Also allowed me to use a very good loaner vehicle for three weeks while being repaired. One small problem after the repair was an engine light coming on. Went back and they did the repair with no problem. I would definitely go back to A&D. Charlie did a great job and was easy to talk to.

The work looks great and my truck was cleaned on the inside and outside. Justin went over the repair and gave some suggestions on how to care for the repair for the next few days. Hopefully I do not have any further incidents but if I do the vehicle will go to A&D auto body for the repair.

Enterprise was short a person so I would've had to wait a little longer for them to bring a car, so an A&D person drove me & my stuff to the rental place. Great service. I like supporting a locally owned shop & will definitely use them if I ever need body work again.

  This is the second time that I have brought my Camry into their shop for damage repair. The first time was for extensive hail damage and they did a phenomenal job! I could not even tell that the car had once had all those little dents in it. This time it had rear end damage and again they did a great job with the repair. They also did work on my husband's p/u truck after it was damaged from a tire blow out, and again, the repair work was exceptional. We now live over an hour away from the shop but we drove my Camry over to A & D rather than find a shop closer to home because we were so happy with the service they provide.

  Having an older truck I was expecting to have problems with parts and accessories to get it back to the condition it was in before accident. I take pride and care in my vehicles and I feel that this shop does the same thing in the quality of work and their staff. I appreciate having no headaches and having to argue with anyone except the person who hit me insurance, but that is expected. A & D body would be recommended for sure, charlie was great. Thank you all for getting my truck back the way it was.

  A&D was wonderful to work with. I was sure my 2005 Yukon was totaled after being in an accident that left my front and looking like a mangled mess. We hit a telephone pole and it seemed as if it peeled the front end off from the front fender all the way across the front of my Yukon. A&D was friendly accommodating and provided updates every few days. They explained every detail and gave me options when it came to repairing my SUV. Justin returned every phone call and answered every question no matter how many times I called. My husband who is one of the biggest skeptics actually said "wow they did a great job". They even picked up my vehicle up , finished ahead of schedule and stayed after hours for my convenience so I could pick it up the minute it was ready. I have not had any issues and no one can tell it was ever in an accident. I would definitely recommend this Body shop to anyone in need of repair. They not only focused on the vehicle but the customer satisfaction was definitely the highest of priority and that is a rare find in today’s society

  I just want to take a moment to thank A & D auto body, specifically Justin, for taking the time today to go above and beyond my expectations! My Dad recommended A & D as he's taken his vehicle to your shop several times. I brought my Lexus in today to have an estimate done on damage to the paint from a decorating kit that my wife and her sisters put on my car when we got married two weeks ago. Long story short, the decorative streamers left all kinds of scratches on my car and I wasn't sure if the damage was superficial or deep into the paint. Justin took the time to take my car around back and have one of your technicians try and buff out a small area to see if that's all it took to remove. Sure enough the scratches came right off! It saved me the headache of having to deal with the company who sold the decorating kit and/or insurance. I truly appreciate the customer service I received today.

I've had other cars worked on by them and the work is unmatched. Enterprise picked me up at the shop, and allowed me to drop off the car there too. My car was finished in under 48 hours and was brand new again. Awesome shop!

  I have needed to use A&D Arrowhead 3 times in the 11+ years of owning my car. They were originally recommended to me by my insurance company. After the first repair, I returned to A&D Auto Body for hail damage repairs and just recently another minor accident related repair. They have outstanding customer service from the time you walk into the building and from the time you leave with your vehicle. The repairs have been more than satisfactory. We have recommended family and friends to A&D Auto Body - Arrowhead and all that have used them have been extremely pleased with the finished product. Professional and friendly staff!

  Your work was great our SUV was probably the cleanest it has been since coming off the production line. The work was completed in less than 5 days and was perfect. Customer service was fantastic and since it was an insurance claim all was handled with nothing from us except satisfaction. Highly recommend and if needed we will be back.

  I was impressed the very first contact I had with the shop. We had an accident and our truck was towed to the shop on a late Sunday afternoon. First thing the next morning they called me before I had a chance to call them. Justin is awesome! He is very professional in every aspect. He kept me informed of the progress. When we picked up our truck it looked brand new! washed & detailed. They didn't even charge us the final charges - THANKS! We would highly recommend and definitely use again if needed. Not being familiar with any of them, I took the list to my mechanic and he said he has only heard good things about A & D Auto Body. I took it there and was abundantly pleased.   I was backed into at a parking lot at the end of May and the other driver's insurance company suggested A&D. This is unfortunately my 2nd time in need of a body shop this year and A&D beat out the other place with flying colors. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday night. By 9am the next day, Charlie had already called me to let me know he had completed the estimate and submitted the claim to the insurance company. I also got an email from him that morning with the complete estimate as well. They expected my car to be done the next Monday but to my surprise they were done Friday afternoon. Workmanship on the car was top notch too. A&D won my business!

  A couple of years ago A&D repaired my side view mirror when I backed out of my garage a bit too close to the wall. I was so impressed with their work - especially the paint matching - it was perfect. So when I was rear ended a few weeks ago I knew exactly who I wanted to do the repair. Fortunately the other driver's insurance company let me choose the shop. Their customer service, friendliness and professionalism is fantastic. They dealt with the insurance company so I had no hassle. Once again, it was a perfect repair.

  A & D gave me a great estimated price that beat out one of their competitors by over $700.00 on a $1500.00 job! They got my vehicle in the next day and returned it, as promised, three days later. The workmanship was excellent. This is the second time in three months I have had to have body work done on my truck and hopefully, i won't have to use A & D again in the near future. Don't get me wrong. They do great work and were very friendly. I just am getting tired of being careless with my truck and having to have it fixed. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

  After fighting with my insurance company for months to get my car repaired after an accident, A&D Auto Body was recommended to me by two people I work with. From the first time in the shop, I was instantly put at ease. The two people I had the most contact with, Brandy and Byron, went above and beyond in helping me with everything from dealing with my insurance company to getting a rental car while mine was being repaired. Byron told me my car would look like it did when I bought it, and he was right! She is beautiful now! The level of customer service and professionalism I experienced at this shop was far superior to anything I have ever seen before. They did a fantastic job in repairing my car and I will recommend them to anyone that needs body work. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them.   Would definetly recommend and use this shop again. Because of a severe case of the Mondays (which continued throughout Tuesday too), I didn't drop the car off until late Monday (instead of in the am)- at the wrong location! I had scheduled the body repair at their other shop and drove to this one. And then I misunderstood one of the employees and caused another delay until Tuesday. The entire time the staff was nothing but friendly and curteous. A few days before my car was done, I received a call letting me know the progress and when I could expect my car. When I got my car, I did a quick look at it at the repair at the shop. Having gotten shoddy work done at other body shops, I did a close inspection when I got home. I am very pleased with the work. So to recap, yes, go here.
