  My car was rear-ended a couple of weeks ago and the driver at fault fled the scene. My insurance agent recommended Capitol Collision, so I went through my insurance to get the bumper fixed. I dropped off my car on Wednesday, just before the holidays and it was ready by Tuesday the next week. Ryan Simmons was excellent. He gave me frequent updates and even managed to get me a discount on the deductible. The car looks great again! Thank you to Ryan and the Capitol Team.

  On 12/26/10, my car was involved in a rear-end collision which did damage to the rear left bumper. It was the fault of the other driver. I went to the insurance company, Allstate and was referred to Capitol Collision. The specialist at Capitol Collision estimated the damage and stated they wouold investigate if further damage was found upon investigation and arrange with insurance company for further expenses. An appointment was set, the car rental scheduled and within the designated time frame the car repair was complete and very satisfactory. Capitol Collison called me and stated that they had found more damage to the car and had received permission from Allstate for the extra cost of repairs. Capitol Collision was very professional, timely, and thorough in the repair of my car. I would highly recommend Capitol Collision to anyone.

  Ok, so the van that Capitol repaired is a 15 passenger ministry vehicle. with that being said, when I retrieved the van, I was thoroughly suprised at how good a 15 pass. van could look! The inside looked better than it has evr looked and after getting the vehicle back, I actually have a new appreciation for that van. Capitol went above and beyond the norm in serving the customer.

My car runs and looks fantastic!!! I am still have difficulty with things from my previous repairs, but not with Capitol.   About 6 weeks ago I was in a conversation with Dan and Eric (owner and manager of capitol Collision) and made a comment to them that if I ever got in an accident I would bring my car to them to be repaired, well about 5 days later I was invloved in the very first accident of my life, my car is a 2009 Toyota Camry and had over $10,000 in front end damage, the car should have been totaled, my decision to bring it to Capitol was the right one... I would like to thank everyone at Capitol for the wonderful service through all this but more important the flawless repair on my car, I think the car drives better now than before the accident.

I'm very happy I went to them, I got several phone calls just to let me know the status on my car and I really appreciate that. The staff was great, as I was getting my car they even asked if they could help me get my things out of the rental into my car. I'm very pleased with the work and service I got.

He handled everything for us, he contacted the insured who hit is to arrange payment to setting up appointment and getting the vehicle completed ontime as he promised. Plus Orlando supplied me a daily update on where we stood on the vehicle. Once we picked the car we loved the work which was completed. but what shicked us, Capitol washed and detailed our car. I will reccomend Captiol to everyone, in my mind they went above and beyond on the repairs of our car. If there was rating of 10 plus I would give it.

They contacted me throughout the whole time and gave me updates, and produced a completely repaired and good-as-new car, even washed, polished, and cleaned on the inside!   From the minute I walked into their shop I felt taken care of. Melissa and Dan set me up with a rental car. Then Jon kept in contact with me as to the progress of the repair. They had a couple snags with damaged parts being delivered, but informed me right away. My truck looked beautiful when I picked it up. It was ready at the time they said it would be. This is the second time myself or a family member used Capitol Collision. I hope I do not need to use them again,if I do I will not hesitate to give them a call.   I was referred to Capitol Collision by my insurance company on a previous situation and was completely happy with their work. So when my car was vandalized and my insurance company sent me a list of repair specialists I was glad to see that Capital Colllision was on the list. Capitol Collision staff is one of the most helpfull. They are very professional, friendly and when they say that they are going to call you back they really do. I have done business with a lot of companies in the past that could care less if their customers are satisfied. Capital Collisions staff is not like that, they treat you like a person that they really want to do business with you. I would recommend them to everyone that needs a specialist in collision repairs.   My Mom had some repairs done at Capitol and I was impressed with their customer service and the body work they did. I needed to have them check out a creaking noise coming from my console (the dealer was never able to "find" anything wrong) and replace a plastic cover on the door lock button (the dealer wanted twice what Capitol charged me). I would give them a 10 if I could--Melissa, Dan and John are the best and I imagine everyone who works at Capitol is just as professional and customer service oriented. With the economy the way it is, other businesses could learn from Capitol--they really care about their customers, your total satisfaction and that you walk away with a positive feeling about the transaction. I wish they did mechanical repairs in addition to collision repairs--I would take my car to Capitol for EVERYTHING! Thanks for the most pleasant and positive experience, guys!

  This was my first experience in having to have my damaged car repaired. My insurance agent recommended I call Eric at Capital and talk to him. Before I got home Eric had call me to see if he could be of any help. I returned his call and immediately felt his shop would do a good job. They came to my home to picked up my car the morning of June 1. John was assigned to me and kept me throughly informed as to what was happening with the car. They even had the repairs completed several days before the day I was told it would be ready. Again they brought the car to my home and fully explained in terms I could understand everything they had done to repair it. When I got my car back there were some issues I never had before with my cobalt but I took it in and they handled of it. Everyone was very friendly. The receptionist was nice too. Capitol collision did high qaulity work! It look as if my cobalt was never in a accident before and drove the same and they did an alignment too! The reason I say they did a good job and recomend them is because a month later after my car was out of thier shop I did another rear-end accident. I am still alive thank god but that shows me they really did put thier effort in repairing the car with no sloppy work. Thanks Capitol collision.

