored a very competitive bid versus larger national chain. I'm very glad I went with them.

  I would highly recommend this Collision Repair Shop to anyone because Richard Estrada and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous to their customers. Richard will go the extra mile to make sure the job is done RIGHT and that the vehicle is back to you as quickly as possible. My repair did not involve an insurance claim, but involved another vehicle owner. Richard resolved the snags along the way, as well as assisting in communication [Spanish] to the other party involved. To begin with, I was somewhat stressed out over the circumstances of the accident, but thanks to Richard, his time and efforts resolved all the issues I was concerned about, up and above the terrific repairs to my vehicle. I can't say thank you enough!!

  I recently had the experience of visiting Collision Specialist of Tucson and meeting the owner Richard Estrada. I had recently purchased a Volvo from Volvo of Tucson on Wetmore Rd in Tucson. Since the vehicle was a 2008 certified used vehicle it happened to have some minor scratches on the one of the doors and the tail gate. It was recommend that if I wanted to repair the scratches to take the vehicle to Richard's business before I took delivery of the vehicle. I decided on this advice and was so very glad I did, they treated me with respect and delivered the vehicle on time. I can not tell where the scratches were, it all blended in and looked like a new vehicle. Thanks Richard, I will be returning if the opportunity ever presents itself again.

  Wow! I should have done this a long time ago. But I waited until my power windows no longer went back up. So I asked about fixing every other little thing that has been bugging me, since I got the car used. The list was long, and included a fender bender. Richard and the guys fixed everything, for about as much as ONE part/repair from the dealer! They were true to their word and worked with my demanding schedule. The down time in the shop was a big concern for me as my car is kept busy. With an hour prep work on one day, they were able to complete everything later in the week to fit my timeframe. Richard did a great job getting hard to find original parts and watching out for the bottomline. My budget and I are very grateful! I am very pleased with the work and will continue using collision specialist in the future. My car feels like new!

They worked on our 2005 F350 truck and left it looking beautiful. They exceeded our expectations. To add to that, they detailed the inside and outside of the truck leaving it brand new. When I took my husband to pick up his truck, they noticed there was something wrong with my door lock and my rear door not opening. I was talking to Mrs. Estrada and Mr. Estrada asked if he could borrow my keys. When I walked out ready to leave, I noticed his staff cleaning my car. Guess what, my door lock and my rear door, which had not been working for over two years, was fixed. I was so so grateful. I asked him what I owed. They said, "thank you, your business was geatly appreciated." No, I owed them a thank you. I now have recommended this shop to anyone I know. The work his crew did is amazing, I dare anyone to show me where they did the repairs. Richard was accurate on the time estimate, although I was anxious to get my truck back I knew he would not deliver it until it met his standards, which are extremely high. I appreciate the level of detail Richard puts in the work done at his shop and he stands behind his work without question. Before delivering my truck he went over the whole vehicle and detailed it inside and out so that when I got in it was as good as when I clean it myself. I am very particular about my truck and won't trust it to anyone but Richard and his shop.

  I came to this shop after having a Fender Bender which resulted in a dented hood, a loose bumper, and no working Signal Lights. Immediately upon entering the Garage, the friendly mechanics directed me to the Office, where there was a very pleasant woman sitting who asked me what they could help me with. I notified her that the only thing i really needed fixed was my signal lights, to which the owner of the store, a man named Richard responded to pull the car into the garage. To make a long story short, Richard worked on my car for about 45 minutes, actually walking to a different shop to get fuses that he didnt have, replacing them, fixing the signal light problem, and on top of that, screwing my bumper onto the frame so that it looked better and wouldn't shake or fall loose. He didn't charge me ANYTHING for this, and sympathized with me and was very kind during the whole process. I am very, very satisfied with my experience and am grateful that there are still people like this in the world and better yet who own auto repair shops! Thanks for reading.

