Our Site is a general audience site that is not designed nor intended to collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13.  Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use our Site.  We will not collect information from children under age 13.

Registration with Garagefly and Transactional Data

When you register on our Site, you are required to submit an e-mail address (which is your User ID for the Site), password and additional Personal Information.  We also collect and store access information related to your account.  At registration, you are given the opportunity to specify your privacy preferences.  As described below, you may change these preferences at any time.



From time-to-time we may invite you to participate in surveys on our Site. These surveys may request demographic information and customer feedback. Participation in these requests is completely voluntary and with each request you will have the choice of whether or not to disclose information. Such survey information will be used to improve the overall experience of visiting the Site.  No compensation will be provided should you choose to participate.



If a visitor elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our Site, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address.  We will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the Site. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email (and tracking the success of our referral program).  You and the friend may contact us at to request the removal of this information from our database.  When you request the removal of such information from our database, we will remove it within a reasonable time.


Interactive Community Features

Our Site may have chat rooms, discussion boards, online forums and other interactive technologies that allow individual comments and messages to be tied to a visitor's name or e-mail address. Any information you post in such forums is public information and we cannot control what uses third parties may make of personal information you share in such forums.
