  Front bumper was damaged and took it to another shop for repair. Looked worst after I paid them than it did without them. Found Brighton Collision and was impressed right from the start. Treated well, estimate was accurate and had them handle the insurance company. Wonderful service, excellent repairs and very nice manager. Answered all questions and went out of his way to make sure the job was done on time and the car looked great when we picked it up. We are VERY Happy.

They were very helpful and informative the whole time. I received updates from Racheal every few days on the progress of my vehicle. When I picked up my truck they seemed as excited about me getting it back as I was. I would recommend their repair work 100%.

We are in the Army and were really pressed for time because we were leaveing the country soon after we got into our accident. Brighton Collision really steped up and got the job done quickly and efficently. We were very lucky to have them work on our car. They called us weekly sometimes mroe with updates on how our car was coming along. We had a couple of things go wrong with the car after we picked it up ( some things that the tire place couldn't have seen) and brighton had us sent to the closest place to us and had it fixed. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. Thank you Brighton for making a really stressful thing be a very good experience.

The people at Brighton we friendly, informative and very professional. The work that was completed looked good as new. I feel the service was well above and beyond routine and am very pleased. If ever I need additional auto body work completed, I will definitely take to to Brighton Collision Center in Casa Grande!

  Our first vehicle was repaired so well that when our car was rear-ended in Arkansas, we decided to drive it home and have it repaired with Brighton Collision Center in Casa Grande. It was worth it. Our Sonata looks like new. We couldn't be happier. The rental car arrangements were made at the shop and we were kept informed of repairs as they were made.   I took my truck to Brighton Collision Center after an accident where someone else was at fault. When I took my truck in for repairs, the other drives insurance was giving me the run-a-round about the rental car and specific dates for repairs that did not work with my schedule. The lady at the front desk (Nicole) was able to straighten everything out and was a huge help to me. She was able to smooth everything over with the rental company and the insurance company, and ended up saving me a lot of time and money. She made a very strong impression on me and is a great representative for Brighton Collision Center. The gentleman who helped me with my repairs (Rory) was extremely courteous and professional from start to finish. He showed me around the facility and assured me that my vehicle would be safe at his shop. I have had bad previous experiences with other valley body shops, but Rory was able to change my views and has created a customer for life. My vehicle was finished quicker than I was expecting, and looked like a brand new vehicle. I will recommend Brighton Collision Center to anyone who needs automotive repair and I will only use this shop in Casa Grande for any future needs that I may have. Once again I can not say enough how much Nicole and Rory helped me to be comfortable and happy with being away from my vehicle and the outcome of it as well. Its nice to see a company that is able to maintain the highest level of standards without sacrificing the staff! Thank you very much Nicole and Rory!!!!

  We are very pleased with our experience. It's too bad that they only see people when they are stressed! Brighton, and all their employees, were so nice to deal with and they got my car done 5 days ahead of schedule. Yay! It's no wonder my husband will only take repairs to this shop. The car looks better than brand new and you would never know the side of it was crunched in two weeks ago.

  Brighton did a great, quality job in all areas of the repairs. It's a pleasure to work with a shop that takes pride in the work that they do, pays attention to the details and makes sure the work is done right the first time and on schedule. The workmanship was excellent in all areas of repair; the front of the motor home now looks better than it did before the accident. Communication is also important on a project like this and the frequent updates by Jared & Cheryl were very much appreciated. I would certainly recommend Brighton to anyone that needs to have body work done.

  We had damage to the right door/body, bent hinges, door would not open all due to wind damage when the door was opened during a storm. Aztek looks great every thing is on line, working good repainted and you can't tell there was any thing wrong at all, as a mater of fact it looks better than it did before the damage. GREAT JOB!!!!! The other driver had Progressive Insurance and the damage repair was paid for by them. Cheryl and Jarred provided timely updates, provided all the rental car company communications, and were extremely courteous and polite. They were a pleasure to deal with.   I had a unique situation where the rear hatchback of the jeep would not open due to a rear end collision. There was prior damage to that area of the car, but notwithstanding that earlier collision, the door would open until the current rear end collision which prevented the opening of that door. The office manager from Brighton took the time to listen to my explanation as to the prior damage and how the door was still operable prior to the current circumstance. She discussed that fact with the insured's carrier and the door was repaired. Her professional handling of the situaton and her companies' professional repair work provided a win-win sitution for all involved. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to have collision repairs done.

  The people at Brighton Collision Center, and their results, have exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for bodywork and related repairs. I especially thank Rory for his attention to my issues/needs, and most important, for their satisfactory resolution. I also thank Kelly for her response to my questions, etc. In a day when shoddy work unfortunately seems the norm, Brighton Collision Center is a breath of fresh air, especially when I as a customer came to them with a high level of frustration as an entry point.

  The folks at Brighton Collision are real professionals. I came in their office after being referred by Allstate as one of their approved repair centers already frustrated with dealing with the at fault parties insurance. They reassured me that their work would be done right and they would work with the insurance company to get genuine VW OEM parts back in my car. They made the arrangements to have a rental car company pick me up. They kept me informed of the progress, and after just over a week they had my car ready. I was amazed at the quality and fit of the parts, and the paint was perfectly matched. I hope I don't need them, but if I need any more body or paint work done I know where to go.