After receiving front end damage as a result of being ran into, I was recommended to Collision Specialist of Tucson. More times than none it seems like it is hard to find a repair shop that someone can trust. With me and my desire to have my car taken care of the right way I took a chance and brought it to the team at Collision Specialist of Tucson. I conveyed the fact that my car was rare and I was very protective of how people handled it. In the end the folks at Collision Specialist not only did a great job with the body work but they really went above and beyond to make sure that the car was treated with the utmost care. As a result, I would greatly recommend Collision Specialists to any one out there. In this day and age, it seems like customer service is dead and everything is about the bottom dollar. He arranged for a rental car, gave me bottled water and treated me better than ANY place that has ever serviced my vehicle. If you want top notch service, great pricing, and a beautiful job on your vehicle look no further (and I am super picky). Richard Estrada, the owner appears to be a person of integrity which is very important to me when dealing with car stuff or anything else for that matter. They did an excellent job on my car, removing the large dent and several small scrapes & dents & a new paint job. The car looks brand new & and I will highly recommend them to others.   I had backed up into another vehicle and had damage to my rear quarter panel and bumper. I took my vehicle to Collision Specialist of Tucson for an estimate. Also, my headlights lens had become cloudy over the years because of the Tucson heat, and I asked if they could do anything to clean them up. I left my car and was told it would be ready in 2.5 days. When I picked up my car (which was done in the time frame they mentioned) I could not believe my eyes! It looked like a new car! The damage was completely gone, the paint job matched exactly, and my headlamps lens were as clear as glass. I was very impressed with the way I was treated and that I was able to get my vehicle back when promised. Excellent service! Oh, and my car was washed when I picked it up!

  I was in 2 accidents in 11 days. After my first accident I had searched everywhere for "the right shop" and I had a very hard time choosing until I met the team at Tucson Collision Center. The day before my vehicle was going to go in for repairs I encountered my 2nd accident and my first call was to Tucson Collision Center. They not only assured me my vehicles repairs would be done proffesionally and in a timely manner they also assisted me in having my vehicle towed to their body shop within minutes. In my opinion my vehicles condition today is a reflection of their proffesionalism and expertise. I highly recommend everyone to use Tucson Collision Center.

  We had an excellent experience working with Collision Specialist of Tucson. Our 01 Subaru Forester was rear ended and close to totaled. After visiting a number of shops for estimates we chose CST because of the shop's organization and owner's thoroughness in explaining the extent of the damage and needed repairs. Richard Estrada, the owner, facilitated communication with the insurance company and car rental agency, making the entire process seamless. He was honest and called with updates. When I picked up the car it looked new and drove extremely smoothly. His staff did an EXCELLENT job with all the repairs. I will recommend them without hesitation to friends and family looking for quality workmanship and customer service.

  I needed a repair shop to fix damage to the back bumper of my wife's car. A friend recommended Richard because he has repaired his family's vehicles for years. Since my friend is very particular I took his recommendation and now I have a new body shop to have my vehicles repaired. Richard is very knowledgeable and personable to work with. The first thing I noticed about the shop is how clean and organized everything. Richard told me the car would be done in two days and to his word he repaired and returned the car on time. I started asking Richard about touch ups I wanted done around the rest of the car and he told me that is all included in the repair price. He also buffed our the headlight covers so they are clear again. I can't say enough good things about this experience, I only wish I had know of Richard before now.

Richard Estrada was great at getting me the lowest price and arranged for a car so I could get to work, Richard said if I get the truck in on Monday it would be done by Friday. It was done on Wednesday!!! It looked just like it did when it came off the lot. It was washed and vacuumed too. For once here is a body shop that stands by what they say and don't screw you over. Untell I find out otherwise this is going to be my body shop and I'll recommend it to everybody that needs slight to heavy damage repair.

Richard, the owner was so professional and courteous. I got my car back in just a few days and was so happy with the results. I feel like I have a new car! They did and excellent job. The paint matched perfectly. People have asked me if I had the entire car painted. It is not possible to tell that there was ever any damage to the body of the truck. Not knowing where to go or even start I called the Dodge dealership and they recommended Tucson Collision Center or as its now called Collision Specialist of Tucson. They said a guy named Richard Estrada would take care of me and do a good job. Not sure of what I was getting myself into I gave him a call. To my suprise he was extremely friendly and very professional. He told me that he would take care of my truck as if it was his own, and I can guarantee you he did just that. My truck was totaled pretty much when I dropped it off, and when I picked it up it looked better than when I bought it!! It was even washed and completely cleaned inside and out, and the paint job that they did was exactly the same color as it was before. Richard and his crew did such a good job I am going to recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys so much for everything!!!!!

