I am very happy with that decision. I took my car in on a Monday morning and had it back on Thursday!! My car was back when they promised!!! It was washed and they cleaned out the whole car!!   My 2008 Lexus 450 was in a rearend collision. My insurance company tried to direct me to certain dealerships for the repair. Individuals knowledgeable of the auto industry told me that the best place was ACE Auto Collision. ACE Auto Collision had my Lexus for about 5-1/2 days, two of which were weekend days. The repair was perfect, the car was washed and my messy trunk cleaned and organized on my arrival to pick it up. I was very satisfied with the services I received.

  I was referred to ACE by my mechanic and I'm very satisfied with the work. They were responsive to my inquiries and the work was exceptional. They were able to meet my budget and were accommodating when I stressed that I needed my car or I'd have to pay additional costs for the rental I was driving. After receiving my car I noticed that the windshield wiper cover was loosed and they agreed to fix it. Ray and the staff were great and I definitely recommend using their services for your repair.

  My employer has a large fleet and I send our fleet to ACE for repairs. When the hail storm rolled through AZ in October 2010, my personal car was hit pretty bad. I had ACE do the repair to my personal vehicle, as well as about 20 of our fleet for hail damage repair. The repairs are quality. ACE is awesome and I highly recommend them!

  Ace Auto has consistently been my auto repair shop of choice. Recently they completed repairs on my Pilot that had been keyed across the hood and along the passenger side. I was afraid when the insurance would not pay for the the entire car to be painted I'd have a problem matching old with new, Ace Auto matched it perfectly. They even cleaned and detailed the entire car, and got it back to me in a very timely fashion. You can't go wrong with Ace Auto.

He followed up with me to ensure all of the work was done to my satisfaction. He will also be giving the truck another follow up check up as well. He dealt with my insurance company so i didnt have to deal with all of the money part of it. I highly recommend Ace Auto Collision for any body repair work.

  They went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. They didn’t give me any B/S about when my car would be done. They worked through the problems with my insurance and lien holder to get my insurance check indorsed. My car now looks better then when I bought it and you can’t tell there was ever any hail damage. They even washed and vacuumed my car before I picked it up. I would send anyone in need of car repair to Ace Auto Collision. They are honest and professional.

  My insurance company preferred to tow the vehicle more than 100 miles from my location for repairs. I was more than please with the experience dealing with ACE. From the very first contact with Tom who was understanding and very patient with me to my communications with Ray. Ace kept me up to date in a timely manner. Bottom line was the vehicle was repaired to ORIGINAL condition. Everything that was left in the vehicle was there when the vehicle was towed back to me for inspection. I very happily took possession of the vehicle on July 3. Although I reside more than 100 miles from ACE, I would bring all my other vehicles to them and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring auto bodywork repair and or painting.   I would like to tell you what a great experience I had with Ace Auto Collision Service. I had an unfortunate experience in a parking lot and my Honda came away with the passenger side all banged up. I was so upset.....of course no note was left! I had some work done last fall with Ace so that is where I went this time also. They worked with my insurance company and I got my car back when promised and looking like like it did when it was brand new...by the way it is a '97 Honda. I keep it it perfect condition and that is what it looks like now....again! Tom and Ray were right there with their expert opinions and workmanship. I would recommend any of my friends or family to take their business to Ace! I also recommend anyone to drop in and see what Tom or Ray can do for you.....You won't be sorry!
