  I just got my car back from A & D Auto Body and could not be more pleased. They were so friendly, easy to work with, and professional! I know they did not over charge me as well as I got another estimate. This is the second time I have gone to them and I cannot say enough good things about them. My car looks just like new too.   After my accident I got a list of repair shops from my insurance company. Not being familiar with any of them, I took the list to my mechanic and he said he has only heard good things about A & D Auto Body. I took it there and was abundantly pleased. The staff was helpful and friendly, and everything was thouroughly explained. My car was done on time and it looked great! I would highly recommend this shop.

When my beetle was finished, I went to pick it up and was absolutely amazed how great it looked! not only was the dent fixed but my entire hood was painted. Well to my surprise your body shop did not charge to tighten the mirror up after 4 yrs. I appreciated that in these tough times. I would recomend your shop to any one. Thank You

  I was backed into at a parking lot at the end of May and the other driver's insurance company suggested A&D. This is unfortunately my 2nd time in need of a body shop this year and A&D beat out the other place with flying colors. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday night. By 9am the next day, Charlie had already called me to let me know he had completed the estimate and submitted the claim to the insurance company. I also got an email from him that morning with the complete estimate as well. They expected my car to be done the next Monday but to my surprise they were done Friday afternoon. Workmanship on the car was top notch too. A&D won my business!

  A couple of years ago A&D repaired my side view mirror when I backed out of my garage a bit too close to the wall. I was so impressed with their work - especially the paint matching - it was perfect. So when I was rear ended a few weeks ago I knew exactly who I wanted to do the repair. Fortunately the other driver's insurance company let me choose the shop. Their customer service, friendliness and professionalism is fantastic. They dealt with the insurance company so I had no hassle. Once again, it was a perfect repair.

  A & D gave me a great estimated price that beat out one of their competitors by over $700.00 on a $1500.00 job! They got my vehicle in the next day and returned it, as promised, three days later. The workmanship was excellent. This is the second time in three months I have had to have body work done on my truck and hopefully, i won't have to use A & D again in the near future. Don't get me wrong. They do great work and were very friendly. I just am getting tired of being careless with my truck and having to have it fixed. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

  Got in my first auto accident and the whole right door and rocker panel was smashed in. A & D matched my paint perfectly! They seemed to go over and beyond customer satisfaction. Felt very well taken care of by everyone there. The car was in for two weeks, and Charlie kept me up to date as things were being done. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone!

The shop family owned, I believe all the people that work there are not all family but I was given that family type closness. Now the important stuff...my car looked brand new again ( : Plannly a great experience when the look on my vehicle was not so pleasant. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else .   After fighting with my insurance company for months to get my car repaired after an accident, A&D Auto Body was recommended to me by two people I work with. From the first time in the shop, I was instantly put at ease. The two people I had the most contact with, Brandy and Byron, went above and beyond in helping me with everything from dealing with my insurance company to getting a rental car while mine was being repaired. Byron told me my car would look like it did when I bought it, and he was right! She is beautiful now! The level of customer service and professionalism I experienced at this shop was far superior to anything I have ever seen before. They did a fantastic job in repairing my car and I will recommend them to anyone that needs body work. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them. This is how all businesses should treat their customers. I couldn't be happier with the way my car looks! Great job!

  Would definetly recommend and use this shop again. Because of a severe case of the Mondays (which continued throughout Tuesday too), I didn't drop the car off until late Monday (instead of in the am)- at the wrong location! I had scheduled the body repair at their other shop and drove to this one. And then I misunderstood one of the employees and caused another delay until Tuesday. The entire time the staff was nothing but friendly and curteous. A few days before my car was done, I received a call letting me know the progress and when I could expect my car. When I got my car, I did a quick look at it at the repair at the shop. Having gotten shoddy work done at other body shops, I did a close inspection when I got home. I am very pleased with the work. So to recap, yes, go here.

  A&D did a great job with my car. I brought it in around the holidays and they repaired it way ahead of schedule. I had a car fixed at a different shop once before and had a poor experience A&D made this experience very easy and Stan did a great job in helping me. I would highly recomend this shop.