I think Rich has rolled back prices to the 1980's or something!? talk about deal, you'd be insane to go else where. I was unsure at first due to bad encounters in town with over priced body shops doing half @ss jobs on my pride and joy. However, the owner Rich and his staff of employees were the most friendly people I've ever met at a body shop. Not only will you get the BEST customer service, hands down, GUARNTEED, you will get the best deals in around. The work that they did was phenomenal, my paint actually came out looking better than it did prior to my accident. I'll never go any where else for work paint work or custom work. I always have people complementing my vehicle and paint job etc. Oh they work fast too, in on wed, out on Friday... because I needed my vehicle. Thursday night they worked till about 11 pm to finnish the job so I could have it back on time. I also had a new body kit painted by them after I saw how good they were, which they painted and worked on it for FREE since they were painting my other parts. Who works for free these days? These guys will work with you and are compasionate to your situation. The shop is very nice, open and well run. If I can trust my vehicle with them, you can too. You can mark my words that you will not be let down by these people.   i was in a head on collision and took my truck here becuse i didnt want used parts put on my vehicle and these guys work with dodge dealership to get factory supplies and they matched my paint perfectly! i was so happy when i picked up my truck. It went by so quickly. They even allowed me to upgrade my hood from the standard to an srt 10 hood. I love it! My vehicle doesnt even look or feel like it was ever in an accident. I also liked how no matter when or what time of their business hours you always talked to Richard Estrada. He works with all customers one on one I never got to talk to an annoying secretary like other places. Richard helped me out so much. I wouldn't have taken it anywhere else. And if I ever had an accident in the future, Richard would be the one I call first.

Which helped put me at ease. I was able to relax and let Collision Specialist of Tucson work their Magic. I was very happy with the quality of the work and the timeliness in which it was done. The work was done right the first time, which was important to me. My car actually drove better after the repairs than before the accident. Richard offered to stay late in order to wait for me, because he wanted to make sure that I was totally satisfied with the work. My truck looks beautiful...like a brand new truck.   I LOVE my car! Unfortunately, it was crashed by a business handling it in late May. After having some inevitable trouble getting the situation resolved by the business, I took my car to Tucson Collision Center for an estimate and came out of this so so glad I did. They were awesome! The manager made great suggestions to me about what steps I should take to reach a resolution. I had never had to deal with an insurance claim before so I didn't know what to do.The manager at TCC was very helpful and knowledgable. He even faxed the estimate to the insurance agent for me! THEN he made the car rental process a breeze for me! I haven't even mentioned anything about the work they did on my car. It is no exaggeration when I say that my car looked better after they did the work than before it was even crashed!!! Their work was beautiful. They went above and beyond my expectations and, both myself and my car, love Tucson Collision Center for making her feel better! I would recommend this shop to any and all of my friends and family for any repair work needed on a car! :-)

  I took my car to tucson collision center and was very impressed with the results. The shop's owner and office staff were very professional. The actual body work and painting on my vehicle were excellent. There was no way to tell that the vehicle had ever been in a accident. The work was excellent and the rental car was waiting for me when I dropped my car off. The only issue I did have was not with the shop itself but with State Farm. I dropped the car off on monday and the adjuster was scheduled to be at the shop at 9a. At 3p the shop informed me that the ajuster had not shown up yet. I called State Farm to complain, was told the ajuster had forgot. He finaly showed up after four so the car was not worked on until the following day. This meant I kept the rental car two days. Stae Farm then reimbursed me for only one day even though they agreed it was thier mistake. To conclude my service at Tucson Collision Center was top notch, but I will no longer do business with State Farm who had been my carrier for over 13 years.

  What a refreshing experience! I was sent to Tucson Collision Center by an insurance agent who was handling the claim after my wife was rear ended. The owner, Richard Estrada, was both knowledgeable and personable. The repairs and body work were performed in a timely fashion. The quality was excellent with what appeared to be factory perfect gaps/spacing between body components. It appeared to me that Tucson Collision Center is above average in the level of service and above average in competence. As a bonus they also went the extra mile to detail the cars interior, exterior, and engine compartment. In my nearly 4 decades of driving, and multiple encounters with body shops, my experience at Tucson Collision Center was unsurpassed and helped restore the belief that there are good and honest service providers. Without hesitation I would recommend this repair facility to anyone needing collision repair.

Anxiously, we set out to find a reputable, quality body shop to gently repair the van. We were guided to Tucson Collision Center and upon meeting Richard, the owner, we immediately felt better. He and his crew carefully restored our new van to its original beauty. In addition to the excellent and quick repair job, the car was returned to us thoroughly cleaned ready for our enjoyment. We were impressed with Richard's friendly and professional manner. In fact, we had an old issue with our old car that neededed attention. He provided us with an excellent suggestion for a repair and immediatly quoted a very fair price. We left the car there to be repaired, and it was ready at the end of the following day. The quality of the work was excellent and once again, he provided some special attention to some of our old car's other needs.
