  I went to Andy's Collision Center yesterday to get a second quote for my driver's side mirror. I had been told by the first auto body shop that even though the mirror and casing were still intact that I would have to buy a whole new unit. Then it would have to be painted to match the car. I was quoted $298. I walked into Andy's today. I was originally told $124 because they could just get the inside piece that was broken. However upon further inspect, they were able to just glue the inside together. It works great. And they didn't charge me anything. This made my day! $300 down to free. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will be going back for future service to them.

  I was SO happy with the service I received at Andy's Collision Center. The buckle in my toyota was not latching with the seatbelt and toyota quoted me over $300. Andy's was able to complete the repair at a fraction of the price. Service was fast and excellent. I will for sure return if needed.

  I couldn't be happier with not only the work that I had done at Andy's Collision but with the customer service that I received. This was the second time I worked with them, as I was involved in a car accident 6 weeks ago. The work was exemplary & completed sooner than expected that time, so when I needed a small repair I was happy to use their company again. The small job was finished with even greater efficiency. Other mechanics had bid on the repair & they all were more expensive, less convenient & far less hospitable. In my experience it is rare when you can leave an automotive repair center feeling confident that you weren't taken advantage of, but at Andy's I'm confident that I got a great deal. Everyone I came in contact with at Andy's on Bell Road was incredibly friendly, courteous & respectful of my time. It was wonderfully refreshing to find an automotive center so acutely aware that they are a service business. I have no hesitation recommending them for any job.

  I was impressed with the service at Andy's Collision Center. My car was repaired in the time they had specified and the final repair bills were within $300 of the quote. The 2 people I worked with were Melissa and Jared, they were on the ball, friendly and always in contact with me. Great people! If this isn't a family business, it felt like it was. I would refer a friend anytime and I will definately go back if I need repairs again.

  This is the third time that Andy's Collision Center has repaired my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, it was clean and the repairs were flawless. Later I noticed that my console lid was closing and latching properly. I called Jarrod at Andy's and asked him about it . Jarrod said he had the technician working on my vehicle tighten and adjust it and that it was no big deal. To me it was a big deal, thanks Jarrod and crew. I recommend Andy's to my family and friends without the slightest hesitation. Dave

  This location was very quick and thorough and my car looked great afterwards. They even washed my car after repairs were complete. On a repair that easily could have taken 4 days, they only took 2. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this shop!

  The staff at Andy's Collision was helpful and informative throughout the repair process. This was my first time in need of body work, and I have to admit I felt more comfortable than I ever thought I would, being one who knows very little about cars. The repairs turned out great and my car is as beautiful as was the day I bought it!

  Andy's Collision Center exceeded my expectations. They were thorough in their evaluation of my vehicle, they repaired everything to the highest standard, and finished it with a great paint job.   Quick and easy!! After being hit from behind on the freeway, I was contacted my the insurance company. They recommended Andy's. I called them. I set up a day to drop my car off. I dropped it off, they drove me to the car rental place, where I picked up my car. A few days later, they called and told me it was all done. I showed up and found my car in better-than-new condition. I drove home from there, while they dealt with my rental and all of the paperwork.. Effortless!!
