  Bryden's provided me with first class service that went above and beyond my expectations. As a new customer I was impressed with every aspect of my dealings with them. Professional, courteous, knowledgable, honest and true to their word. I am beyond pleased and satisfied with their work, they have made me a loyal customer and I will recommend them to everyone I know. I have had a lot of bad experiences with both chain and private garages, with maybe one exception, but I can honestly say my dealings with Bryden's have been exemplary. If every garage did business like them people wouldn't distrust mechanics & the industry so much. I'm also going to let the BBB know what a good business Bryden's is too. I could not have asked them to do as good a job as they did with my Bronco, they fixed stuff I didn't even think of asking them to fix for which I am especially grateful. Thanks.

  I have lived in Phoenix for 4 years now and the first 2.5 years were spent searching for an auto shop that I felt good doing business with. Since I found Bryden's in August 2007; I am happy to say that my searching days are over. He is a Master Automotive Technician and a Wonderful human being. From the first time of having a vehicle repaired/serviced by Bryden; I have been treated with respect, honesty, consideration and have NEVER felt like I was overcharged or ripped-off as other places in this area left me feeling. He has fixed my vehicles immediately during emergency situations and always within the promised time for scheduled repairs/service. Actual charges are always within or less than the estimates that he told me prior to starting any work. I recommend his business with utmost honor and wish him abundant prosperity; for he is worth every penny that he charges. I am grateful to be a customer.   Bryden and Scott (mech) always go out of their way for me. I've been going to him since 2001. Ran into many dishonest garage owners up until then. I trust his advice and recommendations (except on his advice to buy Ford..hahaa) I know them personally and they are as honest in real life than they are in their business life. I personally recommend this garage, I guarantee it!  ;o)

  Bryden's Auto is a first rate shop with down to earth employee's that really listen to what someone has to say. Their willing to take you out to your car and show you any problems that have occured and might occur in the near future also. Unlike other shops if they say their going to diagnois something, they really do it. I've had other shops tell me we'll find the problem, $700.00 or $800.00 later they fail to fix the symptoms. They turned out to be parts changers, not Bryden's!!! Theyv'e been on the money every time. My hats off to you Bryden's Auto Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I have been taking my cars exclusively to Bryden's for almost 15 years. during this time I bought my first used car, I took it to Bryden before I boughtr it to see if it was in as good a shape as the dealer claimed. It was. I've been happy with it for 7 years. Bryden is complete trustworthy and honorable. He tells you what must be done and what should be done and gives you a fair estimate. He does what he says he is going to do and does it exceptionally well. If there was a 10 rating I would give it to Bryden's Auto Service, as it is a 5 is the top, or excellant rating and he has earned it. Many Thanks.
