  have been taking my old beast suburban to Nelson" for maintenance and general repairs. all was done in a timely manner. Never felt pressured to do more than necessary. I will ccontinue to take my vehicles there for repairs and maintenance.

  This is the second time I've taken my car to Bill Nelson's. At high speeds, I was experiencing a wobble in my steering wheel when I braked. The shop not only fit me into their busy schedule, but determined that my front brake pads were cracked and rotor was scratched. The car drives like brand-new now! You can feel confident in taking your car to Bill Nelson's Automotive Service ... they're fantastic!

  I took my car to Bill Nelson Automotive to replace the front brakes which not only needed replacement but were squeaking badly. They did a great job, it didn't take too long, and no more squeaks!

  I have been taking my vehicles to Bill Nelson's Shop for about 15 years. I have always received excellent service, being driven to work and picked up at the end of the day. I drove my last car 188,000 miles with the maintenance that it received from this shop.

  Took my 05 Silverado to Bill Nelson's for a propane regulator rebuild since I had them do a propane conversion a few years ago. My 05 runs on either propane or gas. have had no problems untill the regulator went out. They did an excellent job. They are the only shop in town that has qualified tech's to work on these that I'm aware of. They also noticed my water pump was leaking and some other issues which I'm going to have them repair. Great customer service and employee's. Tony, the manager and Bill the owner make this facility worth coming to. Thank you for the great service. Kent

  I've been needing a brake job for a few weeks now, and keep running out of time to do it. Yesterday I had a business meeting that lasted a few hours, and Bill Nelson's Auto snuck a brake job in while I was tied up!   I just wanted to take a moment to thank the Bill Neslson team for doing such a wonderful job tuning my car for emissions. Still going strong and for the past three years I have passed with flying colors. Though I do not drive this car daily prior to me taking my car to Bill Nelsons I spent the two previous years struggling to find a repair shop as well as getting my car to pass the emissions inspections.   Best Shop in town! I wouldn't go any other place! Bill & Tony do a great job of fixing it right the first time and on time. I've been using Nelson's for years now, and would not hesitate to reccomend them to anyone needing auto repair service. Oil changes, tune-ups, and full engine rebuilds.... these guys do it all!