Allstate wanted to send me to Sterling, but I requested Capitol because of the outstanding and professional service I received from John Gerrie and Melissa on my first visit. Once again, on my second visit, I was not disappointed. The fine and professional service I received from not only John, but Melissa the receptionist, was outstanding! I received regular call back and was kept updated on my Van's progress. I was always made to feel welcome. Great service and a beautiful job on my Toyota Van. Looks brand new! Special thanks also to the young man who took me home when I left my van for repair. He was very nice and polite.

When I picked up my car Jon was kind enough to explain everything that was done; So the repairs were done correctly & in a timely manner & I live very close to Capitol which was a plus also.   I took my car for an estimate and ended up leaving my car the day I got the estimate. I am satisfied on the promptness of getting me into a rental from the shop. I was informed on the status of my car each day. I like how the shop keeps their customers up to date. I was promised to have my car back by Friday. They were quick enough to get it back to me on Thursday. I did not get to inspect the car with anyone before driving off from the lot. I think all vehicles should be inspected with a person from the shop before leaving. Other than that, THANKS for repairing my car.

They called to update me on repairs, the receptionist was very kind, the gentleman the helped me was very respectful and helpful. My car looked terrific and they even washed my mats.   I was pleased to know that Capitol would come out to my house to pick up my vehicle, because I had just had surgery and this was an added convenience at no charge to me. Also, the employees were all very courteous and helpful to me in scheduling my repair. When my car was returned, it was prompt and my car was washed in addition to a very clean repair. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience with Capitol. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was able to take it to Capitol Collision quickly and they had the truck for a few days. When I got it back it looked as good as new. The dent had been fixed and the it was repainted. You would never know this accident had happened. The cost wasn't to bad considering the damage.

Our vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and we were informed at all times as matters progressed. Our specialist Orlando was willing to wait for us to pick up the vehicle after closing becuase we could not make it there in time. The day after we picked it up the battery light came on in the vehicle. We called Capitol and they agreed the accident probably shortned the life of the vehicle and they would contact the other guys insurance. After speaking with USAA they refused to pay for a new battery. The owner of Capitol called us back and told us to bring in the reciept for the battery and he would reimburse us for the battery. I would definitely recommend this shop.

The truck was transferred to Capitol Collision on a Wednesday, was repaired, immaculately cleaned and ready for pickup on the following Friday....just as promised. We were very, very happy with our experience at Capitol....it helped us get over the experience of the stolen vehicle. The staff were wonderful to work with and even remembered our names when we came back in to pick up the truck...very impressive.

They made arrangements for the rental and kept us informed of the repairs regarding possible peripheral damages to the engine components. Their finished product was timely, clean and just as courteous as when we first arrived. They recommended a repair person for a problem they identified that was not part of the accident, in the advent it wasn't covered by our vehicle warranty. We feel very comfortable recommending them to friends and family, should that unfortunate event arise.

  Orlando informed us thoroughly about every step of the repair. The car looks great with new paint. He talked about "blending," but it was seamless. I could not tell the difference between the parts they put in and the hood, which was not damaged by the accident. Orlando went with me on the test drive, and called us a few days after just to check if everything was working. All their repair divisions work together well: frame, engine, body and paint. The secretaries were understanding, considering we had gone through some trauma during the accident.

Orlando worked with the insurance company to get the car repaired which took alittle longer but allowed us to keep the car. The team at Capitol Collision was friendly and made me feel totally confident that my car would not only be repaired but that they were the best people for the job. The atmosphere is so friendly and inviting I almost didn't want to leave. They also kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and they were even able to complete my repairs right before my holiday trip!! I was so impressed!! However at Capital Collision I was treated as if I mattered to the world. I was treated with respect and kindness. Repairs were done in a timely manner and updates were given frequently. Jon went over all the technical details with me as if I understood. I am truly grateful and thankful for my experience there and would not hesitate to recommend Capitol Collision to anyone.   When damage was done to my car due to a failed theft attempt i choose to go to capital because of the experience my son had with them after his accident about a year ago. They were also listed with my insurance company as an approved shop. So getting things rolling was so ez. just one call. They even made the arrangements to tow the vehicle to their shop. The work was done with exceptional workmanship and quality and in a timely manor, less than a week. The only thing about the experience that would have made this whole incident better is if the s.o.b's who busted up my car were behind bars.

  This was my first accident after many years of driving and I had no idea on what to do next. A friend recommended Capitol Collision and they basically did everything for me with the insurance company and rental agency. From the first time I spoke with them, I truely felt as thought they cared about me and my situation. They were always very courteous and professional and I never had the feeling that I was bothering them with all my questions and as a women, I did not feel as thought I was being talked "down" to. I felt very comfortable that with their experience that I had made the right choice by having them handle my claim. I hope that you will post this review as my car ended up being a total and Capitol did not actually "repair" the car. They did however spend alot of time with me and even thought the car was not going to be repaired, they explained how the insurance company would make the offer to buy my car and helped me get an extension on the rental to give me time to find a new car. I HIGHLY recommend Capitol Collision for ayone who needs this service.

My car ended up being a total but even then they explained to me what to expect from the insurance company and how long I could keep my rental car. They even offered to inspect the car if I bought a used car to make sure I didn't get a bad car. (I bought new but thank you anyway) I hope that you will post this review even though they did not actually "repair" my car. They did however treat me with respect and did not talk down to me like a woman who know nothing and could be taken advantage of. I would highly recommend Capitol Collision to anyone reading this.
